After agreeing to the ride, the driver expressed a similar sentiment, stating I could complain to customer service, as he didn't mind, and then proceeded to cancel the ride. As a customer, if the driver did not intend to accept the ride, they could have canceled at the time of the request without issue. However, after confirming the ride, he opted to cancel at his convenience. This unfortunate situation has happened numerous times during emergencies for me in Uber rides. Despite the presence of many good drivers, experiences like this one stand out negatively. It is important for drivers to consider the emergencies customers, particularly a woman with a small child, may be facing when they request a ride. It is essential to reflect on the lack of empathy displayed in such instances where drivers prioritize fare amounts over passenger safety and urgency.

I'm in need of assistance making arrangements for an Uber ride for my grandson from my place to his residence. On December 27th at 1:00 PM, Vijay Kedar transported us from Rohan Garima Shivajinagar to Tara Towers Kothrud. Once the journey began, we discovered that our card was not functioning for payment. We promptly informed Vijay that we would make the payment via Google Pay using his QR code. We successfully transferred Rs. [redacted] through Google Pay and also gave a Rs. 10 tip in cash to Vijay. Please acknowledge that we completed the payment to your driver, Vijay Kedar, on December 27, [redacted], at 1:30 PM.

I encountered my regular driver, Larry McDonald, who mentioned he couldn't provide me with an UBER ride due to a background-related issue. I've relied on Larry's services for as long as I've been using UBER. He assists me in reaching places that are otherwise challenging to access due to my disability. Larry has always been kind and helpful, and my children usually handle the payment through the app. Is there a way I can support Larry's good character? Many of my friends from the assisted living facility, where I used to reside, also trust and rely on Larry for transportation. Currently, I live with my daughter, and we appreciate Larry's service. Kindly advise if there is a way for us to assist. I can provide my son-in-law's email since I do not have one.

Today, a rider named Kamal tricked me. He asked me to pick him up [redacted] meters before the designated location, claiming he was withdrawing money from an ATM. He ran off without paying. When I tried to contact him, he didn't answer. I also reached out to Uber's helpline but received no response. His phone number was +[redacted]11. I tried calling multiple times, but he didn't pick up. In the end, I had to complete the payment process on my own. If he doesn't pay, how can I get another ride?

I am having trouble signing into my account. When I enter my email or phone number, it doesn't prompt me for a password but asks for backup codes instead. I am not familiar with any backup codes. I attempted to merge two emails into one account using the same phone number, and somehow ended up creating a new account. My primary account is [redacted] and the new account is [redacted], both linked to the phone number [redacted]. I spoke to a representative who reset my original account and advised me to sign in only with that account, stating I cannot have two accounts. However, now my phone number is linked to the new account, preventing me from accessing my original account. I am trying to become an Uber Eats delivery driver but am unable to access either account due to a 2-factor authorization issue asking for backup codes I don't have. Despite the reset, the problem persists as before. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I recently changed my phone number and am having trouble using Uber as a customer. Despite being an Uber driver in [redacted] without any issues, I now need to update my contact details to fully access the app. I have tried to sign in, but verification codes are still being sent to my old number. I recently acquired a new phone number. In [redacted], I was an Uber Driver and had no issues with Uber or customers. Now, I am attempting to use Uber as a customer for the first time. My new email is [redacted] The problem I am facing is that Uber is sending the verification code to my old number, [redacted]. I am unable to access my previous driver profile and the email linked to my account to obtain my tax documents for filing. I urgently need this information as my taxes are overdue, but I am unable to proceed without it. Unfortunately, I cannot contact customer support through the application since I am unable to log in. On December 25, [redacted], I took a ride at 9:36 AM from Kamal Ataturk Avenue to Chalabon with a fare of BDT [redacted].82, which I paid in cash. However, at 10:01 AM, I received an email from Uber stating that the driver reported I hadn't paid the full amount and BDT [redacted].82 is due on my next trip. I contacted the driver at 9:20 PM, and he mentioned no issues on his app and received BDT [redacted].91. I am confused by this discrepancy and would appreciate a prompt resolution from Uber. I am willing to provide screenshots from both the driver's and my app if necessary.

I reached the airport at 3:45 pm and tried to book an Uber for a 5:00 pm pick-up at Arrivals Door 3, but I was unable to make the reservation. How can I ensure a $60 ride from the airport home? Uber canceled my ride request with vague messages prompting me to try again later or start the trip elsewhere. Is it possible to schedule an Uber ride upon landing at the airport?

I have already reached my destination and paid the fare amount. However, the driver demanded to cancel the ride. Even after I paid and got to my destination, the driver kept calling and insisting on canceling the ride. I did not cancel the ride. The app even suggested adding a tip for the driver but I was unable to do so due to the ongoing situation. This behavior is unacceptable. Can someone please address this promptly?

I was picked up at Sky Harbor in Phoenix at Door 1 baggage claim on the North side #4 location around 8 p.m. and dropped off at [redacted] E Juniper Ave, Scottsdale, AZ at approximately 8:30 p.m. Sadly, I forgot my phone in the driver's car. I have tried calling it multiple times, but the driver hasn't answered. The phone could be in the trunk or under the back seat as we heard it ringing during the ride, but couldn't find it in the dark. The driver I rode with is William E Roe, also known as Billy Roe, who operates alongside Chris Stratton in North Scottsdale for airport transportation. I need to retrieve my phone, but I only have their cell numbers stored on the lost device.

I accidentally left my phone in the car last night around 8:30 PM. The Uber driver's name is Billy Roe. He picked me up at Sky Harbor Phoenix airport around 8 PM and dropped me off at [redacted] E. Unfortunately, the Mushroom Swiss Burger was made incorrectly with too many onions, even after it was remade by Chilis. This mistake led to another charge on my account when the order was sent out via DoorDash. The manager, Belinda, mentioned that I would need to contact you for a refund as she was unable to process it due to the New Year's Eve rush. This whole experience has been very frustrating, and it has affected my loyalty to your platform. I reserved an Uber rental for 8 hours on 28/12/22 and made the payment through Paytm. We requested the driver to wait at multiple stops, but he eventually became unresponsive. He claimed his phone died and asked for cash instead of Paytm, which we declined. After paying him ₹[redacted] in cash, he abruptly ended the trip. Despite reporting the issue on the app on the same day, there has been no resolution. I urge Uber to refund the excess payment and take action against discourteous drivers like Arshad.

I am an Uber driver in Atlanta and I am facing an issue with my earnings on the app. Today, I have been receiving tips since early morning, but there seems to be a problem with the system as it's not reflecting the correct amount I should have earned. Despite calling customer service and explaining the situation, they were unable to resolve the problem. After being put on hold for 15 minutes, the call got disconnected abruptly, leaving me frustrated. I am a highly rated driver, but I am facing difficulties in getting paid accurately for the trips I have completed. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly by Uber support.

I recently requested a ride to Westage Mall from Davidsonville, Roodepoort. I waited a long time before a driver was located. Money was deducted from my bank account for the trip I was waiting for. After around thirty minutes of waiting, I was informed there was no driver, and I was asked to request again. I was hesitant to do so. Later that same day, on 09/01/[redacted] around four in the afternoon, I tried to request a ride from Westage back home. I received a message saying there were no available drivers. I found the lack of communication about the payment for the unused trip very unprofessional. I would like my R39.00 refunded as soon as possible because the situation left me feeling undervalued. I traveled from Delhi to Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, and booked a ride expecting a fare of around 3,[redacted]-3,[redacted]. However, upon reaching my destination, I was charged 12,[redacted]. The ride began at 3:30 PM and ended around 11:30 PM at night. The driver added an extra 2,[redacted] for tax and tolls despite me already paying the tolls myself. Moreover, the driver assumed I would return to Delhi, making it a round trip. The journey typically takes 5-6 hours, but the driver purposely took a longer route, extending the total ride time to 9.5 hours due to heavy traffic. This kind of service is disappointing, and being overcharged by 11,[redacted] rupees due to unfair pricing is unacceptable. I am considering not using Uber again after this experience.
