I recently placed an order and received my food only to find it unappetizing. The cheese was unpleasant, and the hotdog resembled a salty pepperoni stick. I also got a sundae and hope it doesn't cause any tummy issues. When I tried to complete the feedback form for my order, I was unable to finish it and couldn't access it again. I would like the driver to receive a top rating as the issues were not their fault but with how the food was prepared.

I booked a ride to Noida Garden Galleria on December 17. When the driver arrived at the pick-up point, there were arguments with my family members over entering the society for safety reasons. After a lot of disagreement, I decided to cancel the trip. However, the duty kept getting transferred to various other drivers, and I received multiple calls. I am being asked to pay cancellation charges, even though it was not my fault. I feel harassed, and the behavior was unacceptable. The cancellation charges should be paid by the driver, not by me. I plan to escalate this issue to higher authorities and will be writing an email about it.

For the second time in the last 10 days, I had a terrible experience with Uber. Today, I booked a ride, but the driver intentionally parked in an obscure location and ignored over 10 of my calls. I also tried messaging him through the Uber app, but he did not bother to respond. Sadly, I had to cancel an important surgery due to this issue. I attempted to book a ride a few more times, and to my dismay, the same driver accepted the rides but again did not pick up the phone. This led to a significant loss for me. I am considering taking this matter to the consumer court.

I encountered an issue with one of the drivers in Winnipeg. We were legally parked at Superstore at Regent, Winnipeg, MB, around 7:15 pm when the driver obstructed my vehicle. I requested him to move so I could leave, but he refused until he finished loading groceries from the store, showing no regard for the fact that we had a baby in the vehicle. The driver's vehicle registration number is LCD [redacted]. I believe that drivers displaying such disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior should not be representing a reputable company like Uber. I urge the organization to address this matter appropriately.

Hello. I'm reaching out about my Uber auto ride from Tharapakam, Chennai to Egmore Railway Station on December 18, [redacted]. Initially, the fare amount shown was [redacted], but the driver requested [redacted], which I agreed to pay. After the trip, [redacted].54 was deducted from my Uber wallet, and I also paid the driver [redacted] in cash. I tried explaining this to him, but he didn't listen. I'm seeking assistance to refund the amount deducted from my Uber wallet as I already paid in cash for the trip.

In [redacted] and [redacted], my account was hacked. Upon discovering unauthorized charges from Postmates, Uber Eats, and a ride-sharing service in mid-[redacted], I contacted Uber. They promptly closed the account, preventing me from reviewing the transaction history. Another account linked to my alternate email was also compromised, but this time I managed to document the suspicious charges. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through the company's help system, I couldn't verify the fraudulent transactions due to lack of access to my Uber, Uber Eats, Postmates, and ride-sharing apps' transaction histories. Feeling helpless without human support, I had given up. However, a contact shared their successful experience of reimbursement by submitting an itemized spreadsheet of claimed fraudulent charges. I seek reimbursement for the fraudulent activities on my accounts during 2[redacted].

Using Uber has been quite challenging lately. The drivers are often late, making it hard to cancel without incurring fees. Recently, we had a bad experience at the airport when the fare estimate was ₹[redacted], but the driver charged ₹[redacted], didn't start the trip, and eventually canceled it. Despite asking him multiple times, he falsely claimed he had begun the journey. These recurring problems have eroded our trust in the app, making it hard to rely on it for future rides.

Dear Sir, Every time I try to book an auto, it doesn't go through. It starts to confirm but then fails, this has happened several times. I can book cabs and cars without issue, but there seems to be a problem specifically with booking autos. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the same issue persists after successfully booking once. For the past two years, Uber Eats has been deducting $9.99 from my checking account monthly without my authorization. I never signed up for this service nor used it. I believe this might have accidentally started when I received an Uber gift card a couple of years ago. Could you please assist me in canceling this? I placed an order on the Walmart app, and Uber was supposed to deliver it. I received an email stating my delivery would arrive at 2:25 pm, but at 2:22 pm, my camera showed a car arriving and leaving at 2:23 pm without delivering anything. When I called the driver, a woman answered instead of James, informing me that the Uber app instructed her to return my groceries to the store. I'm confused and concerned as I was really counting on this delivery, especially with a snow and ice storm approaching. I have photographic evidence of the car's visit on my camera.

My debit card information was used on your Uber app without my consent. I never use Uber and haven't had an account with them since [redacted]. Five unauthorized charges appeared on my statement: three for $0.10 each, one for $23.06, and another for $14.00. I need to identify the person responsible so I can report them to the police and I also need a refund. Being a struggling college student, every dollar counts for me. I suspect someone I know, but I require evidence. Your records can help identify the culprit. The unauthorized charges were confirmed today after being on hold. Kindly assist me in getting my money back and bringing the perpetrator to justice.

Recently, I took a ride where the driver was unfamiliar with the destination, resulting in a longer route and increased fare from [redacted]/- to [redacted]/-. Despite paying [redacted]/- in cash, the driver disputes receiving the correct amount. My account is showing the last trip fare as unsettled. I kindly request a review of the situation with the driver, as I am unable to pay the disputed amount again.

I was surprised as I have never been to Chicago in my life. I have text messages to prove this and the communication from your employee. I had to cancel a ride when the driver didn't show up. I rebooked right away. Uber initially charged me $25.30 as a cancellation penalty. After I complained, they removed the charge. However, now when trying to book another ride, they are asking for the penalty payment again. I'm seeking assistance to have this penalty removed from my account, as I really need the ride to the airport. The cancellation occurred on 19 November [redacted] at 05:15.

Today at around 1:59 PM, the driver did not go to my address because the app provided the wrong location. The driver claimed I canceled the ride when in fact they went to the incorrect address provided by the app. After contacting support, the driver acknowledged the mistake and continued to the correct address. I request a reimbursement for the app error that caused this inconvenience. I do not have an account with Uber as I have my own personal car. While chatting with them, they are asking for $1.00 to resolve the issue. It seems like a scam to me, as it has caused an overdraft on my account. I am unable to use my bank card because of this. Now, I am facing a $36.00 charge from my bank due to this $10.00 fee someone has incurred using my information. I am extremely upset about this situation. Happy holidays to me. I plan to escalate this matter for a prompt resolution.

I made an Uber booking in advance for a ride to the airport on Christmas morning. The driver texted me that he was on his way, but then canceled last minute. We had to book another Uber, and thankfully, the second driver was reliable and got us to our destination on time. During the trip, I was notified about a $25.00 cancellation fee that would be charged to my account. My wife and I are disappointed about this and are hoping for a quick resolution to this issue.

Hello, I took an Uber last night on Christmas Eve and accidentally left my cell phone in the car. It was a Tesla. I have been tracking the phone's location all night. It went from Carson to Long Beach, then Downey, and now I can't locate it. I am desperate to get my phone back as soon as possible. I'm unable to log into my Uber app because it's on my phone, and the Uber app on another device requires a code that is sent to my phone. I am looking to obtain the phone number of the driver so I can arrange to retrieve my phone.
