Last night, I eagerly recharged for [redacted] Diamonds with the intention of acquiring the "Lady Vengance" skin for Selena. Unfortunately, after spending the Diamonds, I received nothing. I am hesitant to recharge another [redacted] Diamonds for a total of [redacted] as I don't believe the skin is worth that much. I was expecting to receive 3 Starlight in a row and one Lightborn skin with the initial [redacted] Diamonds, but I got nothing in return. This situation is very disappointing and makes me feel foolish for making the purchase. I need assistance understanding why I did not receive the items I expected. This experience feels like a questionable transaction to me. Thank you.

Hello, I am very disappointed with my recent purchase of [redacted] Diamonds for the "Lady Vengeance" of Selena skin. Unfortunately, after spending the Diamonds, I received nothing in return. I believe my account has been compromised. Initially, I attempted to "Sign out all devices" but it was unsuccessful. The hacker managed to link their TikTok account to mine and eventually forced me out of my own account. Despite trying to regain access using my Apple ID and Moonton account, I couldn't recover it as I had forgotten the password. Even the Apple "Game Center" connection has been severed. I have been a loyal player for a significant period of time and am eager to regain control of my account. I hold my account ID and am seeking assistance to prevent having to abandon Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Upon investigating, I found someone had accessed my account and was about to join another ranked game. I'm concerned about my account's security since the intruder has been attempting changes since September, as seen in my Outlook junk mail. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I had originally connected my account to the email [redacted] Unfortunately, I lost access to that email and didn't realize it until I switched to another email address. Now, when trying to log back into my Light_Wolf account, I am prompted to verify it by entering a code sent to [redacted], which I no longer have access to since I deleted it while clearing out emails. I really need help as I don't want to lose my Mobile Legends account.

I have encountered an issue with the game during the ban and select hero phase in the qualifying matches. Every time I enter this phase, the game suddenly restarts. This only happens in qualifying matches as other modes work fine. Despite having sufficient memory and optimization on my phone, this issue persists. I am puzzled by this recurring problem and seek guidance or a solution to prevent being marked as afk in these matches.

I recently took a break from the game and uninstalled it. Upon my return, I expected all my skins to be saved. To my surprise, when I logged in, it seemed like a new account. I attempted to retrieve my original account by going through the account recovery process. My Mobile Legends account has been hacked. The hacker linked it to their fake Facebook and TikTok accounts and established a secondary verification method, taking full control of my account. I am unable to log in now due to multiple incorrect password attempts, leading to a message stating I must try again after 24 hours. When I attempted to log in again, the system no longer recognizes my email address. Despite contacting Moonton developers through the Play Store, their responses have been frustrating. They require the accurate registration date, which I struggle to provide as I have deleted my emails from that time frame. Additionally, I provided purchase receipts as proof of ownership, a detail a hacker wouldn't have. However, Moonton continues to insist on the registration date to validate my ownership. I have invested a significant amount in this game and hope to regain access to my account.

I had a tough experience last night where I was physically assaulted, and my phone was taken and broken during the incident. Hello Moonton, I am a Mobile Legends player known as Delta Shadow. I encountered an issue where I was muted for 2 days following a classic match. I was providing instructions to my teammates about ganking and pushing turrets, and despite winning the match, I received reports for trash-talking, which I did not do. After being muted for 2 hours, upon logging back in, I noticed that the mute was still in effect. This ongoing silence is making it challenging for me to participate in matches as I have lost my winning streak and cannot play rank. Dear Moonton Company, I am reaching out due to concerns about the MLBB Facebook page in Malaysia. As Myanmar players residing in Malaysia, we have encountered derogatory language and unfair treatment from some Malaysian and Indonesian players during gameplay. Despite reporting these incidents multiple times, no action has been taken by GM Malaysia. This has resulted in a negative gaming experience for us. We love MLBB and actively participate in events, but the toxicity directed towards us has been disheartening. We are seeking fair treatment and a more enjoyable gaming environment. I have many complaints about Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). I started as a Warrior, an easy rank, but when I reached Grandmaster, I kept losing. It's frustrating not to get wins, especially when I'm so close to victory, but then the enemy levels up and turns defeat into victory. The heroes Zilong and Layla level up too quickly, making it impossible to win. I try my best, but the enemies are always stronger. I feel bullied by the game as it won't let me succeed. The stunning and slowing effects are excessive and unfair. I feel like the game is against me. I want the ranking system to be changed so I don't lose stars when defeated. I love MLBB, but it's disheartening to always lose. The game needs to be fixed to make it more fair and enjoyable.

My account seems to have been hacked by someone named Lawrence T. My original account contains my Moontoon primary email, recovery email, and a third-party Facebook account. Upon logging in, I was prompted for verification through my recovery email, which was confusing. After logging in, I noticed that my username had been changed to "Fcking Luffy," which I find inappropriate. Upon checking, the hacker had linked the account to TikTok and Google Play. The audacity of this person even contacted customer support claiming my account was theirs. I want their name removed from my third-party logins. If necessary, all third-party associations should be removed, leaving only my primary Moontoon account and recovery email. Also, kindly change my username back to Avilancer, which is my in-game name across all my games. I am displeased with having to pay to change my name when I did not initiate or want this change.
