I am a big fan of MLBB, especially Brody is my favorite hero. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and forgot the password to my connected MLBB account, [redacted] I tried to log in through Facebook, but I can't receive the verification code due to my lost Redmi Note 6 Pro. I recently received a message from someone offering a free skin for my game. After chatting with him on Facebook, he asked me to complete a task by resetting my Moontoon account through a link he provided. I realized too late that I was being deceived when my account settings were tampered with. Despite trying to secure my account by removing all devices, he managed to gain access. He then promptly blocked me on Facebook. I hope Moontoon can address this issue promptly as I have invested a significant amount, RM2000, in my account. I urge Moontoon to provide assistance to others who may have fallen victim to similar deceitful practices like mine.

I received a suspension from Moonton even though I did nothing wrong!! Now they sent me a message saying to end my suspension, I need to buy many expensive skins in Mobile Legends. The problem is I don't have enough money to do what they are asking. I can't access my ML account because I switched to another account using Facebook. Now I want to go back to my main account, but Moonton banned my Gmail and Moonton account, so I can't get back in. At first, I just wanted them to give me details about my Gmail if it's secure!? Then they accused me of using an injector app, which I didn't. I enjoy playing Mobile Legends and spend a lot of time and money on it. They suspended me until September 28, and for 20 days, I tried to defend myself as I am innocent. However, they offered me to buy many expensive skins in Mobile Legends to end my suspension. I recently switched my main account to a smurf (Facebook account) and played several matches on the smurf. However, the next day, I attempted to switch back to my main account but was unsuccessful. I tried using Google and my Moonton account, but it didn't work. When I tried to switch to Google, it connected to a different account. I am struggling to regain access to my main account where I made Dias recharges and am the Squad leader. I enjoy playing Moonton games and have been playing since my childhood. He attempted to log in today only to discover he was banned for life due to alleged cheating. I can supply screenshots to support his innocence. My account was hacked by an Indonesian hacker last season 21. I can play through my Moonton and Gmail accounts, but the hacker linked their Facebook account to my account. In season 22, the hacker is using my account and lowering my credit score. I tried to log them out of Facebook and TikTok but couldn't. The hacker even demanded $[redacted], but I refused. I contacted Moonton multiple times through the game and email, but they haven't responded. Please Moonton, help me. I spoke to KOL streamers in Manipur, India, and they said my credit score must be above 60 for them to assist. The hacker keeps making me go AFK every day, preventing me from reaching a credit score of 60. Please, Moonton, I hope you can assist me in this situation.

Dear Mobile Legends, During the M1 event, my account was hacked. The individual who hacked it also gained access to my Gmail account [redacted] and Facebook. This caused me to be logged out of the game on my iPad and reset my iOS on my iPad mini 5th generation. My ID was [redacted]89 on server [redacted]. I had invested over $[redacted] on this account and it saddens me deeply that it got hacked. I have been unable to access my Gmail as the hacker changed the password and phone number associated with it. I even had a YouTube channel where I posted Mobile Legends gameplay videos, but they were deleted post-hack. The profile of my ML account shows changes made by the hacker, such as flag and nickname alterations. I have tried reaching out via email but have received no response. To be honest, I find this game station to be extremely abusive on this platform. The humiliation, discrimination, and vulgar content are unacceptable. Actions that deduct credit score are frustrating, especially since there seems to be no age limit, exposing kids to such inappropriate content. It's concerning that players cannot relax and instead leave feeling more frustrated. It's essential to address these issues as it's not a suitable environment for anyone. Hopefully, changes can be made, or there may need to be further action taken regarding this matter.

A while back, I used to play Mobile Legends on my iPhone with the account name Lee Sin. I took a break and uninstalled the game but now I want to get back into it. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the iPhone and I don't think I linked the game to a Moonton account. I still remember all the heroes I had and can provide evidence of playing with my friend on that account. It's challenging to locate my account due to the numerous players with the same in-game name. Implementing unique in-game names would be a helpful feature to address this issue.
