On March 25th, I purchased a Mezco Batcave set on pre-order for a total of $[redacted]. After a considerable amount of time passed, I decided to reach out to the seller, lorterraz_0, to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my message. Upon trying to access the eBay order page, I encountered a dead end. Currently, the only indication of the set's existence can be seen in the gallery thumbnail. I suspect that I have been a target of fraudulent activity. I am seeking assistance in this matter.

I contacted TicketMaster to purchase tickets for an event. They advised me to buy an eBay card from a grocery store due to login issues on their website. I purchased a $[redacted] eBay gift card, scratched off the code, and provided it to them. As I didn't have an eBay account, they requested me to buy another $[redacted] card to set one up, promising a refund. Falling for this, I bought the second card. They then insisted I buy a third card for a wallet setup to process the refund, which raised a red flag, so I terminated the call suspecting a scam. As a 75-year-old, I feel scammed of $[redacted]. I have an item I made an offer on, and the seller agreed to the price. However, on the app, the item appears as if I need to pay for it. When I attempt to make the payment, I repeatedly receive an error prompting me to verify my payment details or try a different payment method. I have verified the payment information on my card on file, and I have attempted to use three other credit cards on both the app and the website, but I keep encountering the same error message.

I am experiencing an issue with a seller who is not acknowledging my concerns regarding the inaccurate tracking details for an item I bought from them. I placed a sizeable order for multiple items in one transaction, and the tracking information for a couple of the items appears to have been mixed up. Specifically, I purchased two different faucets from different sellers, and the tracking numbers for these faucets seem to have been swapped. One of the faucets was delivered on December 10th, as per the tracking information, but the other faucet from the seller in question has not reached me yet. Upon reviewing my purchase history, it is evident that there was an error with the tracking information for several products I bought that night. I am eager to speak with a live eBay customer service representative promptly to address this matter.

Hello, I recently noticed multiple unauthorized charges totaling thousands of dollars on my bank statement from eBay. I have taken steps by contacting the fraud department and the police. However, when attempting to reach out to eBay to investigate these charges and obtain information about the transactions and shipping details, I found that the phone number provided on my bank statement is invalid. I'm facing an issue with receiving my adidas pants. According to eBay, the item was delivered, but USPS informed me it was sent to the wrong address. The seller has been unhelpful, refusing to replace the item or issue a refund, despite evidence from USPS that my item is being returned. The seller denies these claims, causing frustration. The updated status of my order isn't reflected on eBay.

I am curious if I can use the funds that are not yet deposited into my account by a buyer. The money is currently under Available Funds, and I need it to purchase a Christmas gift. The waiting process is frustrating as with PayPal, I would receive the funds instantly. I am disappointed with eBay's current operations. Despite selling and buying since [redacted], I find it unreasonable that I must ship the item before receiving payment. This situation has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I am contemplating exploring other platforms.

I recently purchased 2 packages of DC Mach heavy duty jumbo 10 ct. stainless steel safety pins. My order number is 19-08[redacted]5. I tried to contact a representative to inquire about using these for cloth diapers but was unsuccessful. I am interested in knowing if these pins would be suitable for cloth diapers as I bought them for a friend's adult son who uses cloth diapers. The product description did not mention this specific use although it said they could be used for anything. I am concerned if they might be too large for diaper closure. Hello, I am having an issue with my account being restricted. I have been a member of this platform for two years. Seven days ago, I had a return case that was resolved in the buyer's favor. On the day the buyer opened the case, I complained to eBay because the buyer sent a photo as proof that looked edited using Photoshop. Please review the photo again. Hello friends, my account has been restricted. I have been on this platform for two years. Four days ago, I had a return case that was resolved in the buyer's favor. On the day the buyer opened the case, I complained to eBay because the buyer sent a photo as proof. Upon review, anyone can see that the photo has been edited in Photoshop. I bought a pallet of goods for £94.95 that appeared on the opening page, but what I got was only one package filled with random items that are not worth the amount paid. I would have never agreed to receive such a box of mystery items. I sent back the parcel through a courier on 13/12/21, and the seller received it on 14/12/21. The image of the product displayed does not match what I received, and it seems to be a scam. Additionally, the return process required a printed post office label, which I couldn't utilize due to my health issues at 71 years old. I purchased a [redacted] calendar today with 3-day shipping, expecting it to arrive between the 24th and 30th, but after completing the order, it now shows a delivery date of 29th Dec. I really hope it can arrive by the 24th. I previously bought a calendar of abandoned places for my incarcerated son, costing $16 from another company, but it turned out to be a [redacted] calendar. I mistakenly ordered it. Wanting to send him something special, I bought one from eBay today, hoping for it to arrive in time for Christmas due to his situation. I received an email from the seller in China regarding order #14-08[redacted] after placing the order. They attached images displaying damage to the item being shipped, which differs from the original undamaged item shown in the listing. Despite requesting cancellation, I have not received a response. The discrepancy between the described "new part with original packaging" and the damaged item depicted in the email post-order is concerning. I am seeking a resolution by canceling the order and receiving a refund.

I purchased a bed rest, and the seller informed me that the original color I chose got lost in the mail. After selecting a different color, I have not received either the blue one initially ordered or the gray one chosen as a replacement. Despite reaching out multiple times, the seller has now blocked me. I simply want a refund promptly as I still have not received the product I ordered.

I received an email on December 17th notifying me that a counterfeit item was removed. The email assured me that my account would not be affected since I was unaware of the policy. However, on December 20th, I received another email stating that my account is suspended, preventing me from accessing the money waiting to be transferred to my bank account. This situation is frustrating as I fear not regaining access to my account and losing the funds from a sale I made.

I recently sold an item on eBay for the first time using my account from [redacted]. My item sold right away for the reserve price of $[redacted], which was a pleasant surprise. However, eBay placed a 30-day hold on my funds. Despite following all of eBay's policies such as providing a tracking number, the hold remains in place. The buyer even left positive feedback and confirmed the sale with eBay, but the hold has not been lifted. I have contacted the buyer to double-check, and they have also reached out to eBay to confirm the final sale, but eBay still refuses to release my funds.

I made a purchase on eBay from a store called ZHIWEI on February 7th, [redacted]. They deducted $26.50 from my PayPal account. On February 11th, I received a message from them stating a delay due to Chinese New Year, but I have yet to receive my item. When checking my eBay purchase history, there is no record of the transaction. Additionally, the store no longer exists on eBay. The order number associated with my purchase was [redacted]44. I recently opened a new account on this platform. Last night, I received an eBay gift card and decided to use it to purchase an adapter for an old vehicle. The seller seemed reliable, and I proceeded to make an offer to cover the total due, including their tax rate. However, the total amount exceeded the value of my gift card by 9 cents. To avoid wasting the gift card, I made a calculated offer, considering the seller's state sales tax, to match the exact card balance. I messaged the seller explaining my offer approach. Shortly after, I received a notification from eBay stating that my account has been permanently revoked due to perceived risk, with a warning that any new accounts I create would face the same fate. I am confused by this abrupt action without a clear explanation. I have been unable to reach eBay's customer service via phone for clarifications. This experience has been disappointing, as I was looking forward to using the platform to find unique items, straying away from large retailers like Walmart and Amazon.
