I need assistance regarding an email I received from eBay on June 2, [redacted]. eBay removed a transaction but did not provide an option to click on the transaction on the website mentioned. Additionally, as phone calls are not accepted, I am unsure how to proceed in obtaining the credit for the removed transaction. The item, a PetSafe Extra Wireless Dog Fence Receiver, had an anticipated ship date of 6/16/21. As eBay removed the transaction before I could receive tracking information, I kindly request the credited amount of $42.68 to be processed as I did not receive the item. I purchased struts for my [redacted] Infiniti as a guest, but received the wrong item. I have been trying to resolve this issue for a week or two now and am becoming very frustrated. I am unable to get my refund and am now looking to exchange the part for something else at the same price. Since I am having trouble with the refund process and cannot download the return label, I am requesting for someone to come pick up the incorrect part. Thank you.

On June 15th, I placed a bid on item #[redacted]08 which was accepted. The email I received at 5:31 PM confirmed me as the high bidder with 4 days, 19 hours, and 46 minutes until the bidding closed. However, this morning on June 18th, I got an email informing me that my bid for the item was canceled. The email suggested checking the bid history for more details, but I couldn't find any information there. As a long-standing member, I am puzzled by the lack of a bid record and the cancellation of the item scheduled to end on June 20th. My past experiences as a buyer and seller have been positive, so this situation is troubling to me.

I made a purchase on June 12, [redacted], but the order has not been sent out. I paid through PayPal, and they informed me that the seller, [redacted], does not have a PayPal account to receive payments. I attempted to contact eBay through chat, email, and phone, but had no success. I filed a complaint with PayPal to reverse the charge as I have not received any response from the seller after reaching out three times. On June 19th, I made a purchase from cpo-outlets. I received a confirmation email but noticed an error in the address. When I tried to contact them, they were closed on Saturday. I promptly emailed them to request an address change. Despite my efforts, they took too long to respond, causing me to miss the chance to cancel the order. It's frustrating because they only replied after I tried to cancel, informing me the order had already been shipped and no refund was possible. I've been a customer for a while and I expected better service. I'm looking for a refund, and I have a record of all emails and calls made regarding this issue.

I purchased a Mock One hammock from expeneon for my husband as a Christmas gift. The box was described as "new but taped," and my husband did not take it out until recently, as we are in Michigan where it's unsuitable for a hammock during winter. Unfortunately, upon opening, we discovered that four feet were missing, making it unusable. Additionally, the sun shade, screw knob, and the part the knob secures into were all absent or damaged. Despite reaching out to expeneon twice, I have not received a response. I do understand it has been six months, but the discrepancies from the advertised product remain. Would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

Hello, I am Michael S. Young from Loveland, Colorado. I purchased a 6/71 blower intake manifold with a factory crack. I am trying to return the item, but the shipping label provided by the seller was too large to print completely. I contacted eBay customer service at 1-[redacted], but I was disconnected three times. On the fourth attempt, they mentioned my eBay account was hacked 3 times in different locations, then suddenly changed it to 6 times. They suggested setting up a dummy account and transferring my information, which seemed suspicious. I bought an Ebay gift card for someone and they claimed it was invalid. I purchased another Ebay card, but the second one was frozen when I sent it. I contacted an Ebay representative who promised to credit my debit card for the value of both cards plus $[redacted] within 24 hours. Despite this assurance, I never received the refund. When I called again, I spoke with a representative named Erick Williams. He suggested refunding me through CashApp and requested that I download certain apps, which I did. After gaining access to my CashApp account, he started making changes without my permission, claiming it was necessary to process the refund and cover the inconvenience with additional fees totaling $[redacted]. I only wanted my refund back, but he continued regardless. Now my bank account is in the negative due to his actions. I urgently need my money back as my account is currently -$[redacted].83 which is Ebay's responsibility. I have tried contacting Erick Williams without success. I need a prompt resolution to this issue.

I am disappointed with the poor customer service I have received from eBay. Around six months ago, I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and was promised a callback but never received one. Today, I received a missed call from eBay and when I called back, I was transferred to a floor manager who rudely hung up on me after saying I was wasting his time. I am located in Santa Clara County, where eBay is based, and would appreciate a local representative reaching out to me. As a seller, eBay is withholding funds from my sold items that were previously directly transferred to my PayPal account. I have been trying to resolve this issue with multiple calls but have faced stress, hassle, and verbal abuse from customer service. I kindly request a manager or district manager to contact me or respond to my email to address these ongoing concerns.

I am completely confused! I purchased two items with my new account since I lost access to my old one when my phone and laptop went missing in March. Tonight, I tried to see what else I could buy, but I received a message saying my account was suspended because I violated their policies. All I did was buy two cosmetics and paid in full. This evening's purchase is the only activity on my new account. My old account had a perfect standing with no negative remarks or unpaid dues. I wish I could access my old account with my excellent buyer feedback of [redacted]% over several years. It was much easier to make offers with that reputation compared to starting as a newcomer with this new account.

I would like to report a seller named "sammlerschatzkiste" from Germany who has been a member since [redacted]. When I purchased the product, the item description did not mention that the products were not in their original boxes, despite the seller's claim that "they are in very good condition unless otherwise stated."
