I recently sold a Paslode Nail gun, which the buyer complained about due to delivery issues and requested a refund. Upon investigating, I discovered that Parcel Force made two delivery attempts without leaving any notification, causing confusion. After some effort, I located the parcel at a local depot for the buyer to collect. The buyer eventually received the Paslode and acknowledged the delivery mishap. However, I have noticed a charge of £14.00 and that the sale amount for the nail gun was refunded to the buyer. I'm curious about the timing of receiving funds from eBay post-sale. I have been dealing with this issue for several months now. I purchased the chair on March 1st and immediately noticed its discomfort, limiting me to only sitting in it for 30 minutes at a time. Initially, they offered an inadequate 8% discount in response to my complaint. After numerous eBay messages, they agreed to a refund as long as I covered the return costs, which I did. Their last message on June 7th, [redacted], assured me I would receive the refund within 3 working days. Unfortunately, I never received the refund, and all subsequent attempts to contact uksurplus365 have been ignored. The total amount spent, including postage and return costs, was approximately £79. I am left without the chair and feeling very frustrated by the lack of progress in resolving this issue. I urge for an investigation into this company and encourage reviewing my eBay messages for more details.

I contacted eBay on June 19th regarding an order issue with the seller. After sending back the item and waiting for a response by the 28th, I faced challenges reaching eBay for help. This morning, I tried once more and found a contact page to explain the situation but mistakenly canceled the refund by pressing the wrong button. Despite my error, seeking assistance from eBay has been difficult. I have a case open against me for not receiving an item. The case number is [redacted], and the sales order is 25 07[redacted]0. I provided the tracking number showing the delivery, and I attempted to submit a photo of the postage label, but it was too big to send through the dispute page. I haven't received any proof, such as a photo from the buyer showing the item was missing upon arrival. I opened a dispute because I lacked evidence during delivery. I had an issue returning an item on eBay. I followed the return process, paid for postage, and contacted eBay for help when I couldn't print the label. An eBay representative suggested I buy a tracking label, which they said would be reimbursed after the return. I paid £4.85 for the tracking label and included the receipt in the package when I returned the item. After the return, I received a partial refund. Now, I'm having trouble reaching eBay's customer service for further assistance. I need to speak to a live agent to resolve this matter.

I made a purchase from the seller on eBay with the username damicole_71. After asking them to ship the hoodie promptly, they informed me they would ship within 10 days, contradicting the item description. When I requested a refund due to the delay, the seller became rude and declined. I insisted on a refund since the item was not shipped, leading me to open a return case. Despite this, the seller falsely marked the item as dispatched with an invalid tracking number. Despite my efforts, the seller continues to be uncooperative and impolite.

I am new to eBay and recently listed two saddles. They kept getting relisted, and I didn't know how to stop that. I had a couple of bids, but they were way below the reserve price. Eventually, I withdrew the items because we were going away, and I was worried about listing fees. The first listing was free as far as I was aware. I received a message from PayPal saying that eBay is taking £75 from my account. The invoice does not specify what it's for, but an experienced user told me that if you withdraw while there is a current bid on an item, eBay will take a percentage of that bid. I had no idea this would happen and would like to explain the situation and appeal to eBay, but it seems impossible to get through to anyone. I recently set up a new account on eBay and listed two authentic bags for sale. However, shortly after, I received an MC113 email informing me that my account has been permanently suspended from buying and selling on eBay due to being deemed a "risk" to the community. It is confusing as I just created the account today and have not engaged in any suspicious activity. I have attempted to contact eBay via phone, but there is currently no phone support available. Email correspondences have only resulted in automated responses stating that my account poses a risk to the community. I am seeking reinstatement of my account. I am unable to close the account myself, and given GDPR regulations, I should have the right to have my personal information removed. The situation is frustrating as I believe eBay is a reputable platform. I had to create a new email address for this account since my typical buying is done as a guest, and I suspect this may be related to the issue.

I am Ben Coleman. I purchased Item ID [redacted]72 on eBay in January [redacted] Order Number 05-06[redacted]8 using a guest account and paid with my debit card. Despite winning the case SR# 1-[redacted]63 for the undelivered item, the refund was never credited back to my card. My eBay account is col-[redacted], and my current email is [redacted], but I initially used [redacted] Despite contacting eBay multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. eBay instructed me to reach out to PayPal, although I don't have an account with them. They mentioned a temporary account was created for the refund, which I followed up on, only to be directed back to eBay. After promises of a callback from eBay that never happened, I am frustrated with the lack of progress in refunding the $55.06. My account was unexpectedly suspended permanently. The reason provided was related to a perceived risk to the trust within the eBay community. Despite only using the account a few times for purchases, the explanation given was a violation of the user agreement. As a person with a disability, relying on eBay for affordable items will now be more challenging and costly. The situation continues to be perplexing and distressing even after several months.

I made an error and sent an item to the wrong address. When trying to rectify this, I accidentally ordered a second item to the correct address which resulted in double payment. Despite multiple attempts to cancel the first order, I was unsuccessful. I promptly informed the seller of the situation, but they proceeded with the delivery anyway. Now, the delivery company is having difficulty reaching the wrong address for delivery attempts. I have reached out to PayPal and tried to contact the delivery company Hermes without success so far. I just seek assistance in obtaining a refund for the item.

I purchased a door on eBay four months ago, but due to Covid-19, I only had it fitted yesterday. Unfortunately, the door was damaged and does not fit onto my car properly. Initially, the seller did not mention any damage in the listing, but later informed me after the purchase. I received photos, and based on them, I assumed it would be fine. However, upon fitting the door, it became apparent that it wouldn't work due to the damage. I contacted the seller, but they claim that since 30 days have passed, they are not able to assist me. I believe the seller should have disclosed the possible incompatibility in the listing, as I would not have bought the door if I had known. It is disappointing that the seller only mentioned the defect after the sale was completed.

I initiated a return for a pair of women's sandals I purchased from an eBay seller in Manchester, England. The sandals were supposed to be size three but appear to be size five. I bought earrings on eBay for my friend's birthday, but a crystal fell out after wearing them once. eBay Item Number: [redacted]81 I recently won an auction for the Super Graph Drawing Station from John Adams with item number [redacted]81 on 12/07/21. I was charged £3.90 for postage, which I believe is higher than the actual cost. I reached out to the seller to inquire about the postage cost to my address (TW7 7QG). The seller responded that the extra charge covered their time and petrol, which was not mentioned in the listing. Now, the seller offered to cancel the order, but I am concerned about the time I have invested in participating in the auction. The listing also contained misleading information about the item being new and only played with once. I would appreciate if eBay UK could investigate this situation and assist in resolving it. On June 24th, I received an outdoor indoor garden wall station clock thermometer that I ordered for £19.45. The clock is functioning, but unfortunately, the thermometer is not working. After contacting the supplier through eBay, they requested a photo of the issue. Despite explaining that it's not damaged, just not operational, they insisted on a photo. After sending the photo on July 3rd, there has been no further communication from their end even after a follow-up on July 11th. Hello team, I wanted to share my recent experience with creating a business account on eBay. Unfortunately, our account on ebay.com was permanently banned without explanation. Despite multiple emails to customer support, we still do not have a clear answer. We requested the account to be closed. We then attempted to open a new account on ebay.de using different details, which has now been temporarily banned without clear reasons or instructions.
