I believe I have been misled with the purchase of a WARHAMMER 40K SPACE MARINE ARMY TERMINATOR. My order number is 06-07[redacted]9 (item number [redacted]94), costing £58.84. The listing on ebay displayed a well-painted space marine army and a fully assembled, painted terminator in the primary picture. Upon clicking, a secondary image of an unpainted terminator on sprues was revealed. I anticipated receiving the items depicted in the initial picture along with miscellaneous unpainted terminator pieces, unassembled, without assembly instructions. Contrary to my expectations, I only received the unpainted, unassembled terminator. My assumptions were based on the prominent display of the initial picture, the use of "Army terminator" suggesting multiple items in the description, and the pricing comparison. New SPACE MARINE ARMY TERMINATORS are available on ebay for £25, and considering the usual selling prices for 40K model armies, £50/£60 seemed reasonable. Therefore, I believe this was a deliberate misrepresentation, and in accordance with UK regulations, I am seeking a refund.

In the past 10 days, I purchased a leather sofa, a tall bookcase, a tall narrow bookcase, and a hanging shelf/bookcase from 4 different sellers. After making my payments today, I received a message from the seller of the sofa with their details. When I tried to look for delivery quotes, I found myself logged into a different eBay account that didn't show any of my recent purchases. Instead, it congratulated me on winning a lot of 4 bookcases for £[redacted], which I only bid on up to £[redacted]. It seems like there might be two parallel accounts linked to different emails. I'm unable to organize the collection of the goods I bought because they are not listed under my orders, and I don't have the contact information for the seller. - R.

A customer purchased two dresses from me and left positive reviews upon receiving them. Recently, she claimed one dress was faulty and requested a refund. Despite our agreement for her to return the items due to her lack of a printer, I issued the refund. However, she later informed me she won't be returning the dress. I now find myself in a situation where she has received a refund but is unwilling to return the item. I have evidence of our previous conversation regarding the return process.

My chair broke on the right side, causing it to be lower on that side than the left. After contacting Mobility Aids, the manufacturer's technician took the chair for repair. However, upon return, the right side remains lower, leading to discomfort due to my osteoarthritis. Despite the chair being able to hold up to [redacted] kilos (which I am below), this issue shouldn't have occurred. Additionally, I have amnesia, so I may forget details to clarify. When the chair was returned, the delivery person mistakenly noted we had carpet instead of a lino floor. I expected the repair to restore the chair to its original condition, meaning both sides should be equal.

Hello, I had to return an alternator to the USA because it did not fit as advertised. I received a refund for the part but I have not received the refund for the original shipping cost and import duties I paid. Last time we spoke, it was confirmed that I would receive a full refund. I am wondering about the disappearance of eBay Concierge. I have been a long-time member and have always been able to speak with someone promptly. Recently, after spending an hour creating a listing for my Rare Mercedes Classic, I tried to save it as a draft only to discover that none of my work was saved, wasting my time. Instances like this make it challenging for me to continue selling on eBay. I sincerely hope this issue is temporary and that eBay will restore the Concierge service promptly. I am disappointed that I no longer have access to Concierge support. - Christine

I would like to return my order as it looks nothing like the picture on the seller's site. I am unsure where to send the parcel back to and who covers the postage costs. I wish eBay could provide a prepaid code to my mobile so I can easily return the item. Alternatively, a prepaid label sent to my home address or arranging for Hermes, who delivered the order, to collect the return would be helpful. The order was expensive, costing over £[redacted], including postage. I sent this email before and have not heard back from the seller. The deadline was 8/6. I prefer a prompt call from customer service regarding this issue.

I am appealing this case regarding the item I have not received. The Hermes carrier left the parcel outside my building among many flats, exposed to public view. Despite their picture evidence, showing the item near a plant pot outside, they did not contact me or ring my bell on the delivery day. Only after receiving an email notification, I searched inside, outside, and checked with neighbors with no success. I am disappointed with the service and the refusal of a refund or replacement. My neighbors have faced similar issues with Hermes deliveries, leading to stolen items. I request a full refund due to the unsatisfactory resolution and the irresponsible delivery method. I recently purchased a Photostick that appears to be a copy as it arrived without the original packaging. The seller has agreed to provide a refund, but they're requesting my Ebay email for the transaction, which raises suspicion for me. In the last 3 days, unauthorized purchases were made using my card details on my eBay account. Despite my efforts to contact the unhelpful seller and involve the bank, the issue persists. My bank advised me to seek a refund from eBay directly. I have taken steps, such as removing my payment cards from eBay, preventing further unauthorized transactions. I have also reported the situation to the police and informed a local shop where some deliveries are being made to verify identity. It is crucial to reach eBay in person to discuss the fraudulent transactions totaling £[redacted].35 and the ongoing delivery of goods. Unfortunately, contacting eBay or the seller by phone has proven futile, and urgent assistance is needed to prevent further misuse of my account. A direct telephone line for communication rather than relying solely on email correspondence would be greatly appreciated.

Item number [redacted]80 I included the following statement in my auction listing: "This item has warranty seals/stickers, so no returns are accepted. Please only bid/buy if you accept the terms above. Bid/Buy with confidence as my feedback is exceptional." Despite this, the buyer is requesting a refund claiming the item is "not as described," even though it was when shipped, arrived promptly, and the buyer confirmed safe delivery. I am currently facing difficulties with returning an item I bought on eBay. The seller agreed to the return for a full refund due to the item not being as described. Despite eBay's email instructions on how to print the return label, I am unable to find the option to do so on the website. The seller's address is provided but no label or print option is available. Contacting eBay's help assistant and agents has been unhelpful, and their phone numbers direct me back to the website. The misinformation from eBay has caused me stress as the return is being tracked despite not being shipped. I fear this situation may affect my rating as a buyer. Hello, I purchased a kids' bike on eBay for £30 in November [redacted]. Despite paying for it, the bike never arrived, and the seller hasn't been responding to my multiple attempts to contact them. I purchased a VW T4 van from eBay, but unfortunately, there were many crucial details missing from the sales information. Despite reaching out to the seller for more information, the van was not accurately described. I paid £[redacted].00, including a £[redacted] deposit through PayPal. After having a garage perform an MOT, they revealed significant differences between what was advertised and the actual condition of the van. I posted car advertisements on eBay a few months ago and expected a selling fee of around £15 to £20 per listing. Somehow, my fees have accumulated to nearly £[redacted], despite not successfully selling any cars. I am puzzled as to how the cost has escalated to this amount. I know there are additional fees for successful sales, but this sum is excessive given my lack of sales. I have contacted customer service, but they insist this is standard practice. Previous representatives assured me fees are only deducted from profits, which makes this situation even more surprising as I have not made any profit, yet money has been deducted from my account.
