I would like to report that the concert I purchased tickets for was canceled. Subsequently, I requested a refund, which was processed. However, the refund was rejected due to the closure of my old bank account. Realizing this, I promptly updated my information on PayPal. I reached out via email to inform Vividseats of the rejected refund and they initially assured me it would be resolved. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts through emails, live chat, and phone calls to customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Despite numerous promises from agents, including leaving my contact information for a callback, the matter has not been addressed. I recently spoke to another customer service representative who assured me, once again, that a supervisor would handle the situation promptly. I am still waiting for a resolution. Thank you. I bought a ticket (order #[redacted]8) for my daughter for the Harry Styles concert on Sept. 13, [redacted], at the Houston Toyota Center. Instead, she received a ticket for the Sept. 11, [redacted] concert at the Dallas American Airlines Center. Despite being assured the correct ticket would be sent in time for the Houston concert, my daughter did not receive it. She was told last minute that the ticket would not be corrected and she should buy a new one at the box office. We've tried contacting Vividseats several times to check on the refund status, with only one email response stating the order is under review. We want the $[redacted].10 refunded to the Mastercard used for purchase, not a credit. We're extremely dissatisfied with the service and will not be using Vividseats again.

I have not received my refund for my 2 BTS tickets to the cancelled May 17, [redacted] concert at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta. I received emails at [redacted] and [redacted] which both go to the same mailbox. Despite contacting you through chat, email, and phone, I have not received assistance. Today's email bounced back as my address is not recognized, although it's the only one on my Vivid Seats profile. I bought my 2 tickets on 2/7/[redacted] for the BTS concert on 5/17/[redacted]. Order #[redacted]9 2 tickets: Section [redacted] Row 2 Seats 16 and 17. I received the tickets electronically and they are still on my phone. I paid $[redacted].04 in total with an American Express card ending in [redacted]. Please refund me.

My wife recently purchased two tickets for the Diana Krall concert on Sat, Apr 9, [redacted]. The order number is #[redacted]3, and the total price paid was $[redacted].56. Each ticket was about $[redacted], plus taxes, fees, and event insurance. The tickets purchased were for RIGHT ORCH Row: R. I checked the Vivid website today and found that similar seats ranged from $[redacted] to $[redacted] in LS ORC sec 3, $[redacted] in CT ORD sec 2, and even the most expensive tickets in ORC FRONT Row AAA were priced at $[redacted]. I'm wondering why there was an additional charge of almost $[redacted] per seat on my wife's purchase. I believe there may have been an error, and I would appreciate it if this could be resolved promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

Unfortunately, my mother couldn't attend because she tested positive for COVID. I am having a frustrating experience with Vividseats. I bought tickets for an event before the pandemic and chose to hold them for a reschedule when the event was canceled. Now, just before the rescheduled event, Vividseats cancelled my tickets without my approval and issued a refund. They are selling tickets for the same event at a much higher price. I confirmed with the venue that the event is still happening. I have tried to contact Vividseats through their chatbot, messages, and survey, but have not received help or a response. When I called, I couldn't reach a real person. I want my original tickets restored at the price I paid, not the inflated price they are currently selling for. This situation feels deceptive.

I purchased tickets through Vivid for a Chris Stapleton concert originally scheduled for July [redacted], but it was postponed due to Covid. The event was rescheduled multiple times, most recently to November 19, [redacted]. Despite receiving an email from Vivid on October 8, [redacted], providing a link to pick up my tickets, the link was not working and displayed an error message. I have been in communication with Vivid Seats via email, but the issue remains unresolved. Each email exchange involves a different representative who does not seem to read the previous correspondence, even though I always include it for reference.

Hello! I am Wesley M. I recently bought a ticket for WWE Monday Night Raw in Memphis, TN from a different site. I informed my friend that I did not receive the ticket or a confirmation email. I have wanted to attend one of these events for the last ten years, and he bought another ticket from Vivid Seats without my permission! I would like a refund for the ticket, please. I already obtained my other ticket from the other site, so I did not need this extra ticket and did not authorize the purchase. I saw the email, immediately created a password, and contacted you. I apologize for the inconvenience. If I purchase more tickets for an event in the future, I will definitely use your service due to the quick response. Please process the refund as soon as possible. I purchased 7 tickets for The Weeknd concert at the Staples Center, scheduled for March 19, [redacted]. Following the cancelation announcement, I have not received the refund yet as the bank account/card used for the purchase is no longer active. I contacted customer service on 10/18/[redacted] via email and tried calling but received no response. I am not interested in Loyalty Rewards Cash due to the poor service experienced. I bought tickets for a Broadway show on December 1st as a birthday gift weeks ago from Vivid Seats. However, the tickets never arrived. Despite sending them four emails, they only responded saying they would escalate the issue, but have yet to call me. This is the first time I've experienced a problem like this with Vivid Seats. They mentioned I would receive the tickets the day before the show, which may not work for me. I am looking for a contact number to speak with a representative as soon as possible.

I bought tickets to a Foo Fighters concert in Green Bay, WI, which got cancelled. After purchasing them, my email had to be changed, and now I can't access the account. I have a $[redacted].56 credit from the purchase I made on 02/21/[redacted] using a credit card. The order number is #[redacted]1. We want to use this credit for a different concert but need to link my new email to the existing account since I no longer have access to the old one.

On the website, I selected seats in one section but was directed to seats on the opposite side of the stadium. Unfortunately, the seating details were not provided until after I made the purchase. Hello, I would like to cancel my Vivid card order as I was charged 9.90 euros. I made a payment of [redacted] euros and the delivery was supposed to be free. I wanted the free card with free delivery, otherwise, I am not interested. Can you please cancel my card order or inform me how to cancel the Vivid debit card order on the application? I bought tickets from Vivid Seats, and they were transferred to Ticketmaster. The concert has been rescheduled to a date I can't attend. I was instructed to transfer the tickets back to the original buyer, which I don't know how to do. I spent a lot for a Christmas concert on a Saturday, but it's rescheduled for a Thursday after Christmas when I won't be in town. I'm now told to sell the tickets for less than I paid, while other nearby seats are available for only $39. This situation is frustrating!

I bought 4 tickets for an AJR concert, but I haven't received them yet. Vivid Seats is not assisting me beyond asking me to wait. They had me create a new email address and supposedly requested the seller to resend the ticket link, which I never received. I suspect I've been scammed. Despite their [redacted]% buyer guarantee, customer service refuses to refund me. I continuously receive the same generic email asking me to wait. I want to escalate this matter to a higher authority within the company but don't know how. The concert is in May [redacted], and they want me to wait until the day of the event before contacting them if I still don't have the tickets. This approach seems lazy and impractical. I need help recovering my money from Vivid Seats or the possible scammer.

I purchased NBA tickets from Vivid Seats for the upcoming Denver versus Golden State game. The tickets were transferred to me via Ticketmaster on November 17. I have paid the full amount for the tickets, but they are no longer showing up. When I try to accept them via the link in the email, I receive an error message on Ticketmaster saying the transfer may have been canceled by the seller. I've already contacted support and was asked to provide an alternative email for the seller to resend the tickets, but it has been two weeks and I still haven't received them.
