My account got deactivated, and I'm not sure why. I took a photo to go to work as usual, and I got a message saying it's not the same as the photo on my account. They said my account will be deactivated while they review it, but this doesn't make sense. It seems like there's an issue or a mistake. I don't understand why my account got deactivated for no reason, and I need to work. Please review it quickly and make sure it's done properly. Hello, it's necessary for me to work, that's why I rely on your well-known company.

Unfortunately, my courier notification was ignored. Despite multiple attempts (order, SMS to courier), I have pointed out that my address is incorrectly displayed on the GPS along with a description. The message should be read and understood; otherwise, the delivery service is pointless. And then I was snapped at even though I have repeatedly indicated where he needs to go. I can't help it that our house is so hidden. Once again, please read the instructions and be respectful. Ch. Cueni

On April 7, I placed an order through Uber Eats at McDonald's, but immediately after ordering, I noticed that the wrong address was selected. I quickly cancelled the order, expecting to receive a refund. However, upon checking my account, I was surprised to find that I did not receive any refund. When I looked at the app, it stated that I would not be refunded because the order had already begun. This is unacceptable as I cancelled right away. I demand that Uber Eats refund me the full amount promptly.

I recently ordered from Ill Mondo restaurant through the Uber Eats app. The "Steak tip dinner" I received had old, dry, and stale meat. I immediately informed Uber Eats about this issue, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, neither a replacement nor a refund was provided. Regrettably, consuming this meal caused a day of stomach upset and discomfort. This was not only a financial loss but also negatively impacted my health. I am disappointed by Uber Eats' lack of action in addressing my concerns. I hope they will take this matter seriously and prevent similar incidents in the future.

Hello, I placed an order with Uber Eats on April 30th around 5:00 p.m., and the merchant canceled my order at 5:12 p.m., citing possible busyness. Uber Eats charged me for the order, and despite emailing them, I have not received a response. I waited for five business days, but the refund has not been issued to me. I'm frustrated and confused. I didn't order any food, just browsing when suddenly a notification said a burger was on its way. As a pescatarian, I can't eat it. I've been attempting to cancel the order but the app doesn't offer the option. I called the restaurant, but they couldn't help. Contacted customer service, and they mentioned a £6 charge. Finally, I discovered the cancel order option by changing the delivery. However, to my dismay, cancelling would cost me more and void my promotion. This situation is unjust as I never placed this order. It's draining my funds.

I need assistance with a delivery issue. The driver did not deliver the food, but falsely marked it as delivered and left with it. It was a large order for CSL, and the security team verified this through camera footage. We tried to contact the driver without success after noticing the discrepancy. I made a "future order" with Uber Eats for today's delivery. I received only 2 out of the 3 items I paid for. Despite contacting Uber Eats immediately with a photo of the delivery receipt, they claim I am not eligible for a refund as the order was placed more than 48 hours ago. It's frustrating that I cannot report the missing item before it was even delivered. I strongly believe I deserve a refund for the missing item, as I should not have to pay for something I did not receive. Uber Eats needs to address this issue promptly and refund me accordingly.

I placed an order for McDonald's delivery expecting it to arrive in 25-30 minutes. However, every 10 minutes I checked, it was still being prepared and the estimated time of arrival kept getting extended by another 15 minutes. After waiting and checking for an hour, my order was suddenly canceled without any reason provided. I did not receive a refund or credit, which feels like theft. I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance today - no customer support, emails, or messages. I am even unable to get a refund on my debit card. Our meal was collected from the restaurant and taken on a detour in the opposite direction of our home, adding over an hour to the delivery time. The restaurant is located 5.9 miles southeast of our address, and our driver should be heading northwest towards us. Instead, they traveled 11 miles southeast (an additional 5 miles in the wrong direction). The driver is still not on the correct route towards us. Despite any traffic or weather conditions, there is no logical explanation for the driver to be heading in that direction with our order. We are disappointed to pay extra fees for inflated menu prices, surprise charges, and high delivery costs, only to receive cold food that is now two hours old.

I ordered food from KFC, waited for over an hour. The delivery driver called me, and I was informed they had run out of chicken, so my order was canceled. The driver, Darius Denis, assured me he would report the issue to Uber. However, my order never arrived, and I am now being told I am not eligible for a refund. On June 1st, [redacted], I had an unfortunate experience with Uber Eats. I ordered a bottle of vodka from a local Shell garage for a total of £18.71 plus a £1.87 tip. The rider, Fukan, brought the wrong order of 4 cans of Fosters lager, which was cheaper and not what I wanted. Despite my efforts to explain and reject the order, Fukan seemed confused and uncooperative. He claimed that Uber support arranged for another rider to bring my correct order, but I was skeptical. When I called the Shell garage, they confirmed that Fukan had returned looking for more lager, not realizing he had my vodka. Fukan's actions were frustrating, as he mishandled two orders, struggled with English, and was not the person in the rider photo. I recently ordered a pizza from Fireaway with order number B4222. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived in a very poor condition, with the toppings all over the place and the base soggy, making it visually unappealing. It cost me £16.98 and did not meet my expectations. On 6-21-23, I placed an order with Whataburger, Order [redacted], at the Grand Prairie, Texas location, [redacted] S State Hwy [redacted], for delivery through Ubereats. The delivery was made by Cassie F. at 3:41pm, but the order was completely wrong, and there was a different name on the receipt. I contacted Cassie F., who initially said she would resolve the issue but has not responded to my follow-up calls. Whataburger's Lisa provided a replacement order for free, which I had to pick up myself. I am seeking a refund of $9.99, which includes the $5.99 delivery fee, a $3.00 tip for Cassie F., and a $1.00 service fee.

This situation is urgent because my banking details need to be updated following the termination of that employee, and I fear financial losses from ongoing campaigns he initiated. The inability to access the account impedes both my revenue collection and the closure of the current account to establish a new one.
