My name is Daniel Bong, and I placed an order for novelty items on July 12, [redacted]. I opted for package protection and signature requirement upon delivery. Despite my girlfriend being home all day to receive the package, it was signed for by a postal carrier and left in a broken mailbox. I've made three claims with USPS, but they have not refunded the $[redacted].90 for the lost items, even though they admitted fault.

I would like to acknowledge Terrance, a delivery driver in the Burlington area (postcode [redacted]). I had a package scheduled for delivery on 12/16/[redacted] that wasn't received. After rescheduling for today, I spotted Terrance driving by, flagged him down, and he kindly informed me that the company was UPS based on the tracking number. Terrance actively helped locate the UPS truck and ensured my package reached me in time for Christmas. His exceptional service and friendliness exceeded my expectations.

I have faced various problems with receiving my packages. Once, I was instructed to pick up a package from the post office when I could have collected it from the nearby store before the post office. Additionally, packages have been crammed into my mailbox causing it to detach from the wall. There have also been instances where deliveries were made to the wrong door instead of my enclosed back porch as clearly specified on notes on both the front and back doors. These issues urgently require resolution. Thank you. (Location: Marion, Iowa [redacted])

I have a query regarding the request to move my mailbox from the house to the street after 50 years. I was informed by the USPS that while they may suggest moving the mailbox, they cannot mandate the change solely based on the duration my mailbox has been attached to the house. Most homes in my neighborhood have their mailboxes on the house, and the same goes for the majority of residents in this small town. I am seeking written confirmation that I can retain my current mailbox location. Recently, my mail was unexpectedly held for a week, and upon retrieval, I found a notice instructing me to relocate my mailbox to the street. This issue relates to my mail service with the Highland Springs, VA [redacted] Post Office.

I paid for first-class mail to be delivered, but it arrived two weeks late due to the Christmas season. On the expected delivery day, I saw the mailman in my apartment without attempting delivery and left a failed delivery slip, even though I was at home. He didn't knock or ring the doorbell. I rescheduled for redelivery on the 14th, and it's been 6 days since then.

My package was sent to Sioux Falls Package Center by UPS on 12-17-[redacted] and was scheduled for delivery on Dec 20-[redacted]. However, it appears that the package is now being returned to Kansas City. The tracking information is showing it enroute back to Kansas City on 12-20-[redacted]. I am frustrated by this situation as the scanning seems to be inaccurate. I am disappointed that my package is stuck in this loop within the system. Please contact the Kansas PO to expedite the delivery of my package by Wednesday 12-22-[redacted] at their expense, not mine. It is crucial to have it delivered promptly as it was mishandled during the previous process at the Sioux Falls office. My UPS Innovation tracking number is [redacted][redacted]6. I expect my package to be located and delivered by Wednesday 12-22-[redacted] via Express service if necessary. Thank you, A concerned customer eager to receive their package.

Tracking number #[redacted][redacted][redacted] indicates that my package was initially received at my Florissant MO post office, [redacted], on December 18, [redacted], at 8:17 am. It was then accepted at the USPS Destination Facility in Florissant, MO [redacted]. Surprisingly, the package arrived at the post office in O'Fallon, MO [redacted] at 5:26 pm on December 20, [redacted]. I am puzzled by this redirection and concerned about the lack of attention given to packages at this location. This is not the first time I have faced such issues. I hope the USPS can ensure proper training for employees or hiring associates who are better suited for their roles. I attempted to contact customer service for assistance, but navigating the automated system proved challenging. My package, which started its journey from TN on December 9, [redacted], has yet to be delivered correctly even after 12 days. Comparatively, shipments through eBay have been more reliable and often arrive earlier than expected, despite being mainly handled by USPS.

Today, I had a concerning experience with the Bacliff Texas Postmaster, Chad George. I have informed delivery for both my home and P.O. box, and on Sunday, I received a text notification stating that a package had been delivered to my mailbox. Despite keeping an eye on the mailbox from inside the house, the package was never received, and I did not see the mail carrier arrive. When I visited the local post office on Monday to inquire about the missing package, the Postmaster dismissed my concerns, insisting that the package must have been stolen. He claimed it was delivered 15 minutes after the text notification, but I was vigilant and certain it never arrived. Despite his accusations of theft and calling me a liar, I requested his contact information for further discussion. I am disheartened by this interaction and the lack of support in resolving the issue. As of now, the package with tracking number [redacted] remains undelivered.

I am Emma Sims. I tracked a package I sent to Newark, DE, from Montgomery County, Maryland. I was notified that the package was returned on 11/22 due to an incomplete address. Since then, I have not received any updates regarding its whereabouts. On 12/08, I texted Larissa my details, the contents, and the value of the package. Despite this, I have not received any further updates or communication. I visited a USPS location and was provided with a number, [redacted], for consumer affairs, but the mailbox was full when I called.

I'm experiencing an issue with tracking my package. The status shows "attempted delivery, no access to address," but this doesn't seem correct as the address provided is for a hotel, specifically "1 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica [redacted], Room [redacted], Ask for Soraya Cashman." I'm puzzled why there was no attempt to contact me at [redacted]. The hotel's front desk mentioned they have not encountered problems with USPS deliveries in the past. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

My package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]97 is showing as "return to sender" due to an incorrect address. I have already verified with the sender that the address provided was correct. I need to contact someone at USPS to understand the issue and arrange for redelivery or hold the package, as it is currently in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a live representative after 20 minutes of navigating the IVR system. The package contains Christmas gifts for my family, and I am eager to resolve this matter promptly.

Good morning, I am experiencing an issue with a package (envelope) I sent via USPS. I sent copies of personal documents using Priority Express International on December 2, [redacted] (estimated 3-5 days) with Tracking # EH[redacted]93US. I paid $68.95, and it includes up to $[redacted] insurance. It has been 20 days, and the only update online shows it left the US on December 5, [redacted]. I initiated a case online and spoke with a USPS agent, who provided me with case number DE[redacted]. USPS promised to track the envelope and provide information on the delay, but it has been almost a week with no updates. I chose Priority Express International for a quicker delivery, but the delay has been disappointing. Waiting 3-5 days should not turn into 20 days. This experience has made me hesitant to trust USPS with important documents in the future. Regards

My spouse, G.R. and I, P.B., were informed by a neighbor that our mail was no longer being delivered to our cluster boxes. Upon visiting the Post Office, we were advised that there was no mail for us. Typically, we receive a substantial stack of mail every week. It has been 14 days without any delivery. We urgently require our mail, as we are unable to shop for Christmas presents without it. Please assist us in locating our missing mail. Our temporary address is [redacted] Middle Ridge Rd.#19, Cameron, La. [redacted]. Our zip code is [redacted]. We will soon be relocating to Trinity, Tx.

I am frustrated because the Post Office claims they delivered my package on December 18, but I never received it. Our community has multiple mailboxes, and they haven't provided me with a key or clarified where exactly they left it. The case was closed based on their location tracker stating it was delivered to the general area, not to my specific box. I want my package and for the Post Office to be transparent. This holiday season, every delivery either never arrived due to postal issues or was damaged by the carrier cramming it into our mailbox instead of using the designated parcel box. I demand accountability from the Post Office and insist they cover the cost of the lost package.

Package Missing with Irreplaceable Sentimental Items My package, containing sentimental items from my deceased mother, is missing. The tracking number is 9[redacted] 7[redacted] [redacted] 71. It was in a flat rate box meant to be signed for, en route to a family member in Georgetown, Texas. Despite a 24/7 presence at the delivery address, the post office claims they attempted delivery with no response. We rescheduled redelivery for Monday the 20th, but it has not arrived. I urgently need assistance in locating these irreplaceable belongings. I have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach a human representative over the phone for help. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Our locking mailboxes have recently been damaged leading to a halt in mail delivery for about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we lack clear instructions on how to proceed as we do not have an HOA overseeing mailbox regulations. Although we may be able to replace the mailbox door, it is Postal Office property and we are unsure about the procedures for this. Additionally, without proper communication, we are uncertain how to resume mail delivery after fixing the issue. Our community has been advised against installing home mailboxes due to being on a private road. With a 90-minute wait time at the Post Office and a waitlist for PO boxes, accessibility to our mail has become quite challenging. It remains unclear if someone with valid ID showing our address can retrieve our mail or if they will only receive items addressed to them.

Hello, I am a resident of France. I purchased an item from an American who used your USPS delivery service. The tracking number LH[redacted]85US shows that the package was delivered successfully to Roissy-en-France, which is not my address. The sender correctly specified my address as [redacted] Rambla des Calissons [redacted] Montpellier - France. It has been a week since the delivery was made incorrectly. I kindly request your assistance in ensuring the parcel is redirected to my correct address. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.

I received a package through the well-known carrier USPS from a purchase I made, which I have not received yet. I cannot determine if it's lost or if there is an issue with the delivery. I am in Colombia and have not been able to contact them. When checking my tracking number, it has not been updated since December 14th, and the package is still in transit. The estimated delivery date was December 22nd, which was yesterday. In conclusion, I just want to know the current status and if it will eventually arrive.

I am concerned about the package I sent as priority mail with a promised delivery date of Tuesday, 12/21/21, tracked with number [redacted][redacted]15. It contained important Christmas gifts valued at over $[redacted] for three families and paid extra for expedited delivery. However, it seems the package has not been scanned since Albuquerque on 12/19 and has not reached its destination. I feel let down by the lack of proper handling and the minimal insurance coverage provided, which does not match the contents' value. I am disappointed in the USPS service and expect full compensation for the inconvenience caused. The current tracking system is inadequate, and a more reliable live tracking feature is essential to prevent such issues. The USPS needs to address these failures promptly to regain trust from customers like me who rely on their services.

My mail keeps ending up in the wrong mailboxes. People have been kind enough to bring it to me after work or I've found it in the shared laundry room dumpster. Recently, a piece of mail was marked as delivered, and my neighbors received theirs but I didn't. Despite checking with the post office, they claim they never had it. This is causing a problem as I have bills to pay and four kids to take care of. I was counting on that mail, especially during the Christmas season.
