I sent a package from Germany to Josh Kiszka in Nashville using tracking number CY[redacted]85DE. The package reached Nashville on December 1st, [redacted], but there was an issue as the address mentioned on the package was incorrect. The correct address for Josh Kiszka should be [redacted] Poplar Creek Road, Nashville, TN [redacted], and not Poplar Creek [redacted] as mistakenly written. I have contacted the post station in Bellevue, Nashville, on the same day to correct the street number. Despite assurance from the USPS staff that the correction would be made, the USPS tracking information indicates that they are planning to return the package to Germany. I am unable to reach Mr. Kiszka to inform him about the package. I need assistance in resolving this matter since Mr. Kiszka has not responded to my emails. Please advise me on what steps to take. I appreciate your help. Thank you. Sincerely, Bea Elisa Klarius

I have not changed my address. My mail was supposed to go to the General Lee's building, but I still receive mail at [redacted]-58 10th Street West, Lancaster, California [redacted]. However, I now use [redacted] East Avenue K10, Lancaster, California [redacted], and I want all my mail to go there instead. I only want my mail delivered to the [redacted] address as I’m a victim of identity theft and want to prevent any further issues. Please ensure that all mail addressed to Lelia J. is sent to the [redacted] address. Thank you.

Hello, I am Bea Elisa Klarius from Germany. I sent a package via DHL to Nashville, TN with tracking number CY[redacted]85DE. The package arrived on December 1st, but the post office in Nashville couldn't deliver it due to an "insufficient address" issue. I contacted the Bellevue post office, and they assured me they would attempt delivery again. However, since December 6th, there have been no updates on the package, and the recipient is not responding to my emails. I'm concerned the package might be returned to Germany. Could you please assist me as my English is not perfect? I'd like to prevent a refund and have the package held at the Nashville post office for me to pay for any necessary fees. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Bea Elisa Email: [redacted]

My female mail carrier keeps losing my packages. Each time I order something, it goes missing for a few days. When I report it to her boss, I receive my package within ten minutes. She's also rude when asked about it. I have received five different people's mail because she mixes them up, which I don't want. I suspect she steals packages as my missing package disappeared while on her shift. She mentioned that she has it, and her name is Padilla. I need help resolving this issue.

I bought 2 sets of 20-pound dumbbells on eBay. The seller shipped them from Statesville, North Carolina, on either December 23rd or 24th. The estimated delivery date to my address is December 29th. The dumbbells were initially processed in Greensboro, N.C., on December 24th and scanned a total of 8 times in that location. On December 28th, they left North Carolina for the distribution center in Kansas City, Kansas, where they were scanned twice on December 21st. Despite being in Kansas City 8 days prior to the expected delivery, the dumbbells have not arrived at my house yet.

I have submitted and paid for a change of address. Despite this, I have not received any mail at my new address located at [redacted] N. Mayhew Lane, Spokane Valley, WA [redacted]. In response to my Service Request #[redacted]2, I received an email from Mark Thomas from Cheney, Washington, indicating the change of address was effective on 11/13/[redacted] and that he is investigating the issue. It has been a month since November 6, [redacted], and I am concerned about the whereabouts of my mail. Would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I have the Informed Delivery service. Last Saturday, 12/4, I received an email from Informed Delivery displaying multiple items including a check and two letters from the IRS. Surprisingly, I did not receive any mail on 12/4, and I cannot recall seeing the postal truck in my area that day at all. I anticipated receiving these items in today's mail (12/6), but upon checking, none of the items that Informed Delivery had shown for Saturday, 12/4, were included. Only the two items shown in today's Informed Delivery email were received.

I have noticed that over the last few months, there have been 5 money orders missing from my mail that I usually use to pay my business accounts. These money orders are usually purchased in numbers ranging from 25 to 30 every month from the Geary St. office in San Francisco, which has been a routine for the past two years with minimal issues. Unfortunately, one of the missing money orders has been identified in a fraud inquiry involving an individual named Jackson Cerbulla, who cashed it without my knowledge. Additionally, there are 2 money orders missing that were intended for rent payment. It's concerning that someone may have tried to cash these money orders without authorization. I am now in the process of resolving these discrepancies and will require new confirmation before reissuing payments.

Subject: Issue with Missing Money Orders in Mail I am reaching out regarding five missing money orders that I sent through the mail to business accounts. Firstly, two money orders totaling $[redacted].00 for rent payment are missing and I am inquiring if these have been cashed. Secondly, a $[redacted].00 money order I sent is being reported as fraudulent, and I do not know the individual, Jackson Cebuilla, who cashed it. I found his profile on Facebook, and his name appears to be uncommon. Furthermore, a $[redacted].47 money order and a $[redacted].00 money order are also missing from the mail when I attempted to use them for payments. I kindly request assistance in investigating these missing money orders. Thank you. Service Request #[redacted]5

In the last 6 months, we've experienced numerous occasions where mail hasn't been delivered or picked up. We reached out to the local post office and used the customer service email to file complaints. During these incidents, both packages and letters were not delivered, despite tracking showing the deliverer couldn't access our front door. This was the case last night on Monday, 06 December [redacted]. Despite expecting mail to be picked up and packages out for delivery, nothing arrived. The tracking for the undelivered package indicated an attempted delivery at 11:54 pm, citing access issues to the front door. I was home until midnight, and no delivery attempt was made. There were no obstacles like road closures or poor weather conditions that could have impeded delivery. This has occurred around 6 times in the past 6 months and 3 times within the last month, which is unacceptable. For any further inquiries, please reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]

I sent out four bubble packages and a Christmas card with a gift card last Friday. The bubble packages arrived at their destinations, but the Christmas card hasn't reached its intended location yet. I have been trying to contact the drop-off location because it's already Wednesday and the card still hasn't been delivered. I'm wondering if this delay is normal or if there is an issue with the delivery.

I have been collaborating with both you and the Amazon seller Aelfric Eden in an attempt to address the issue with the missing package under tracking number AM[redacted]99YP. The package has been showing as "Out for Delivery" in your system since Nov. 19th, according to USPS status. The recipient is Noelle Diaz at [redacted] East 33rd Ave., Denver, CO [redacted]. Case number [redacted]5 was assigned to this matter on Dec. 1, [redacted], after my initial contact with "you." However, since the email requesting feedback on Dec. 4, I have not received any further communication. Despite providing the same information (tracking and case numbers) to our local Carver, MN Post Office, we have not made any headway. The seller believes you might have the missing package in your possession. Can you please clarify your plan to resolve this issue? - Shirley M. [redacted] Ramsey Bay Carver, MN [redacted]

I recently sent out Christmas cards, but unfortunately, some were returned to me instead of reaching their intended recipients. Surprisingly, there were no error messages from USPS indicating what went wrong. The envelopes seem to have been redirected back to my address instead of being delivered to the correct recipients. I'm unsure how or why this happened, but I'm hoping to resolve the issue promptly so the cards can finally get to where they need to go.

I recently moved to a new location and am facing challenges with mail delivery. The carrier is insisting that I install a roadside mailbox, but the majority of my neighbors, around 77 out of 80 houses, have mailboxes mounted on their homes. Despite explaining my situation, the carrier is refusing to deliver my mail until a roadside mailbox is set up. I tried to negotiate a delay until spring due to the weather conditions, as I am a senior citizen living alone, but he declined. When I inquired about a formal notice regarding the transition to roadside mailboxes with a set deadline for compliance, the carrier avoided the question and left without providing further assistance. I have visited the post office multiple times seeking a resolution, but was informed that they must rely on the discretion of the carriers. I would appreciate any guidance on how to address this issue effectively.

I sent out a bill payment on November 18th, which has been tracked to various locations including Pensacola, FL, Panama City, FL (my intended destination), Jacksonville, FL, and finally Birmingham, AL. I have screenshots of the tracking information indicating the envelope's arrival in Birmingham on November 24th at 02:04 AM and another showing its later arrival on December 5th at 02:29 AM, both in Birmingham. However, the November 24th tracking information seems to have disappeared. I understand this is a busy time, but I really need this bill to be paid. Contact Information: Name: S. Burdeshaw Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

For the second time this month, I have received other people's mail. The first time, I received a lot of mail that didn't belong to me. Today, one piece was from many streets over, and another was meant for my next door neighbor. When I approached the carrier the first time to address the misdelivery, she mentioned she wasn't the one who delivered the mail the previous day. She explained that the actual carrier who did deliver the mail had to do so in the dark and had issues with the light she was using.

I recently had a package sent to the incorrect address by mistake. Upon notifying the company I ordered from, they updated the address to resend the package, which had been returned. I just received an email indicating that USPS attempted delivery to the wrong address once more and will try again tomorrow. I hope to secure the delivery of my package to the correct address. The tracking number for the package is: [redacted][redacted]47.

My informed delivery has always been accurate. Whenever it shows that I will receive something that day and provides a picture, I have indeed received the item the same day. However, yesterday the title to my car was supposed to arrive, and it did not. I am frustrated as it might have gone to the wrong mailbox. I urgently need my car title. I have already contacted the post office, but they were unhelpful and somewhat hostile towards me. I would appreciate any assistance in locating my missing title. We are worried about a package we were supposed to receive on Thursday, December 9th. The tracking information on the website mentioned animal interference, but we were home at 10:50 and were not informed of any problems. The delivery person did not mention any issues either. Could you attempt to deliver the package again? We are willing to assist with the delivery if needed. Occasionally, our neighbor's dog is in our yard, but he is friendly. Please let us know when we can expect the delivery so we can ensure a smooth process.

Tracking number [redacted][redacted]25. The package left the NY distribution center on Dec 6th, was at the Brooklyn distribution center on Dec 7th, but ended up in Texas on Dec 8th. I am seeking USPS's assistance to promptly locate and expedite the delivery to ensure I receive it this evening.
