I had my [redacted] taxes amended, completed, and accepted in March [redacted]. Unfortunately, there have been issues with my refund due to my address. I recently learned that refunds cannot be sent to a PO box or forwarded, causing a delay of 2 extra months. Despite speaking to a representative last month to update my address to a residential one, it was not processed. I am frustrated and eager to update my address correctly to receive the promised refund check.

I have been waiting for my W2 from a previous employer for the tax years [redacted] and [redacted]. Despite contacting Dayforce multiple times as instructed, I only receive automated responses directing me to the HR or Payroll office. I have sent emails and made phone calls to both departments, and when I reached out to my local branch manager, I was still unable to obtain my W2. Even when I asked while still employed, I was redirected to Dayforce with no success. Due to personal issues, I had forgotten about this matter, but with the tax deadline approaching for [redacted], I am concerned about facing legal consequences for GardaWorld's failure to provide the necessary tax documents. I urgently need guidance on how to obtain my W2 or may consider legal action to resolve this issue promptly and prevent any legal implications.

I recently received a notice claiming I owe $64,[redacted] from someone named Judd Roth. I am puzzled as to how this person obtained my information as I do not know him, and my [redacted] shows I only made $28,[redacted]. Due to financial difficulties, I had to file for bankruptcy. If I had received such a large sum, I wouldn't be in this situation. This seems fraudulent, and I need it resolved quickly. Please get in touch with me urgently to address this issue. My name is Merrill China, and you can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I am inquiring about why the IRS indicates that I am receiving no refund for my [redacted] return. Changes were made to the tax return, resulting in a refund amount of $0.00. A notice outlining these changes was sent on March 10, [redacted]. For further information regarding the adjustments, you can click on the "Details" button. If you require assistance or have inquiries, make sure to have a copy of this message, your tax return, and the notice at hand when reaching out. If you do not agree with the changes made or the processing of your return, please get in touch with the IRS.

As an international student, I receive a scholarship from my home country to study in the U.S. The scholarship covers tuition and provides a stipend for living expenses, which the university is supposed to deposit directly into my bank account monthly. The university informed me that the stipend would be taxed since it's considered income from a U.S. source. However, I believe the funds originate from my home country. I seek clarification on this matter.

I need assistance regarding my tax year [redacted] audit. I submitted all requested documents via fax on February 3, [redacted]. After confirming receipt with IRS agents, I was told to expect a response within 60 days. Last week, upon inquiring about the progress as my 60-day deadline was approaching on April 3, [redacted], a representative claimed they had no record of receiving my documents. Despite having proof of the successful fax transmission, I uploaded the documents again as suggested. I was informed I would have to wait an additional 60 days, which I contested, as I fulfilled my obligation by sending the documents in February. This situation appears to be causing unnecessary delays and confusion, and I am seeking clarification.

I submitted my [redacted] tax return through FreeTaxUSA in October [redacted]. It was accepted by the IRS and was meant to be loaded onto a Green Dot card. I have the necessary documents to verify this. However, I have not received any updates or the refund itself. There is no information available on the "Where's My Refund" website, and my IRS account also doesn't show any details. I am in urgent need of the money and have attempted to reach out to the IRS without success. I am feeling desperate and uncertain about what steps to take next.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a missing insurance policy that belonged to Jerry Murphy. Susan Smith here. I am interested in claiming the money he left for me. Jerry's birthday is October 1st, [redacted], and mine is January 4th, [redacted]. During our 11-year relationship, he mentioned leaving this money for me and my children, asking me not to disclose this to his other kids as they had received the majority of his estate. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with obtaining this money.

My son resides in an assisted living facility where an employee filed his taxes on Feb 6 by paper. Since the employee has been dismissed, we are unable to contact him. Our son worked for several months and when we inquired about his refund status, we discovered that the original [redacted] form was sent without making a copy. This has left us unsure of what steps to take next. We are particularly worried because he encountered difficulties filing his taxes in [redacted] due to his social security number already being used, suggesting identity theft. Despite filling out an online form to reach Social Security, we have not received any response. Given my son's disabilities, we urgently need to speak with a representative for guidance on how to address this situation.

I have been waiting for almost a year to receive my tax refund. The check was initially mailed to my old address because the person who filed my taxes used outdated information. After contacting them in October, they informed me I needed to wait [redacted] days for a new check. The [redacted]-day period ended on the fourteenth of last month. I am now checking to see if they have indeed mailed the check to the correct address at [redacted] W Judson St, Youngstown, Ohio [redacted]. Please provide me with an update on the status. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how an almost 90-year-old Korean War Veteran can request an extension to file my tax return for the year [redacted]. I am awaiting my W2 form, which includes my retired earnings, as well as Federal and State tax withholdings to arrive by mail, similar to previous years. Unfortunately, I have not received it yet, and the tax filing deadline is approaching rapidly. Your prompt and effective assistance regarding my urgent situation would be highly valued. Thank you once again!

I encountered a reject code IND-[redacted]-01 while trying to e-file my taxes. Initially, I entered the incorrect Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (IPPIN) and then tried a different one, but all my subsequent attempts were rejected. After a frustrating two-and-a-half-hour wait on hold with the IRS, the call disconnected with an error message. Eventually, I spoke to a helpful representative at [redacted] who informed me that I needed to use the IPPIN issued for this tax year, not last year's. She directed me to IRS.GOV/ippin to obtain the correct IPPIN for filing this year's taxes. Despite the long wait times and technical glitches, the assistance received from the lady was appreciated, but the overall rating of my experience remains low due to the initial difficulties faced.

I received a CP12 letter around January 9, [redacted], stating that I am owed a refundable Child Tax Credit and Recovery Rebate Credit of $4,[redacted].13. Despite calling all numbers provided, I have yet to receive the refund or get any information on my account. I have already filed my [redacted] tax returns with both the federal and state, so there should be no issues. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted]. Thank you, Krystle.

I recently faced an issue with a returned return from my bank due to an invalid account number, causing significant inconvenience. Following a fraud incident, I changed my account number to address the situation, resulting in the use of the now closed account. Unfortunately, a mistake was made by my tax preparer in noting the new account number. Subsequently, the bank returned the return on April 19, [redacted], valued at $[redacted].00, citing a single digit discrepancy in the account number [redacted]29. It seems they often close accounts without notice, as they have done with other transactions in the past. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as it is a first-time occurrence for me. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I submitted my taxes approximately three months ago. Shortly after filing, I received my state return, but it took around a month to receive the identity verification paper for my federal return. Once verified, I expected to receive my federal return, but it has been a couple of months now, and I am still waiting. The refund status only shows processing without any specific date of when I can expect it. I used Cash App for filing, and it shows that my return has been submitted and accepted without any apparent issues. The IRS website assured that if there were any problems with the submission or acceptance, I would be notified, but I haven't received any such communication. I am concerned about the delay in receiving my federal return.

I submitted my tax return on February 5th. On March 3rd, the IRS mistakenly deposited $5,[redacted].00 and on another occasion $[redacted] into accounts that do not belong to me. Despite contacting the bank these funds were sent to, I was informed to reach out to the IRS for assistance as they do not handle prior year matters. My [redacted] tax refund is now missing, as it seems to have been with the wrong recipient for three months. I have been eagerly awaiting this refund to purchase a car, making the situation frustrating. The service I used for filing mentioned that since I paid from my personal account for state taxes, the IRS should have deposited the refund directly into my bank. I have been in touch with IRS representatives who have not provided clear information, leaving me feeling incredibly unsettled. I am seeking resolution and clarity on the whereabouts of my money.

My tax return was rejected. During my visit to Florida, I mistakenly discussed insurance, thinking it was Florida Medicaid, but it wasn't. I never paid any premiums as I was still enrolled in Louisiana Medicaid. Now, I need assistance to resubmit my taxes to secure my refund and improve my financial situation for my kids. I'm Kellie Perkins. My current phone number has a Florida area code due to a recent issue, but I have been back in Louisiana since October. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I recently submitted a tax return for my deceased father to claim his federal refund for [redacted]. The IRS acknowledged receiving the return on April 30, [redacted]. However, starting May 1, [redacted], the "Where's My Refund" status bar disappeared, and the message displayed is "Your Refund is STILL being processed. A refund date will be provided when available. For more information on refund processing delays, please see frequently asked questions." I have provided all necessary accurate details and identity verification documents. I am contacting the IRS to identify any issues with the return that need my attention to expedite processing. This is urgent as I am dealing with grieving and settling my father's estate.

I am seeking assistance regarding my recently filed refunds. I enlisted a friend to help file them on the IRS website as I was unsure how to navigate the process independently. When I called the provided number to check on the refund status, I was informed that the security questions were answered incorrectly, and the agent couldn't assist me. I am unsure if the refunds have been received or are still in process. I need guidance on how to determine if my refunds have been received and steps to rectify any issues if they have been claimed by someone else.

Hello, my name is Lindsey Santiago. I submitted my taxes through Fred Beware but have not received any updates on whether they were accepted or denied. I am unable to track my refund as every time I call, I am told there is no information available. I am extremely frustrated as this is the second year this issue has occurred. I am unsure how to resolve it or speak to a person as it always leads me to a computer system. Thank you.
