Hello. My name is Pascal Ambroise Pouye, a student stranded in Mexico. I am writing to request a modification to my flight scheduled for Sunday, May 3rd from Veracruz to Nantes, reservation code UA8F73. I have been stuck in Mexico for 3 weeks and need to return to France before May 11th. I contacted Air France to change my flight, but they informed me that you are the ones who can assist as there are no flights from Veracruz to Mexico City. Yesterday, I went to Veracruz airport to travel to Mexico City, but I was surprised to find out that my flight was cancelled without any prior notice from the travel agency. Therefore, I kindly request to change the date of my flight to Wednesday, May 6th from Mexico City to Charles De Gaulle so I can return to France as soon as possible as the current situation is very challenging for me. Please confirm this change at your earliest convenience so I can contact Air France in Mexico.
