On January 15th, I placed two orders through StubHub for "The Beatles vs Stones" concert in Chattanooga on March 9th. I accepted both orders on StubHub, but only one order, #[redacted]56 for seats FOFL Row H ([redacted] & [redacted]), appeared on Ticketmaster. The second order, #[redacted]49 for seats FORF Row H ([redacted] & [redacted]), did not show up on Ticketmaster despite re-accepting it through StubHub as advised. I've been unable to reach anyone at Ticketmaster to resolve this issue. With the concert approaching on Thursday and the second order intended for friends, I am greatly concerned. I bought a ticket (Order #[redacted]`[redacted]) to the Manchester City vs. Newcastle United match on March 4, [redacted]. When I tried to enter the venue with my mobile ticket, the code was not accepted by Manchester City. The ticket office confirmed that the ticket was incorrect or fraudulent and advised me to contact you. Despite this, I was not allowed entry. I am disappointed as I paid [redacted].47 euros for the ticket and traveled from Coventry by train. I am seeking reimbursement for the expenses incurred.

I bought a parking pass for Monster Jam on March 4, [redacted], at AT&T Stadium. I followed the instructions and had it printed out. When I arrived, the pass wouldn't scan, and the staff mentioned issues with StubHub being unreliable at times. I had to buy another pass, spending an extra $50. I'm frustrated with this situation and won't use StubHub again. I am requesting a refund for the original pass purchase.

I bought a parking pass for Monster Jam at AT&T Stadium on March *, ****. I printed it out as instructed. Upon arrival, the pass wouldn't scan, and staff claimed StubHub is unreliable at times. I ended up buying another pass, spending almost fifty dollars. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not use StubHub in the future. I am requesting a refund from StubHub.

I will no longer be a customer of yours. I experienced an issue when trying to purchase tickets through the Staples Center website which redirected me to your site. Despite contacting Staples Center about this, the problem remains unresolved. I was not shown the service charges before being charged nearly $[redacted] on my credit card. Transparency was lacking, as I was only given the total cost of the tickets. I have support from legal professionals who find your actions unlawful and advise pursuing fraud charges. I will cease using your services, share my negative experience with others, and explore legal avenues. Expect further actions and coverage from investigative units. - B

I made a payment for three consecutive nights in St. Augustine on 12/2/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the ticket for the third night was canceled by the seller. I was assured a new ticket in a better location at the venue, but it has not arrived, and the show is in 10 days. I do not want to be scrambling for a new ticket on the day of the show. I canceled an order two weeks ago and was informed that the refund would reflect on my credit card statement within five business days. However, I haven't seen the refund yet. I tried calling the toll-free number, [redacted], three times, only to get disconnected after one ring each time. The order number is [redacted]31 for the NCAAA Men's Basketball event in Des Moines, including all sessions, for two tickets totaling $1,[redacted].23. Good morning. I have some questions regarding the Taylor Swift concert. I purchased two tickets and sold one. The other ticket was bought on the day of the event with order number [redacted]16 under Ashley K. I am concerned if the ticket was actually sold or if it was a scam. The system indicated it was sold, then canceled, and then sold again. I am disappointed with this situation as I could have resold the ticket to someone else if it wasn't actually sold to Ashley. I wish I had been given the option to resell it. Can you please clarify if the ticket was indeed sold to Ashley or not?

I purchased 2 tickets for the Real Madrid vs. Villarreal match tonight at 9 p.m. in Madrid. I am already at the venue and trying to get my tickets. However, I received an email from you with a link to follow. Everything was fine until I opened the link and it showed an "error." I have been unable to get my tickets for 3 days now, which is really inconvenient as the match is tonight and I am unable to retrieve my tickets. Please assist me promptly. Kind regards

I have had a terrible experience with StubHub. I purchased tickets that were listed as "in hand" on February 13, but despite the event being in seven days, I still have not received the tickets. StubHub claimed they had issues uploading the barcodes, which I also faced last August with Browns tickets. When I contacted the Browns, they confirmed the tickets were scanned at the game. Even though StubHub guarantees seats, they refuse to give me replacement tickets. Additionally, I was not informed I needed to download the MLB app and never received any notifications about the tickets. Their customer service continuously promises to escalate the issue and get back to me within 48 hours, but I never hear back. Dealing with StubHub has been a huge hassle, and their unreliability has made me want to explore other ticket platforms. Moreover, I had payment discrepancies when selling tickets through them, which took numerous calls and time to resolve. The level of service from StubHub is unacceptable.

I'm Naira, and I purchased tickets for an Ed Sheeran concert in Paris. I made the purchase on March 13th, and the concert was scheduled for April 2nd. Subsequently, an announcement was made regarding a change in the entry procedure, and I was instructed to meet the seller at 5 pm (the concert was starting at 6 pm). Despite waiting until 7 pm, the seller was a no-show. This led to me being defrauded as I had paid for the tickets online but did not receive them. I sold tickets for a Felipe Esparza show, but couldn't attend. The payment process on StubHub was delayed, and despite speaking to customer service twice, my payment is still pending. They assured me they would expedite the issue caused by their system error, yet I haven't received any updates or my payment. I urgently need the funds, as I've been waiting over a week. Order # [redacted]50 for the Phoenix Suns game on April 9 has caused significant frustration. Three weeks ago, I was ejected from my seat due to fraudulent Stubhub tickets, while another attendee's Ticketmaster tickets were deemed valid. Despite submitting a claim on April 9 and following up on April 14 and 21, the only response from Stubhub has been a promise of an ASAP refund. However, three weeks do not align with the definition of ASAP. The FanProtect guarantee promises valid tickets or a refund, yet my experience has not reflected this commitment. I need assistance with order [redacted]10. I purchased Lizzo tickets for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas [redacted], and the concert is next week. I paid for the tickets, requesting they be sent to my son's email at [redacted], while my email is [redacted] Unfortunately, my son never received the tickets. I purchased VIP BALCONY/SECTION2 tickets for the Apashe concert in Los Angeles on October 13, through Stubhub. My initial order was for those specific seats, but I received tickets for GABalcony instead. After unsuccessfully trying to resolve the issue with their customer service, I attempted to re-order the correct tickets, only to encounter the same problem again. Now, I have paid twice for tickets I did not want. I demand a full refund for all tickets or to receive the VIP BALCONY/SECTION2 seats at a discounted price due to the inconvenience caused by Stubhub.

Hello. I recently purchased 2 tickets for a Harry Styles concert in Vienna this July. The order confirmation indicates that I will receive the tickets by July 8th, the same day as the concert. I am feeling very anxious because I am traveling a long distance for this event and I am unsure about the reliability of the seller. There are no seat numbers provided on the order confirmation, which raises some concerns. I bought tickets from Ticketmaster but can't go to the concert, so I listed them on StubHub. They were sold, but Ticketmaster won't let me transfer them. They said the buyer can pick them up at will call. StubHub says will call isn't an option and won't let me contact the buyer or provide my info. They warned that if I don't transfer them electronically, I'll be charged $[redacted]. I'm stuck and can't get through to anyone at StubHub to help.

I signed up for a Stubhub account a long time ago when my contact information was different. Recently, I purchased tickets for a NY Yankees baseball game and an Off-Broadway show on June 9 and 10, but I have yet to receive them. Unfortunately, I can't access my account on Stubhub because my information is outdated. I received ticket numbers [redacted]49 and [redacted]62, but we can't get the tickets due to my email being changed, so we can't receive the verification code needed. The NYY game got canceled.
