On February 4, [redacted], I purchased a new Moto G Stylus 5G along with a $55 30-day service card. My order number is [redacted]80, which gave me a $50 discount and free 2-day shipping via UPS. However, I did not receive the package as UPS claimed the driver left it on the front porch. I've been monitoring the front door closely, and with my dogs alert, no one could have approached without notice. My concern is regarding insurance coverage in case of lost packages during transit by carriers like UPS or FedEx. It is important that customers get what they paid for, especially when mishandling occurs during delivery. I would also appreciate receiving an invoice and specifications for my new phone purchase. I have a Straight Talk "Home Phone" system. After transitioning to 5G, I received a new terminal box. Lately, I can hear the person I call through the system, but they can't hear me respond. Both my home phones have the same issue. I believe the problem lies with the antenna-equipped terminal box. To continue using the service, I'll need the box replaced. Please hold off on taking the payment due on March 3rd until this is resolved. Quick assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you, Linda D.

I purchased a service plan for $51.65 on February 5, [redacted]. Less than two weeks later, my calls stopped working, and I was informed that my service days had run out and my speed had been reduced to 2G. In order to try to resolve the issue, I attempted to purchase a data add-on multiple times, but each time I received an error message stating it couldn't be processed. Despite this, my account was charged four times. I am seeking a refund for the data add-on charges and would like a credit for the wasted month of service on my plan. The customer service team informed me that they couldn't process the refund because they claim my card number was incorrect, even though I used PayPal and the receipt specifies a digital wallet. They are now saying they have no record of the transaction, despite me having a receipt and a copy of it in the my account app, and the money has been deducted from my account.

On 2/28/[redacted], from 9:00 to 11:34, I contacted customer service at [redacted]. I inquired about my refill plan and requested to be removed from it. The representative stated it expires on 3/2/[redacted]. Subsequently, I experienced communication issues and was unable to make calls or send texts. After seeking assistance online and going to a friend's house to make a call, I encountered further difficulties with unhelpful representatives. Despite multiple attempts with four different people, I received no resolution. I am frustrated as I am left without phone service until I can afford another device. This lack of assistance and poor service has left me very upset with this company.

I have been trying to activate my new Nokia [redacted] flip phone with Straight Talk since 10:30 am this morning. It's now 8:02 pm, and I have been transferred and placed on hold multiple times. One instance had me waiting for 1 hour and 58 minutes. The activation was successful on your end but was unable to complete on the phone following the given instructions. When I called at 1:35 pm, I was told there was a 2-hour delay in scheduling the activation and to be patient, checking periodically for the activation prompt. Unfortunately, the prompt did not appear. I was promised a follow-up call at 3:45 pm, which never happened, and now it's 4 hours later. Despite my continuous calls this evening, I have either been put on extended hold or disconnected from the system. This situation, ongoing since 10:30 am, is frustrating.

I was on hold for over 3 hours waiting to speak with tech support and even after speaking with someone, my phone issue remains unresolved. The support personnel claimed my phone's IMEI number had changed, which is impossible as I have not made any changes to my phone, SIM card, or service with Straight Talk. My phone was working fine until suddenly losing service. The technician said the issue was resolved, but it wasn't. Despite a scheduled call back and multiple attempts to contact customer service, the problem persists. I am frustrated with the long wait times and being told conflicting information. I am hesitant to purchase a new SIM card after recently investing over $50 in a service plan. This experience with Straight Talk has been extremely frustrating.

I am currently experiencing issues with my Straight Talk service. Despite being able to make calls and send texts, I have no data. I have been trying to get in touch with customer support for days, as I am unable to access the internet to contact them. There seems to have been an unauthorized change on my account, and I have not been able to utilize my reward points of over 7,[redacted]. I need assistance with redeeming these points or using them to pay for my service. I was advised by a Straight Talk representative to disregard the messages I received, but the problem persists. I am relying on someone else's Wi-Fi to send this message in the hopes of getting this issue resolved promptly.

I attempted to sign up for a Straight Talk service plan at Walmart yesterday. I purchased a Samsung phone with the intent of activating it. However, the activation process with Smart Talk was not completed yesterday, and I have not heard back from them this morning. It's now 9:00, and their lack of communication is not reassuring. I am eager to receive a response regarding my activation request so I can move forward. I value a company that is attentive to their customers' needs and responds promptly.

I am seeking to speak with a customer service representative regarding a business matter. I prefer to communicate via phone call or text message rather than email. Customer service is important to me, and it seems lacking in this situation. I switched back to Straight Talk to save money, not to be charged additional fees through hidden technicalities. I expect unlimited service for the unlimited plan I signed up for, without any other charges. Phone companies should prioritize quality over quantity to genuinely serve their customers. I used to recommend Straight Talk due to its high-quality service as a prepaid phone company. However, since being acquired by a larger corporation, the standard seems to have declined. I recently received an email informing me that my monthly minutes are running out and need to be refilled. Despite paying for the plan, I never used it due to technical problems. This resulted in delays, financial losses, and led me to switch to another prepaid carrier. I never consumed any minutes or data from this plan. After being locked out of my account, I would like to access the minutes I paid for initially. It would be greatly appreciated if you could reimburse me so I can finally use the minutes. Currently, I do not have a phone and am relying on a friend's wifi. I own a device and just need access to the minutes and data. Thank you in advance.

Two weeks ago, I bought a Straight Talk phone from Walmart. I was informed that the unlimited plan was $45 for everything, but my data ran out quickly. After contacting customer service, they explained that the internet speed slows down after a certain amount of megabytes. I then purchased another plan for $71, believing it was truly unlimited, but my data ran out on that plan too. I've now bought two plans in two weeks and need to speak with a supervisor to resolve this problem.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my Straight Talk account since it was compromised in a hack a few years ago. Despite numerous attempts by representatives and engineers, the problem remains unresolved. This has resulted in me only receiving about half of the service I am paying for on two phones. In frustration, I have switched one phone to T-Mobile for now. I have lost over $[redacted] paying for full service that I have not been receiving since the hack. I am reaching out for assistance in regaining access to my account and ensuring I receive the services I am paying for.

I currently have a Samsung phone that was added to my brother's Verizon account. To prevent a significant rate increase on his plan, I would like to transfer my service back to Straight Talk. I had been a satisfied Straight Talk customer for many years before joining his plan, and I would like to return to their service. I am having issues with my Straight Talk phone service. I have been a customer for 17 years. After a recent complaint call where I had trouble understanding the representative, my phone got blocked, and now I have no service. I live alone in North Florida and feel this is unfair treatment, possibly even elder abuse. I rely on my phone for communication. I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G phone through Straight Talk. Approximately 4-6 weeks ago, I activated a $45 card. Initially, there was an issue with the activation, so I tried again. However, after the activation, I received a message stating that I had run out of data despite just activating the new card. Since then, I have been unable to access the internet. Despite contacting customer service on multiple occasions and following their instructions, the issue persisted. After the fourth call, I was advised to ensure my mobile data was on and internet service off. While this enabled internet access, the connection is very slow, causing disconnections when trying to use most apps other than calls, messages, and pre-installed games. As I rely on internet service and lack access to other forms of internet, this situation is extremely frustrating. If the problem persists and cannot be resolved with Straight Talk, I am considering exploring other phone plans for compatibility.

I have been without a phone for 5 days now. After changing my number, everything seemed to go wrong. Despite multiple calls, navigating through countless verification codes, and confirming my identity via email, my phone service was interrupted. We had a $10 temporary plan last week on the 20th. Even though you mentioned it was declined, it actually went through at 6:00 p.m. I spoke to an agent last night who assured me the payment was received, but my phone is still not working. My husband uses this phone for work, and we have missed 5 days of work because of this issue. We are financially strained, hence opting for the $10 plan, and it is frustrating to have to go through all this trouble to receive the service I have paid for. I urgently need to escalate this matter to a supervisor who can verify that the payment was successful.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing the Straight Talk app on my computer. I have been a longtime user and recently encountered error 15 pop-ups. Considering deleting the app I have relied on for years. I typically buy minutes for three phones through the Straight Talk website. This issue is a new one for me. Recently, I purchased a phone for my 98-year-old father who is now in a nursing home. I am hoping to add his number to the Straight Talk app, alongside my other two lines, to manage minutes for all phones. I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max, which was then sent to Africa for use. Unfortunately, we discovered it was locked and had to pay $[redacted] to unlock it for use with a local SIM card. Despite making the payment, we have been unable to receive the unlock code through the account we created. My sister has contacted your customer service multiple times to report this issue, but they keep insisting that the code has been sent. We have the purchase receipt and ID for the phone. Could you please provide us with the unlock code after verifying the purchase receipt and ID? Returning the phone to America would be inconvenient if we can confirm ownership through documentation.
