I received a cordless grinder as a Christmas gift in [redacted] that overheated and the wheel is now stuck. Despite trying to contact customer service through various methods, I have not received a response. I have always used Rigid tools and this is the first issue I have encountered. I believe I am entitled to a lifetime warranty per the terms.
