I purchased a pair of size 11 trainers with order number RUK[redacted]1 that were mistakenly sent as size 10. After returning them for an exchange (exchange number RUKX[redacted]), Reebok received the shoes on 28/7/[redacted]. I have been in touch with customer service multiple times regarding the delayed shipping of my correct order. Despite escalating the issue with reference number [redacted]2, I have not received a response. When attempting to cancel the order online on 1/8/[redacted], a technical issue prevented me, leading me to call customer service on 2/8/[redacted] to cancel the order. I faced resistance as the agent insisted the refund process mid-exchange could take weeks. I had to reiterate the cancellation request. Despite contacting customer service again on 5/8/[redacted] to check the refund status, I was informed my order had not been cancelled and the new shipment would be on 10/8/[redacted]. The unsatisfactory customer service experience resulted in no resolution, and I am eagerly seeking a prompt refund.

Dear Sir, I am writing to address an issue with a recent purchase I made at the Reebok Store in Poonam Mall, Nagpur. On 08.02.23, I purchased a pair of sports shoes for my daughter who has since gone abroad for Higher Education on 11th Feb'23 and won't be able to return before July. After only a week of wear, threads started coming out near the ankle region, indicating poor quality. I have attached the invoice copy and pictures of the damaged shoes for your review. Since the shoes are under warranty, I kindly request a free replacement. Unfortunately, the store officials have been uncooperative and failed to uphold their commitment. Order No UQ7 YVU I placed an order for a pair of Black Nano X3 Shoes in a UK 7.5, but I received a US 7.5 size (equivalent to a UK 6.5). I am attempting to return them, but the website is not functioning properly. When trying to initiate the return process by selecting the shoes and specifying the reason for the return, clicking on the 'continue' button does not lead to any action. Hi, I am a fan of the designs from Reebok and have been purchasing their clothes and shoes for many years. Lately, I have noticed a decline in quality. For instance, the logo on my newest jogger pant started peeling off after just 2 months of use, making the item look cheap and worn out. The Reebok Zig Kinetica 2.5 Edge shoes, while stylish, are incredibly slippery with no traction, causing me to slip and fall multiple times. Additionally, the logo on my recent Reebok hoodie is off-center and threads are coming loose. Unfortunately, these issues have made me hesitant to purchase from Reebok again. Hello, I am writing to address a concern with a pair of shoes I purchased at your store located in Phoenix Mall, Viman Nagar, Pune six months ago. Despite wearing them only 30 to 35 times, I have noticed significant damage on both shoes. Initially, I brought the issue to the attention of your staff, who attributed it to possible weather conditions and assured me they would address it if it worsened. Unfortunately, the damage has increased, as illustrated in the attached images. During my recent visit, I was informed that the shoes are now out of warranty and not eligible for assistance. I have maintained the footwear as instructed and have not washed them with detergent or exposed them to direct sunlight. I attempted to contact customer care to file a complaint, but my calls went unanswered. I originally reached out via email on January 13, [redacted], but have yet to receive a response.

Dear Reebok Team, I am writing to inform you that my order N2RKHD has not been delivered despite multiple delivery attempts. I have contacted Hermes five times as I heard that a new Hermes delivery person in the neighborhood is having trouble finding addresses. After numerous unsuccessful delivery attempts at various times like 9:30 pm and 6:27 am (when someone was always home), I redirected the shipment to a nearby parcel shop to help the delivery person. Unfortunately, this was also unsuccessful. Since neither my parents nor I heard or saw anyone ring the doorbell, I suspect the delivery person did not even attempt to deliver the package. I contacted Hermes again, and they advised me to show them the following email so they can take further action. Recently, my experience at the Reebok outlet in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon (India) left a lot to be desired. While taking advantage of a 60% discount promotion for 3 t-shirts, a confusion arose with the pricing. Despite selecting three shirts from the sale rack, there was a mix-up at the register where one of the shirts was mistakenly not given the discounted rate. After some back and forth with the staff, we decided to proceed with only two shirts but were quoted a price that later changed due to an error in identifying the discounted item. This led to an unexpected increase in the final bill. Despite trying to rectify the situation, we were informed post-payment that the prices were miscalculated, leaving us feeling frustrated. The inability to return or exchange the items only added to the dissatisfaction of the shopping experience.

I have a wide foot and after suffering a stroke in December of [redacted], I've discovered my old Reebok shoes no longer provide the balance I need. I purchased the Reebok Running Lace-up Sneakers - Run Finish 2 (Item #A374499) about a year ago from QVC and they are the best Reebok shoes I've ever owned. I would like to purchase more of the same shoes, particularly in black for winter. I have photos and information on the shoes and would appreciate guidance on where to send them. I placed an order for two pairs of trainers from Reebok on July 19th, and as of now, I have only received a refund for one pair that I didn't ask for. The scheduled delivery for the second pair on August 2nd never happened. Despite multiple attempts via phone calls and emails, the only offered solution was a refund for the second pair. I have repeatedly requested the delivery of the two pairs but to no avail. I have spent a significant amount of time explaining my situation to customer service representatives from different countries. Dear Reebok Team, I have been experiencing significant issues with order WVCMQ3 I placed with you. It was challenging to request a return initially as there seemed to be a problem on the website, and my return request was never accepted. The customer service was unreachable, and the chatbot was not helpful. After managing to return the items through alternate means, it took weeks to receive confirmation from Reebok that the items were sent back. The return was not forwarded to Klarna, leading them to initiate debt collection proceedings despite my efforts to inform them of the situation and provide the return confirmation. I have kept one pair of pants from the order that I still need to pay for, but the invoice was never updated. I did not want to blindly transfer 30 euros without clarity. It is uncertain whether Reebok would have confirmed this to Klarna even if the initial process had gone smoothly. I have evidence of multiple attempts to contact you and sincerely request that you reach out to the debt collection agency to withdraw the proceedings. Additionally, it would be appreciated if you could update the invoice, allowing me to settle the payment for the pants. These delays are not my fault. Even when I initially placed the order, the confirmation email arrived weeks later. Something must have gone awry there, so I do not believe I should be liable for these debt collection fees.
