Tuve un vuelo de Salzburgo a Frankfurt y de Frankfurt a México. Después de hacer check-in, la aerolínea canceló mi primer vuelo a las 8 p. m. del 15 de diciembre. Para llegar a mi segundo vuelo, tuve que comprar un boleto de tren. Ahora me informan que no puedo abordar el segundo vuelo si no tomé el primero. Cambiaron mi vuelo a las 11 p. m. vía París y tuve que aceptar para no perder el vuelo largo. Por lo tanto, ya no necesito usar el boleto de tren. Desafortunadamente, es de madrugada y no hay atención en la estación de tren. Por favor, ha sido una situación difícil, solicito su ayuda con el reembolso.

Hello team, I am seeking your assistance regarding my booking with Rail Europe under reference number RE-109NHU. I have reserved 4 tickets for the journey from Berlin to Munich on December 26th departing at 7:05 am on Intercity-Express (ICE) train #[redacted]. Regrettably, because of a medical emergency, two of my companions will not be able to make the trip to Germany. I purchased a Swiss Travel Pass through KLOOK (www.klook.com) with an error in my given name. I've requested a correction to match my passport, from "Chandra Chandra" to "Chandra Natalia," but have been unable to change it. I've reached out to SBB, who redirected me to Rail Europe. If the name change isn't possible, can you confirm that I can still use the pass upon my arrival in Switzerland? Your prompt assistance is highly appreciated.

I purchased 2 Swiss Travel Passes (15 days) from Rail Europe at the end of March 26, [redacted]. Their website was a bit confusing, and I accidentally selected the start date as March 27th instead of our planned travel in May. I contacted their customer service through email but had to wait until the next workday, March 27th, to get a response. After exchanging several emails, Rail Europe agreed to provide an 85% or [redacted]% refund once I provided proof of my May travel plans in Switzerland. Although I submitted my flight and hotel reservations, I have yet to receive the refund. Rail Europe is having difficulties reaching the actual ticket provider due to rail disruptions in Europe. They have not disclosed the ticket provider's name, and I have been unable to escalate the issue beyond email communication with them.

I purchased tickets yesterday for a Marseille to Edinburgh trip scheduled for today. My train from Paris Gare de Lyon is supposed to depart at 10:47 a.m., but I have not yet received the tickets via email. I am confident that I provided the correct email address, [redacted], and phone number, [redacted]. I am seeking an immediate refund as my payment was processed for the Edinburgh tickets for today.
