Hello Roblox, I had an unfortunate experience on Adopt Me. A player asked me to trust trade saying, "abc to trust trade 'if u do you win cow'." Reluctantly, I agreed but when it was my turn to go first, I hesitated due to fear of being scammed. Despite my valid concerns, I was labeled a scammer and unjustly banned for three days. Today, upon regaining access to Roblox, I noticed [redacted] of my [redacted] Robux per month were missing, and sadly, my neon fly ride snow owl disappeared in Adopt Me. Hello, I began playing Roblox in [redacted] but stopped in [redacted]. I would occasionally log in to check for updates. However, when I tried to access my account two days ago, I was surprised to find it banned for "unauthorized charges." After reviewing the Support Article, I learned this occurs when purchases are disputed by the cardholder. Strangely, I couldn't access my account even though my password was correct. I suspect my account may have been hacked, as I noticed my avatar missing an item on someone's friends list. It seems someone made purchases on my account that were later disputed, resulting in the ban. I have not made any purchases on the account recently. Despite receiving automated responses, the issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate a thorough investigation into this matter.

Hello, I have some suggestions for the Roblox game Brookhaven that I adore. Firstly, the secret hideout in the auto Mobil shop was a favorite, but it's disheartening that it disappeared in an update. I would be delighted if you could bring it back. Another idea is to have a smaller version of the plane at the Brookhaven airport for players to fly. It would enhance the holiday experience in Brookhaven rp. One of my preferred roleplays is robbing the Brookhaven bank as a robber, but it ends swiftly as the bank is the sole robbery location. It would be great if other shops in Brookhaven could be robbed too. While exploring the Brookhaven universe, I stumbled upon captivating details about Mr. Brookhaven and his son, including zombies, pictures, and a horse. I realize that I made a mistake by using my school email for my Roblox account, which has since been decommissioned due to switching schools. I am unable to access the email or update my password because of this. I typically log in from two devices, but if there is a third login, it's from a different browser on my desktop. I need assistance in resetting my password as the school district cannot reactivate my email due to security reasons. If I log out on both devices, I will be locked out of my account. I attempted to purchase Robux, but the additional verification process is not functioning correctly. Upon trying to buy Robux on Roblox.com and entering my card details, I encountered an Additional Verification step. It requested me to confirm the card by entering the amount that was temporarily charged ($2.00 or less). Despite checking my bank account and email, my mom and I are unsure of how to proceed from this point.

The individual in question used offensive language, including racial slurs and derogatory terms towards me due to my sexual orientation. Despite this, he remains active while my friend received a ban for simply defending herself. The current moderation system seems to favor those who use hate speech over those who stand up against it. This unfair treatment is creating a toxic environment on Roblox. I myself also received a ban under unclear circumstances while engaging in harmless banter with friends. It is disheartening to see the discrepancy in moderation actions. I urge Roblox to reassess its moderation policies to prevent further unjust bans and promote a safer and inclusive community. In [redacted], I had a Roblox account named Elzombi85, which I shared with my cousins. Unfortunately, one cousin fell for a Robux scam and shared the account password. We lack any email or phone number for verification, but we can still access the account on Xbox as it's linked to my Xbox profile with the same name. I wish to change the Elzombi85 account password to Sepulveda85. Further proof of ownership includes its friendship with my brother's account, ELtorozombi. Despite emailing for help, I have been unsuccessful. I possess images of the Roblox account linked to my Xbox profile and seek assistance once more.

Their behavior is disrupting the fun for others and needs to be addressed. When attempting to search for their Avi names, they appear as "not found," which is a common tactic used by hackers to evade detection. It's important for Roblox to take action against these individuals to prevent further harassment and cheating within the game. My daughter fell victim to a scam involving her pink mermaid face and wink face. Another player took advantage of her by offering a trade involving the super happy face. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time she's been scammed, and she's vowed not to trade again. She invested $[redacted] in acquiring the pink mermaid face and green wink face. We kindly request a replacement for her stolen items. If this issue isn't resolved, legal action may be pursued against your company. It's disheartening that she's spent a significant amount on something your company likely has in abundance. Please address this promptly to avoid any further escalation.

Unfortunately, my account was hacked yesterday, resulting in the loss of all my exclusive pets, including a special cat gifted by a friend, and 21 million diamonds. Despite this setback, I remain positive as an aspiring streamer on Twitch and refuse to give up. I am seeking help to recover my lost pets, especially the unique cat and the exclusives like the lava scorpion, Galaxy Pegasus, sad cat, and others including 15 dark mattered ghoul horses, blobfish, mushroom king, petradactyl, and giant noob. My Roblox is malfunctioning on my MacBook. It fails to load when I attempt to play a game. Even though I have downloaded Roblox, clicking the play button gives me an "unable to upgrade" message. The support team provided me with a reference number, but I'm unsure where to input it. Voice chat was recently introduced on Roblox, but unfortunately, it seems to be inaccessible in Egypt. The option to enable voice chat in the privacy settings is missing, possibly because it's not yet available in certain Middle Eastern countries. When I used a VPN to switch my location from Egypt to the United States, the option appeared, but now it's no longer functional. Despite being over eighteen and having verified my age, I'm still unable to utilize this feature on Roblox. It seems VPNs might have been restricted, making it impossible for Egyptian users like me to enable voice chat. This situation feels like discrimination. If you're not allowing Arabian countries to use voice chat, at least consider allowing VPNs to access this feature for users in Egypt.

My account was hacked some time ago, and the hacker changed my age to under 13, resetting my account date. The person who took over my account stole it from me. Please help me reclaim my account by verifying it belongs to me. You can check the associated emails: [redacted] and possibly [redacted] I have also invested real money in this account. You can verify my location by checking that I used it from [redacted] Chorley old road Bolton Bl1 3AT. Further evidence of ownership includes changing the account address only twice (previously lived in Liverpool L20 2HU 14 Rosalind way and now in Bolton). Roblox, please return my account to me as I have dedicated a lot of time and money to it, and I believe I have provided sufficient proof of ownership.

On November 7th, my boyfriend noticed multiple unauthorized charges on his bank card from Roblox. After investigating, I found over $[redacted] in charges on both my account and my daughter's account that were not made by us. Despite reaching out to Roblox to report the unauthorized charges, they have not looked into why these charges occurred and have kept access to our accounts without explanation. As a single mother of three living on disability, I struggle to afford extras like Roblox for my kids but try to provide during tax season. My daughter stands to lose a lot of in-game items due to this situation. Despite evidence that the charges were made without our knowledge, Roblox refuses to address the issue and only focuses on the fact that we disputed the charges. It's concerning that they are not taking responsibility, especially after a recent hacking incident. I hope they will investigate and resolve this issue properly.
