Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I recently purchased Star Wars Squadrons on the PS Store for €24.79 on December 22, [redacted]. The purchase was made under order number [redacted]37. Unfortunately, I have not had the chance to play the game yet because I received a disc copy of Star Wars Squadrons as a Christmas gift from a friend. I would like to kindly request a refund for the digital version of the game that I have not used, as I am unable to enjoy both copies. I understand the policy allows for refunds on digital content within 14 days of purchase if unused, which is the case for me. Good morning, Yesterday, my account was suspended because I supposedly violated the rules. I understand a suspension for 2, 3, or 4 days, but not for 30 days. I pay to play, but when I report someone not playing properly, why aren't they blocked? Yet, I get blocked for saying "pussy boy" 😂😂. This is outrageous. I want a refund and will never play through your platform again. It's incredibly shameful that all of this only happens with you. I have to buy games, pay for a subscription, and you still block people. Please, have some shame. Best regards. I will take legal action against you.

My brother and I were playing the Ninjago game that we downloaded for free with an offer, but it became glitchy. I switched users, and the game disappeared. This was my brother's favorite game, and not having it has led to many inconveniences. He is really upset. I want to understand why this occurred and find out how we can retrieve it. In the PS Store, the game costs £48, which is way more than we initially paid. I'm eager for a quick resolution to this issue. I hope for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

My account got hacked, unfortunately. The hacker enabled two-step verification, making it impossible for me to disable it as I'm not logged in anywhere. I don't have backup codes since you need to be signed in to retrieve them, and the text with the verification code never arrives despite many attempts to resend it. I have changed my password and cancelled my card, but I remain locked out. Dealing with PlayStation support has been frustrating.

I am seeking a refund for Cyberpunk [redacted] following the recent announcement. The game is unplayable on my base PS4 despite the patches. It consistently crashes, allowing me to play for only around an hour at a time. I preordered the game a while back and now regret it due to the bugs, glitches, and crashes. I am unsure if I qualify for a refund considering the time of purchase, but Sony mentioned refunds would be available for buyers. Keeping the game seems pointless given its current condition.

My PlayStation renewed my annual online subscription automatically even though I turned off auto-renew a year ago. Last year, I was charged $60 without playing much, so I canceled auto-renew to prevent a repeat. This year, the same charge happened again, despite playing even less. I kindly request a refund for the membership and assurance that auto-renewal won't be a problem in the future.

Hello, I just turned on my Playstation less than 2 minutes ago and noticed that my PSN Plus subscription is missing. I purchased a 3-month PSN Plus subscription a couple of days ago to reload my PSN Plus. When I turned on my Playstation, I didn't see the PSN Plus logo next to my username. I tried to log out and log back in, but it seems my password has been changed. I attempted to contact customer service a few minutes ago, but was informed that services are temporarily closed. What should I do next?

I have two PS4 consoles at different locations. On Christmas, I mistakenly redeemed two £20 vouchers on one PS4. When I tried to make a purchase on the other PS4, it showed that I had no funds in my wallet. I'm unsure if the money is on the first PS4 or if it has vanished. Additionally, I spent £40 on the second PS4 thinking it would deduct from the PS4 wallet, but it came from my card instead. I urgently need clarification on where my funds are allocated. Thank you.

I purchased a digital game from Sony's recent holiday 50% off sale on the 24th for my PlayStation 4. As I was downloading the game, my PS4 suddenly shut off and refuses to turn back on. I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by unplugging the power cord from both ends for several minutes initially, and later for hours, but to no avail. I am hoping to have my PS4 repaired in order to access my previously purchased games and game memory. If repairing the system is not possible, I kindly request a replacement PS4 with all my previously purchased digital games and their associated game data. Thank you for your assistance.

I was banned due to a chargeback and subsequent refund on my old PS3 account, resulting in losing access to it. I deeply regret my actions and acknowledge they were wrong. This account holds sentimental value to me as it contains many of my PS3 games, trophies, and cherished memories from the past 7 years. I earnestly miss using this account and am reaching out to PlayStation for assistance in reinstating it. I am willing to take any necessary steps to rectify the situation. I've been experiencing internet and wifi problems. I must confess, I allowed my friend to set my account as primary on his PS4 so I could use it while my internet was down. He is willing to give it back, but we are not together to deactivate it remotely using the usual method that requires waiting for six months for automatic deactivation. Could you please assist me in deactivating my account from his PS4 so I can reactivate it on my own console? Thank you.

I am struggling to access my account and have noticed that PlayStation has been charging me $9.99 monthly for the past few months for online play renewal. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel it due to the account access issue. I have been attempting to contact customer support with no luck. This has been ongoing for about 4 to 5 months now, and I find it unfair to continue charging my credit card. I was playing the game as usual before Christmas. However, I woke up on Christmas day to find my account suspended although I wasn't interacting with anyone or causing any trouble. I tried to play today with my friends, but my access is blocked. I haven't harmed anyone and just want to enjoy playing on PlayStation. I hope you can resolve this issue promptly. After achieving specific milestones in Persona 5 Royal, you earn trophies on your PlayStationProfile. Along with these trophies, you should also get an email containing codes to redeem. These codes allow you to unlock dynamic themes (which are like wallpapers) inspired by the game for your PS4. Although I completed the game and earned all the trophies some time ago, I have yet to receive the expected email with the codes.

I have been experiencing issues with my account as someone else has been able to access it even after I changed the password. I contacted support to regain access, which was successful. However, there is still another PlayStation set as the primary for my account, preventing me from removing it. When attempting to deactivate all accounts in settings, I am informed that it can only be done every 6 months, even though I have never deactivated all accounts before. I am seeking assistance with this matter.

Hello, I recently forgot my password and had to create a new one. However, I am now logged out of my PlayStation and unable to log in because it's asking for a code that was sent to an old number attached to my PS4 account, which I no longer have.
