On March 29, [redacted], at 8:58 PM, I placed an order at Pizza Hut for a Medium Original Pan® Pizza with Classic Marinara Sauce, Pineapple, and Pepperoni, along with a side of Buffalo Burnin' Hot Wings, Tuscani® Chicken Alfredo Pasta, HERSHEY’S® Triple Chocolate Brownie, and a Crush® Orange 2 Liter. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I received 3 veggie pizzas and 2 cookie cakes instead. When I contacted the manager, he refused to compensate for the error and insisted I keep the incorrect items, even though my child is allergic to mushrooms. After much back-and-forth, my husband returned the order to the store, and only after a heated exchange did we receive a refund. I am still awaiting confirmation of the refund. The manager's lack of professionalism and empathy towards customer service was disappointing.

I placed an online order with hopes of a quick and accurate service experience. Upon arriving at the Alamo, TX Pizza Hut to collect my order, I was informed there would be a slight delay, which I understood. However, I was surprised to learn that due to an error, only two out of my three pizzas were ready. I was told the third pizza would take an additional 30 minutes to prepare. I chose online ordering to minimize mistakes, so this was disappointing. The cashier did not offer an apology, and no manager addressed the situation. I am dissatisfied with this service lapse at Pizza Hut and feel quite frustrated about the situation.

I ordered a large meat lovers pizza last night and was extremely disappointed. I have ordered many large meat lovers pizzas before to serve to company, but this time was embarrassing. The tossed crust had so much crust on the edge that nobody ate it. The pizza didn't have the usual amount of sauce, cheese, and meat and was overbaked. It cost me $18.79. I hope you can address my concerns so that I can feel confident in continuing to purchase your meat lovers pizza, which has been a favorite of mine and my friends.

As new residents in the area, we have been searching for a good pizza place. Our experiences at Little Caesars with what seemed like cardboard covered in tomato sauce and Papa John's delivering cold pizza were disappointing. When we turned to Pizza Hut, hoping for a better outcome, our call for information on specials was met with a language barrier. After struggling to communicate and getting disconnected, we decided to buy from another establishment. Despite our desire for a Pizza Hut deep-dish pizza, we will now look for a local pizza place to support. I apologize for my frustration, but it is challenging when language barriers hinder basic communication. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I need to share my disappointing experience at the Pizza Hut on 34th Street North in St. Petersburg, FL. Upon arriving during a quiet evening, I ordered a large pizza but struggled to find a clean table, ultimately having to clean one myself. The restroom was also in poor condition with litter on the floor, indicating a lack of cleanliness. Additionally, the paper towel dispenser was broken, causing concern about hygiene practices. While waiting for our pizza, my wife spotted a cockroach on its back near our table, leading us to promptly leave. This experience has significantly tarnished our perception of the brand.

I visited the store in Quinlan, Texas, last night at 9 p.m. I ordered a pizza with a coupon. The night manager claimed my card was declined twice, but upon checking my bank, I found the money had been withdrawn. When I returned to address this issue, the night manager was rude and directed me to the day manager. The next day at 10 a.m., the day manager told me to return at 11 a.m. as they did not open until then. Even after showing him a bank statement with the pending transaction, he denied that my card was used there. The customer service I received was disappointing, and I will not be returning to Pizza Hut. There are four other pizza places in the area that I can choose from, and I hope to share my experience with family and friends to support other establishments.

I have reached out to customer service three times regarding an issue but have not received any callbacks. On the third attempt, a representative mentioned I have a store credit and claimed they had left a message about it, which is not true as I have checked my call log. I need to discuss this matter over the phone with someone who can address it directly. I am hesitant to contact the store again due to previous poor experiences. On February 24, [redacted], at 12:53pm, I placed an order with Pizza Hut store #[redacted] requesting a pan pizza supreme without pepperoni, a pan pizza with pepperoni, and 12 traditional wings with garlic Parmesan. When picking up my order, I received barbecue wings instead of garlic Parmesan. Despite requesting a refund of $14.79, the server, Melanie, was unable to process it and mentioned the manager would do it later. However, I have yet to receive the refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this by visiting the store and contacting Pizza Hut's customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Location: [redacted] S Weber Rd, Romeoville, IL [redacted] Employee: Adolfo I had a very disappointing experience with Adolfo at this store. When I called at 8:30 pm CT today, it took him 15 minutes to place my order. Upon arrival, Adolfo claimed the order wasn't in the system, despite our phone conversation. He seemed indifferent to my predicament, even suggesting going to Domino's instead. Although the manager eventually issued a refund, Adolfo's poor attitude remained unaddressed. My guests were left waiting as he delayed entering the order until the manager intervened. It's frustrating that Adolfo's behavior is tolerated. I believe an apology from him is warranted, along with perhaps a free pizza. If not, I might heed his suggestion and opt for Domino's next time.

When I sought assistance in locating my payment, I received a dismissive response from my boss, who later blocked my contact and shared private conversations with coworkers. The toxic environment and lack of support led me to leave. I hope my feedback prompts necessary changes in the management and operations at this Pizza Hut location on Linda Avenue.

We order from Pizza Hut Elkhart Rd in Goshen, IN regularly for work, spending a significant amount each time. Today, when we called to place an order, the woman who answered was incredibly rude, stating they couldn't deliver to us. When my boss asked to speak to a manager, she arrogantly claimed she was the manager. Despite explaining our history of orders, she continued to be disrespectful, offering to transfer to another manager. After a heated exchange, I called back for her name but was met by another manager who was reluctant to provide it. I am lodging a complaint mainly to address the unprofessional behavior displayed.

On March 29, [redacted], I placed a delivery order at 3:30 pm for 2 pizzas and wings over the phone. I was informed it would take approximately 45 minutes. However, by 5 pm, the food had not arrived, causing inconvenience to my family. Upon contacting the local Pizza Hut, I discovered my order had been mistakenly marked as pickup instead of delivery, despite my payment at the time of ordering. Despite addressing the issue with the manager, Margaret, the resolution offered was a mere $3.00 discount on my $19.61 order. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the handling of the situation and emphasized that I never intended for pickup. The delay of 2.5 hours without any proactive communication or resolution was frustrating. I am disappointed by the lack of proper compensation for the mistake on Pizza Hut's part. The situation warrants more than just a small discount.

After about 10 minutes of waiting, I tried to reach out but he drove off. Calling Pizza Hut multiple times, I eventually spoke to a manager who offered a $15 credit and assured me the pizza wouldn't be cold. When the delivery finally arrived at 7 pm, the food was barely warm and dry, especially the thin crust. I placed my order early and received a text at 11:11 stating my pizza was on the way. However, it's now 12:01 and my pizza has not arrived. When I contacted the store, they instructed me to speak with a manager. After multiple attempts, navigating through the phone menu, and talking to different staff members, there has been no response. I have a meeting that has ended, and my staff needs to return to work. It's now 12:08 and I'm still unable to get assistance. I tried reaching out to Corporate, but the department that could help me is not picking up. I am extremely frustrated as the pizza was paid for with a tip. Despite speaking to various staff members who all redirect me to the manager, I have been unable to get through.

I called our local Pizza Hut in Latrobe, PA at [redacted] and waited for 12 minutes on hold. Frustrated, I chose to speak to someone else by selecting option 2. After 5 more minutes, I spoke to a person I couldn't understand. Despite this, I placed an order for a large pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and mini cinnabons. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I waited at the counter while the staff seemed unorganized. Despite being one of the few customers in the dirty restaurant, the service was slow. The pizza I received was undercooked and damp on the bottom, as were the mini cinnabons. Disappointed in the quality, I paid $32.00 but couldn't eat any of it. After being a loyal customer for years, I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning.
