Subject: Payment Dispute Request I am requesting an immediate stop on the payment for dispute #PP-I-[redacted]9. I have been experiencing difficulties contacting the company for which I made the purchase. Despite my attempts online and by phone, I have been unsuccessful in reaching them. The phone number provided directed me to a different company, AM Relief, which has cited legal issues regarding the use of their number by the company in question. Consequently, I have inadvertently ordered 8 dog beds instead of one due to system errors. I am unable to reverse this with the company directly as they are unreachable. I recently made a purchase with Gotnile using my Discover card, but when I checked my billing, it showed up as Paypal, which I don't have an account with. To make things more confusing, Discover listed two orders instead of one. I need to cancel the duplicate order from Gotnile, but unfortunately, I don't have a contact number for them. Could you kindly assist in notifying Gotnile to cancel one of the orders? I'm not interested in receiving two of the same items. Alternatively, if you have the contact information for the company I ordered from, that would be helpful. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been using PayPal for five years now. Recently, for the second time in a week, I deposited money into my account, and PayPal decided to place a hold on it. This is causing me financial strain as I can no longer pay for my current accommodations or provide for my family. I am requesting PayPal to return the funds I deposited or provide a valid reason for holding it. I am frustrated by their actions as there seems to be no suspicious activity involved. I urgently need access to my own money, and I hope PayPal can quickly resolve this issue.

I recently bought three President Donald J. Trump wristwatches through email. I agreed to receive a free Trump [redacted] flag and was suddenly charged $49 for something on the site. A notification from [redacted] appeared. I am unsure about this charge and would like it removed from my account. Hello, thank you for your attention. I am currently facing a persistent issue while attempting to make payments for my items in the eBay shopping cart. Every time I proceed to check out, I encounter an error message on PayPal stating, "unable to access" and "something went wrong on our end." I have been encountering this problem for the past eight to nine weeks. Despite reaching out multiple times via letters, I have not received any response, and the issue persists. I need to cancel order #1[redacted]-[redacted] placed on November 24. I have Essential Tremor of the hands, which sometimes causes issues with using the computer. Despite usually being able to rectify them promptly, I missed this one. Initially, I received a call regarding this order, but couldn't locate any information as it was buried in my Spam folder. When I called to inquire, I was informed that it would be put on hold until Monday. What are my next steps?

I recently spoke with a PayPal customer service representative regarding a late bill. The agent mentioned waiving the late fee, and I confirmed that I would proceed to make the payment online for the full amount. However, when I attempted to pay online, the total had not been adjusted accordingly. My request: I kindly ask for the amount to be corrected to reflect the deduction of the late fee. Once the adjustment is made, I will promptly submit the full payment online.

I received an email from PayPal stating they reset my password, so I followed their instructions to create a new password and security questions. However, when I tried to log in with the new password, it said my email wasn't confirmed. The site directed me to confirm my email on the account overview page, but I can't do that without logging in first, which is frustrating. I've spent over an hour trying to sort this out with no success.

I've been noticing charges on my account for games I didn't order. Is there a way to trace the order information to identify the person responsible? Hello, I am having trouble logging into my PayPal account. There are three emails associated with it, but none of them are accepting my password. I am unable to recover any of the email addresses to make purchases. Even when trying to checkout as a guest, it claims my email is already in use. I am experiencing problems with my donations through Stream Labs. Whenever I try to donate, a red message appears saying "Cannot process payment - Payee account restricted." I have attempted to resolve this issue by connecting and disconnecting my PayPal account, confirming my banking details, setting up my PayPal as a business account, and confirming my PayPal email address. After reaching out to Stream Labs, they have confirmed that the problem lies with PayPal.

I forgot my password on PayPal, so they sent me a code to reset it. Unfortunately, the code went to my landline instead of my cellphone where I can receive it. I tried to fix this, but I couldn't. Please assist me with changing the phone number to my cellphone ([redacted]) to receive the code and proceed with my online orders. I'm eagerly waiting to access my account. Thank you.

I received an email today informing me that $[redacted].97 was charged to my PayPal account for a purchase from Black Creek Armory. I tried calling [redacted] to address this issue but kept getting disconnected or hung up on. The order apparently came from Texas, but I live in Michigan and did not make this purchase. I bought an industrial sewing machine from Goldstar Tools that arrived damaged. Contacting the company led to unhelpful responses and being disconnected. Despite being eligible for a refund, they refused to provide a return shipping label, leaving me stuck with a nearly $[redacted] machine in unusable condition. Synchrony bank initially supported a chargeback through PayPal, but later reversed it, citing an inability to compel the seller to cover return shipping. The machine remains untouched as I do not want to attempt repairs myself, nor did I expect to when investing such a significant amount. I've forwarded all communication and images to Synchrony, but reaching their dispute department is challenging. This situation has been prolonged unnecessarily, and it's disheartening to have to pay for a damaged item due to lack of support from both Goldstar Tools and Synchrony.

Since changing my flights to a different time is not possible, I am requesting a refund of this amount. I was locked out of my account about 5 or 6 months ago. They informed me the only way to access my funds was by ordering the PayPal debit card. When I received the card and tried to activate it, my account got shut down, leaving me unable to withdraw my money. They mentioned I had to wait six months to access the funds. Now, it's been a considerable amount of time, and I am fed up with waiting.
