Dear Sir/Madam, I recently purchased a blazer from your company and requested an exchange. I received a message mentioning that the return request could not be accepted as the product was shipped to me in good condition after a quality check. I am disappointed with this response. I requested the return on the same day I received the product. How could it deteriorate in less than 12 hours? Accusing customers of cheating is unacceptable. I recently ordered a Voyalla finger ring from Myntra and received the courier on 07 Jul 21. Following COVID protocols, we left it near the door for a few hours as our safety measure. I had initiated a return for a Zaveri Pearls product the day before, and the courier boy arrived in the afternoon to collect it. He noticed the tag was missing from the Zaveri Pearls product and mentioned that there should have been one. Upon checking the newly received product, the Voyalla finger ring, we discovered it was empty without any item inside. Despite reporting the issue to Myntra, they have not acknowledged the problem, refusing to provide a refund or send a replacement.

I recently ordered a dress as a birthday gift for my friend. Unfortunately, the wrong item was delivered. I initiated an exchange, but today when the delivery person arrived, they requested the originally ordered item, which I explained was not received. Now they are claiming it will take another day to approve the exchange due to the wrong delivery. This delay is frustrating, particularly since my friend's birthday is tomorrow. I need the exchange sorted today. This level of service from the company is highly disappointing. I will not be ordering from MYNTRA again.

I attempted to purchase the LibasWomen Black & Golden Block Print Maxi Dress, but the order did not go through, yet the payment was deducted. Here are the transaction details: Transaction Id SB498800, Transaction Description: VN/MNYTRA DESI/[redacted]48/[redacted]/[redacted]3. I reached out to Myntra customer care regarding this issue, and they mentioned the payment was stuck in a payment gateway failure. They advised waiting for 48 hours since the order attempt. However, I have not received my refund yet. I am unable to find a live chat option or speak to a customer care representative. Kindly process the refund for the deducted amount promptly.

On July 15th, I initiated a return request on your website. By the 16th, I received a confirmation message and a person was assigned to collect all four items. In the afternoon, your service representative came, and I handed over the products with their packaging. He confirmed everything was in order. However, I only received refunds for three items, not the fourth one. The status still indicated "Out For Pickup." On July 21st, I received another pickup notification, but I had no package left. I informed the pickup person on that day. It seems there was confusion as the previous agent already collected the product on July 16th. Now, I have received yet another pickup message, but the item has already been picked up. I need help resolving this issue and obtaining the pending refund for the missing product.

I placed order id# [redacted] for x2o pants in the sizes 11-12 years and 4-5 years, totaling around $[redacted]. I received the 11-12 years pants but not the 4-5 years, although the status shows delivered. I have tried contacting customer care via email and phone but have not received any response. This experience has disappointed me, as I have had no issues with previous orders from Myntra. The quality of the x2o brand is poor compared to what is available locally, and there was no proper tag on the received item. I have initiated a return for the item I received due to its low quality and missing item, but the return has not been processed. I hope to receive a refund from Myntra for the missing item. I placed an order (No. [redacted][redacted]) on 3/7/21 with Myntra, an online delivery store. I requested a return due to sizing issues with return request ID [redacted]. The return policy states no questions asked, and the product must be unused, unwashed, with the price tag intact, which I followed. However, the pickup agent refused the return, claiming a quality issue. Despite my explanations to Myntra's Customer Care that no damage was done, they are not accepting the return. Myntra insists the product passed quality check upon delivery, but I maintain it is being returned as received. I feel cheated and frustrated with Myntra's refusal to follow their own return policy and provide a refund.

I ordered a salwar kameez on July 4th, but I received the wrong product. After initiating an exchange, the person who came to pick up the product mentioned it was incorrect, advising me to contact customer care. After contacting them, they assured me they would resolve the issue by picking up the wrong product and delivering the correct one. Despite multiple complaints, I have yet to receive the correct item. Recently, I was asked to provide photos of the product and the receipt, which I tried to do on their website to no avail. It's frustrating that after their mistake in sending the wrong product, they are now causing further inconvenience. I appreciate that the item wasn't of high value, as I have now lost trust in Myntra for pricier purchases. It's been almost a month, and this process is draining. Requiring images should have been communicated earlier, not after multiple attempts since July 6th.

I placed an order for 26 products on July 25th, [redacted], totaling nearly Rs16,[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received one of the items I ordered, the Domyos By Decathlon Girls Black Solid Ankle-Length Gym Leggings in Size 8-9Y. Instead, I received a different product, some shorts. When I tried to return the incorrect item, the pickup agent refused to collect it, stating it did not match the order. I made it clear in my return request that the wrong product was sent, so I am confused as to why the pickup was rejected. The package delivered has my address on it, but the order was intended for a Dr. Pankaj Shrivastava from Dhampur. This mix-up has caused inconvenience as we now need to address this issue and contact customer service. I am hoping to return the incorrect item and receive a refund promptly.

I requested an exchange for one of my orders, but it failed the quality check. When I got the product, it was in the same condition with the mark. I didn't even try it as it's not my size. Two gift cards expired prematurely on August 9, [redacted], instead of their set expiration date of August 10, [redacted]. They were unutilized as I tried to use them during checkout. We request prompt resolution by reinstating the two gift cards to the account [redacted] The cards were not used, but they expired unexpectedly before the due date during payment. We seek an urgent explanation and the addition of the two gift cards back to the account. Your immediate attention to this matter is appreciated.

Dear Myntra, I am frustrated with the repeated calls I have to make to address a simple issue that could easily be resolved with a little attention. I have initiated a return for Mast & Harbour maroon joggers, but I need to cancel the self-ship return request due to the delivery agent's inability to pick up items from my Pincode. Surprisingly, they can pick up another item but not the joggers. This is concerning. I initially requested the return, but I now need to cancel it as I will be relocating to Bangalore next week where I believe this pickup issue will not persist. I have provided the necessary details to the Myntra customer care representative as the option to cancel the return is not available on my updated app or the Myntra website. I have updated the Myntra app, Google Chrome, and Android Webview to ensure everything is current. I ordered a Tisabene gold-plated chain on July 22nd and received it on July 29th. However, I requested a return pickup on the same day. Despite multiple delays, the status on August 18th stated that the return pickup was done, but I never received a call or any indication that they came to pick it up. How am I supposed to know if the pick-up actually happened? It's frustrating that the return request was marked as closed without any confirmation. I ordered a pink kurta and white sharara on August 1st, but I received the wrong product, a pink kurta instead of gray. When I contacted customer care, the delivery boy insisted on picking up the pink kurta as shown in the image, though I received the wrong gray kurta. Despite multiple attempts to rectify this over a month, with the delivery boy coming several times but refusing to pick up the wrong item, and numerous calls to customer care, no solution has been provided. Even after speaking to supervisors, no progress was made. Recently, after reordering, I received the same wrong gray kurta on August 19th. I have shared pictures of both products with the customer care service at Myntra, as both items are from Biba.

I recently purchased a winter jacket (Order ID # [redacted] [redacted][redacted]) and unfortunately, the one I received was torn. Upon requesting an exchange, the delivery person arrived but stated that due to the damage, the exchange couldn't proceed. I was advised to contact customer service, but unfortunately, the provided Myntra customer care number was invalid. I am unable to find an email address to reach out to their support team as well. It is urgent that I receive the replacement jacket by 12th September. Despite raising the issue with Myntra, I have only received automated responses and no resolution. Communication from their customer service has been lacking and the problem remains unresolved. It appears that options for resolving this issue are limited through the app's current customer service channels.

I am disappointed to inform everyone that my order on Myntra has once again been automatically canceled due to internal issues. Despite my previous complaint and urgency in receiving my parcel within the next day or two, I was just notified of the cancellation. This marks the fifth instance where my order has been automatically canceled. The contents of this parcel were crucial this time, making this cancellation even more unacceptable. The consistent poor service from Myntra is truly disappointing. If there are ongoing issues, it would be better not to accept orders to avoid inconveniencing customers who may need the product urgently. It is disheartening that Myntra continues to provide such subpar services to its customers. 😑😑😑

I am disappointed with the poor services provided. Just a short while ago, I reported that several of my orders were automatically canceled by Myntra due to internal issues, and a new parcel was supposed to be delivered today but has not arrived. I urgently require the parcel and had requested delivery by tomorrow or the day after. However, I have just received another notification from Myntra that my order has been automatically canceled yet again due to internal issues. This lack of reliability is unacceptable. If there are ongoing issues, orders should not be accepted to allow customers to seek the products elsewhere, especially in situations where the parcel is urgently needed, like mine. The unexpected cancellation and poor service from Myntra are truly disappointing.

I regret buying an item from Myntra that turned into a big mistake. I ordered "The Desi Dulhan-Women Green Solid Mojaris," but received the wrong size. When I tried to return it, Myntra claimed the serial number doesn't match and it's a different product. I've been dealing with this issue for days, with 6-7 delivery attempts failing as they refuse to accept the return, sometimes taking the product only to return it later as not matching. Customer service disconnects calls or assures me the return is approved without resolving the problem. I'm eagerly waiting for the day when the return is successfully made, and I get my refund.
