Hello, I need assistance regarding the refund for the cancelled flight with PNR YR69UX from Hyderabad to Bangalore on April 17, [redacted]. Indigo and MakemyTrip have approved the payment amount of INR6919. MakemyTrip's initial payment attempt failed on April 13, prompting my contact with Customer Care on April 17. I was informed that an email should have been sent to collect my account details for the transfer, but I did not receive it. The executive created a ticket with Request ID: [redacted][redacted], and promised a callback within 24-48 hours. Despite four days passing, I have not received any update on my ticket in the MakemyTrip app, and my calls to customer support have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative. Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience regarding a flight cancellation. While vacationing in the Maldives, I received notice from the airlines on 16/04/[redacted] that my flight with PNR MC8IFN had been cancelled. Attempting to rebook through the provided GoAir link proved unsuccessful. Subsequently, I sought a refund from MakeMyTrip (MMT) and then promptly booked another flight with IndiGo via MMT. The airlines confirmed a full refund of Rs 18,[redacted], and MMT notified me of a refund of Rs 17,[redacted] after deducting a Rs [redacted] convenience fee. Given the circumstances of the cancellation and my additional expenses, it seems unreasonable to be charged a convenience fee under these circumstances. I canceled a train trip from Bhubaneswar to Raipur on April 6, [redacted], and opted for a refund in my MMT wallet. When I received the refund, I tried to use it to book another train for the same destination but for a different date and encountered issues. After discovering the option to transfer the funds to my bank account, I initiated the transfer on April 6. However, the amount of Rs [redacted] has not reflected in my bank account yet. I reached out to my bank, but they confirmed no pending amount. With no means to contact Make My Trip directly, I am seeking assistance here. I appreciate any help during these challenging times.

Hello, I am writing regarding booking number – NN[redacted][redacted]. On April 22nd, I received a cancellation email from MMT for an air ticket from India to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Despite expecting a refund of INR 39,[redacted], I only received INR 23,[redacted] with detailed cancellation charges shown in the image provided. The deductions of INR 16,[redacted] by both Emirates and MMT, including a donation fee charged by MMT without my consent, are unreasonable and unacceptable. As a loyal customer with over INR 60K in my MMT wallet, I find it distressing to have funds deducted without authorization, especially during the current global crisis. I request the entire wallet amount to be transferred to the registered credit card promptly. If no resolution is reached within 24 hours, I am prepared to escalate this matter further to social media and legal channels. I anticipate a swift response from your team. I, Mr. Makarand P. Ghare, am requesting a refund for an overseas ticket cancellation that has been pending for several months. Last year, I had two tickets to the US, which were canceled due to Covid-19. While I received a refund for one ticket, the refund for the second ticket has not been processed despite numerous follow-ups over the past 8-10 months. I am also concerned that interest may have been accrued on the refund amount, which is not my fault. I am now seeking a full refund with 12% interest per annum. We were provided with a UTR reference for the refund, which was not actioned for one ticket, as your office is aware. I am escalating this issue to the CEO, Mr. Deep Kalra, and Group CEO, Mr. Rajesh Magow, as I have exhausted all avenues in trying to retrieve my rightfully owed money. I have already provided new bank details for the refund transfer and request that the credit be processed within 48 hours of this communication to avoid further escalation with relevant authorities and affiliates. Dear Sir, I, M.P. Odedara, would like to bring to your attention that I booked my tickets through MakeMyTrip from Delhi to Leh for June 27, [redacted]. The PNR numbers are WBWP8Z (for 03 adults) and WYSBYC (for 04 adults) on SpiceJet flight SG-[redacted] departing from Delhi at 09:55. Recently, SpiceJet canceled SG-[redacted] and rescheduled our tickets for the same day on SG-[redacted], departing from Delhi at 05:35. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make it in time as we are arriving in Delhi from Ahmedabad at 07:45. We kindly request a rescheduling of our tickets to any flight from Delhi to Leh on the same day departing after 09:00. We reserved 3 suites for 18 guests on July 4, [redacted]. Despite a medical emergency with a member of our group, we decided to proceed with the stay but were met with substandard conditions at the property. Upon arrival, we found the property to be inaccessible by vehicle, lacking basic amenities like electricity and water, and overall unsuitable for accommodation. The staff was unhelpful and we were unable to stay there. After much difficulty, we found alternative accommodation and have been seeking a refund for the booking. 1) My flight with AirAsia was cancelled on three occasions in June [redacted], costing me Rs [redacted]. According to the airline's policy, full refunds are due for cancelled flights. 2) I was surprised by an advertised Goa-Bangalore-Pune flight as it wasn't in the Easy Trip timetable. I received a refund of Rs [redacted] for a subsequent booking. 3) After rebooking a flight on the 13th, I noticed the ticket price dropped to Rs [redacted]. 4) During a conversation with a representative regarding a cancelled flight on the 10th and rescheduling, I felt pressured to pay for the new date. 5) Requesting a refund of Rs [redacted] to be credited to my HSBC savings account, account number [redacted], at 52/60 Mahatma Gandhi Road, Mumbai - [redacted], IFSC: HSBC[redacted]. 6) Unhappy with the service from both AirAsia and EaseMyTrip due to three cancellations, one of which wasn't a valid flight. I booked a flight from Arlanda to Lisbon on July 14th (TAP [redacted]) with a return flight on the 21st (TAP [redacted]). My booking reference is SQV27J and the booking number is L9K0HN (0 may be an O). I had to cancel the flight because the dates were changed to the 15th and 22nd due to Covid-19 restrictions in Portugal. I booked a car yesterday for 7:30 am from Jakkur to Bangalore Airport. However, I received the driver and car details late, and the car never showed up for the pickup. When I called the driver, he mentioned he had canceled the ride. I was not informed by the MMT app or provided with an alternative. I had to make last-minute arrangements to catch my flight. I request a refund for the full advance payment made. I have tried to reach out multiple times through WhatsApp with no response. The phone number provided gives an automated reply directing to a link for faster resolution, but there is no option to file a complaint on the booking site.

I was provided an open ticket booking ID IN1B[redacted][redacted] for a flight from Newark to Hyderabad. After rescheduling, I was given 24 months to book a ticket with Reference No. [redacted][redacted]. Despite numerous attempts, when calling customer care at [redacted]7, the system does not recognize the last four digits of my booking ID. I have also emailed [redacted] requesting assistance in booking a flight from New York to Hyderabad on July 31, [redacted], but have not received a response. I urgently need help with my booking as soon as possible.

I would like to report an issue with a recent hotel booking. After checking in, we discovered there was no water in the restroom. Although the hotel initially agreed to fix the problem, they later said it could only be resolved the next morning. As a result, we decided to leave the hotel before the issue was fixed. Dear Customer Care, I am writing to report a concerning experience I had with a recent booking made on August 4, [redacted], using Booking ID AD[redacted]59 and my registered phone number ending in [redacted]. Upon arrival at the restaurant, I discovered that it was permanently closed, causing great inconvenience. I have some questions and feedback: - Why was the location available for booking if it was permanently closed? - Who should be held accountable for the inconvenience caused? I traveled a significant distance (50 km) to get there. - I tried to contact customer support upon arrival but was unable to get assistance, which was frustrating. - The message I received upon canceling the booking stated it was non-refundable, which I find unacceptable. This seems like a joke at the expense of customers. I am requesting a prompt resolution to this matter, including a full refund for the booking. This experience has been disappointing. Moving forward, I will avoid booking with MMT and will not recommend it to others.

Dear Sir, I am extremely disappointed that our flight No. I5-[redacted] from New Delhi to Goa on September 23rd had been changed to a connecting flight without prior notice. The new details are as follows: PNR No DV2FQF for three persons and Z2US5M for one person: - Flight I5-[redacted] from New Delhi to Bengaluru departing at 18:35 hrs on September 23rd. - Flight I5-[redacted] from Bengaluru to Goa departing at 05:45 hrs on September 24th. I require an explanation for the cancellation and alteration of our tickets. It is distressing that there has been no communication about this change, especially since we have an event in Goa on the night of the 23rd. The inconvenience caused is unacceptable. Attempts to contact your customer service have been futile, and it is clear that Make My Trip prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. The availability of flights on the same day from New Delhi to Goa raises concerns about the arbitrary cancellation of our tickets without regard for our plans. If alternative arrangements for September 23rd cannot be made, I will have no choice but to seek legal action for compensation. I purchased a flight ticket on August 4th from Hyderabad to Bhopal for August 6th. I initially paid using my Axis Bank net banking account and [redacted] INR was deducted, despite MakeMyTrip displaying a transaction failure prompting a second attempt using my HDFC account successfully (booking ID - NF[redacted][redacted]). Both banks confirmed the deductions. Axis Bank affirmed the first transaction's success (transaction reference no. [redacted]3) and advised it might be an issue on MakeMyTrip's end. I kindly ask MakeMyTrip to refund the [redacted] INR deducted from my Axis bank account.
