Hello, I am experiencing a specific issue with my Logitech G29 throttle pedal functioning as a button instead of a pedal within my racing games. In G Hub's settings page, all buttons function correctly as buttons, and the pedals as pedals. However, once I enter a game, the throttle pedal is recognized as a button registering only 0% or [redacted]%, without any values in between. I have ensured G Hub is up to date and even reinstalled it with new settings. I have verified the integrity of 3 racing games, reinstalled one of them, and attempted various suggestions from forums and Google searches such as updating drivers through the Control Panel, changing USB ports, and reconnecting all components of the steering wheel base to no avail. Any further guidance you can provide to help resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, L.

I am experiencing two issues with my Logitech G512 Hero. Firstly, the mouse cursor jumps around and will scroll randomly without any manual input. The mouse wheel is also malfunctioning. Instead of clicking and scrolling a few lines, it rapidly spins like a spinner, making it difficult to control scrolling accurately. The wheel behaves erratically, often scrolling beyond the intended point, requiring precise control to avoid overshooting. Even when trying to scroll slowly, the mouse may jump the page up or down unexpectedly. These issues have been present since the date of purchase, indicating a defect in the device.

Hello, I purchased a Logitech K480 Multi-Device Keyboard on Amazon on 28.03.[redacted], and I am having trouble turning it off. I have had to change the batteries four times already. It stays connected to my tablet or phone regardless of the power switch position and reconnects even when the keyboard is off after pressing any key. I purchased the Logitech G Pro X Headset (wired) recently, and upon testing it, I discovered that the left side with the cable was not functioning. After fiddling with the cable, I got it to work temporarily, but then the left side began acting up again a week later. The sound was initially very quiet and then completely stopped. Occasionally, tapping the Logitech logo on the side would temporarily fix it. Now, the left side is completely silent despite my attempts to troubleshoot using different cables and devices like my phone. I researched online and found others experiencing similar issues, but I have been unable to find a permanent solution.

I am experiencing issues with my Logitech Marble Mouse USB as the cursor hangs periodically. Despite attempting various fixes suggested in help forums, the problem persists. Interestingly, two other mice of the same model work well on the same USB ports on my Dell desktop Inspiron [redacted]. I discovered that lifting the marble ball slightly and reseating it resolves the cursor freezing. I suspect this particular mouse is defective and I am seeking a replacement.

My Logitech Squeezebox internet radio keeps disconnecting at least 10 times a day. I lodged a complaint with you about this back in January of this year. You responded with Ticket No. [redacted]2 dated 16.01.[redacted]. However, nothing has changed since then. I wonder if you are unwilling or unable to fix this issue. Logitech has a reputation to uphold, and for me, it's very frustrating to have to restart the radio 10 times a day. I've confirmed that the issue is not with my Fritzbox.

I have a Logitech K600 TV keyboard with the serial number 2027SCR00JQ8. I am seeking a user manual for this product. After contacting customer support and being informed that not all the keyboard's apps are supported, I am now facing an issue where the touchpad is freezing, making it impossible to navigate on my Samsung TV. I bought a Logitech G920 Driving Force gaming steering wheel for Xbox, and ever since I got it, I've had problems. I've been back and forth with the store where I bought it, but they haven't been able to fix the issue despite several attempts. They suggested reaching out to you for help. The wheel doesn't respond when connected to my Xbox, and I've tested it on three other Xbox consoles as well. I'm very disappointed with both the product and the service provided. I'm hoping to either get a replacement or a refund for this frustrating experience.

My MX Master 3 mouse is constantly jumping on my screen and experiencing significant lag. I've attempted various solutions like switching the receiver to a non-USB-C port and bringing it closer to the mouse, but the issue persists. Additionally, in my device manager, a new disabled mouse keeps appearing after each restart, worsening the situation until I remove it. Even after deletion, the problem continues. I've been using an MX Master mouse for years without facing this problem.

Hello, Hello, I am experiencing connectivity issues with my Ergo K860 Keyboard and MacBook through Bluetooth. This problem has persisted despite updating my MacBook's software. I attempted to reset the keyboard, and it now appears in the Bluetooth settings on my Mac. However, when I press "connect" on the Mac, I receive the prompt to enter the number combination on the keyboard, but the connection fails afterward.
