I purchased a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro laptop on May 24, [redacted], with serial number PF2R0XTY. Although the laptop initially worked well, I am now experiencing hardware problems, as the camera is not functioning, and the touchpad is unresponsive. Given the current online-dependent situation due to the pandemic, these issues are causing significant inconvenience over the past three days. I have attempted to contact various numbers for support, only to be informed that they do not handle repairs. Despite having two years of warranty remaining, I feel helpless in resolving these issues. Contacting the customer care number at 1[redacted] has been unsuccessful, with constant busy signals or being transferred to premium support without any resolution. Today, I waited on hold for over 20 minutes, hoping for assistance to no avail. I urge Lenovo to address this matter urgently, as my repeated complaints have gone unanswered. It is disappointing how Lenovo is handling this situation, and I am considering taking further action to ensure resolution and hold the company accountable for their neglect of customer service. I trust Lenovo will prioritize customer satisfaction and address these concerns promptly. Looking forward to a prompt response. Rohan B.

I received a new Lenovo computer as a gift from my son last Christmas. I adore it! While using it the other night, everything was working fine. However, the next morning, when I tried to read the news, the "pgdn" tab suddenly fell off into my lap without me even touching it. This is the first issue I've had with it since I got it six months ago. I am retired and don't use it for work, so it's not heavily used. I'm surprised this happened with a new product as I've never experienced something like this with my previous computers. Could this be repaired under warranty, or what other options do I have? Thank you in advance for your help.

I have been using a Lenovo Vibe K5 for five years. Lately, it developed some issues, so I went to an authorized Lenovo service center. They initially quoted Rs [redacted] for a 2-3 day repair, but later informed me about a motherboard problem, and I retrieved the phone. After considering, I decided to proceed with the motherboard repair, agreeing to pay Rs [redacted] and wait 3-4 days. However, upon inquiry after a couple of days, I was asked to wait longer. When I returned today, I was told the phone couldn't be fixed, but I would have to pay Rs [redacted] for inspection. The consent form mentions I'd be liable for charges if I declined repairs. Despite my willingness to proceed, as the phone is irreparable, I question the need to pay. I kindly request the service center to return my phone without levying any fees.

I have been using the Lenovo Vibe K5 for five years now and recently encountered some issues with the phone. Upon visiting the Lenovo authorized service center, I was informed that a fee of Rs [redacted] would be charged for a repair estimated to take two to three days. Unfortunately, the phone was unable to be fixed as there was a motherboard problem. Subsequently, I opted for motherboard repair, which was quoted at Rs [redacted] and required 3-4 days for completion, to which I agreed. However, delays ensued, and after following up, I was informed of further delays. When I visited to retrieve my phone today, I was advised that the phone was irreparable, yet I was still required to pay Rs [redacted] for inspection charges. Despite being agreeable to the repair, I question the necessity of paying the charges if the phone cannot be fixed as per the consent form stipulations. I kindly request assistance in directing the service center to return my phone without imposing any charges.

I encountered a pop-up from WinDrive indicating that 4 of my drivers were outdated, which I promptly updated. However, this action resulted in a blue screen error with the stop code: "Unaccessible boot device." I've documented the entire process with pictures. I've spent countless hours on the phone with Microsoft to resolve this issue as my work computer lacks backup. The computer is relatively new, purchased 3-4 months ago. Despite entering the BitLocker key multiple times after the driver update, I'm stuck in a loop, continuously prompted to enter the key without success. Microsoft confirmed it's not a BitLocker issue and suggested downgrading the BIOS as the problem occurred right after updating the drivers. I've attempted various solutions online, including uninstalling updates and resetting the computer, but nothing has fixed the problem. I urgently require assistance to get back to work.

Hello, I am seeking technical assistance concerning the compatibility between my Lenovo Yoga 7-15ITL5 Laptop - Type 82BJ and Samsung [redacted] PRO 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD. The SSD is not performing at the expected speed according to the manufacturer's specifications. I have installed the latest drivers for the laptop from the official Lenovo website, and the SSD is recognized by Samsung Magician utility with the latest firmware. The utility indicates that for optimal speed, it is recommended to connect to PCIe Gen 4.0. My Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor supports PCI Express 4.0 x 4. I am looking for guidance on how to utilize the PCIe 4.0 bus and maximize the performance of the SSD. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Valery Polyakov.

I purchased the Lenovo All-in-One Idea Center AIO 3i 22 IMB05 Desktop with 4GB of DDR4 RAM. The computer, listed as Computer Type: F0EV, Serial Number: MP1Z7WQD, MO Number: MPNXS143000T, and MTM: F0EV008FUS, is running very slowly. I am familiar with opening and disassembling the computer. I am contemplating upgrading the i3 processor to an i5 processor. Could you provide information on the number of pins the processor has and which i5 model would be compatible? Additionally, I am thinking about increasing the RAM from 4GB to 12 or 16GB. Can you advise on the type of memory chips needed and the number of pins required? - Ben

I have a Lenovo Ideapad and the bumpers on the bottom of the case have come off. I need replacements as my extended warranty did not cover them. The bumpers consist of one long strip of rubber and two small strips that protect the case and provide air ventilation. Can you please advise me on how to get replacement bumpers for my laptop? The laptop is in good working condition otherwise.

Lenovo's after-sales service support has been disappointing. Hello, My name is A N Rao, and I purchased an extended warranty for my Lenovo ThinkBook laptop with the serial number: MP22NMZ2 and sales order: [redacted] on January 1, [redacted]. The purpose of this order was to obtain a 3-year extended warranty for both parts and labor of the laptop. I became unsure about the order and attempted to contact the after-sales number 1[redacted] four times to cancel the order, but was informed that they do not work on public holidays. Therefore, I called from my registered mobile number, [redacted], to the post-sales Lenovo support specialist on January 3, [redacted], at 9:49 AM to verify the details. I was assured that the order was indeed for a 3-year extended warranty for the laptop valid until [redacted]. However, I have since received an email stating that the order is for "PREMIER x 24 Months," which is not what I wanted. I have attached the call recording I had with your sales support specialist for your reference. I kindly request the cancellation of the order and a refund based on the call recording or an adjustment to the order for a 3-year extended warranty for the laptop's parts and labor.

Dear Sir/Madam, I bought a Lenovo laptop on 28/07/[redacted] based on my previous positive experiences with Lenovo's services post-purchase. The laptop details are as follows: - Device name: MeghaVMV - Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.19 GHz - Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (7.77 GB usable) - Device ID: C15A5FE9-F9F6-4E8C-B211-E28B89525BCA - Product ID: 00[redacted]9-[redacted]-AAOEM - System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor - Pen and touch: Pen support Despite choosing Lenovo for its reputed quality, my laptop's camera started malfunctioning after only 6 months. Apps like Zoom and Teams kept displaying errors like "unable to detect camera." I contacted Lenovo's online service multiple times, spending hours troubleshooting each time they suggested resetting the camera through the device manager, which temporarily fixed the issue. However, the problem persisted, and after seeking help at a service center, they discovered a motherboard issue. As an academic heavily reliant on online teaching during the pandemic, a functioning camera is imperative. I kindly request Lenovo's assistance in resolving this promptly. My trust in Lenovo is significant, as I have recommended their products to my sister and students. I trust Lenovo will provide a satisfactory solution. Thank you.

I purchased the Ideapad L340 laptop with an i5 9th gen processor, 1TB HDD, and 256GB SSD from Flipkart on October 17, [redacted] (Invoice No. FACR8Q[redacted]). Unfortunately, the laptop has been frequently serviced due to performance issues. Despite repeated repair attempts, the problems persist. After a call from the senior team indicating my MDOA request was processed, they later claimed it was not approved, causing confusion. The Premium Care team mentioned my warranty had expired, even though I have been facing these issues for the last 6 months, during half of the warranty period. I kindly request a replacement for my system as my laptop has been in the service center for the past 3 months.

I purchased a Lenovo Yoga 9i laptop for my son as a Christmas gift. Initially, the computer worked well, but soon it started glitching and freezing. Lenovo support suggested a hard reset, which resulted in the keyboard lighting up but the screen remaining black. Despite asking for a return, they only provided a label for repair. After a long wait, I received an email stating it was being fixed instead of refunded. When the laptop returned, it had missing screws and the same issue persisted. Dealing with customer service has been frustrating with repeated transfers and disconnections. I bought this laptop on credit for my son's college use, but this whole experience has been a nightmare.

After linking my Microsoft account to the Microsoft Store on my Lenovo IdeaPad slim 3 laptop, I encountered a login issue. Even though I enter the correct pin, I receive a message saying "your credentials could not be verified." Resetting the pin leads to a black screen with a cursor after authenticating my Microsoft account. Safe mode didn't resolve the problem. I am hesitant to reset my laptop because it came with Windows 10, can be upgraded to Windows 11, and has Microsoft Office installed by the vendor. I need assistance with logging into my laptop.

Hello, I experienced a problem with the display panel on my laptop. An engineer came to fix it in December after I raised the issue. It was resolved in the first week of January, but the problem persisted and required multiple visits to fix. By the end of January, the engineer was supposed to address all remaining issues with my display panel and speakers, but there was a delay in their visit, and I had to move to a new location. The engineer advised me to contact customer care again, but none of the online numbers were working. Unfortunately, without any resolution, my case was closed prematurely, claiming the issue was resolved when it wasn't. I have been trying to reach out to the same email contact, but have not received a response for 2-3 months. My laptop's condition is deteriorating, and I don't know what steps to take next: 1. The display was not properly secured. 2. The motherboard was replaced. 3. The speakers still do not work without earphones. 4. Due to improper fixing of the panel, the display is coming off again. Thank you.

Hello, I had a display panel problem that an engineer fixed in December. It was incomplete and had to be fixed again in January. By the end of January, the engineer was supposed to fix everything, but due to delays and my move to a new place, it didn't happen. Despite trying to contact customer care, the online numbers didn't work, and my case was closed without the issue being resolved. The person I emailed has not responded in two months. My laptop's condition is worsening - the display panel was not properly fixed, the motherboard was changed, and the speaker doesn't work without earphones. I need Lenovo to address this issue urgently.

I've never encountered this issue before, but now I'm facing it. While watching Netflix, I connected my Bluetooth speaker to my laptop. I closed the laptop but left the Bluetooth connected. Upon reopening it, I discovered that the audio is now distorted. When trying to troubleshoot, all I get is a message to "pair new device." My laptop has built-in speakers, but I prefer using my JBL. Unfortunately, it's already 10 pm, so I'm unable to use the JBL at this hour.

It seems that the TB-8704v tablet lacks a compatible phone dialer app despite having a sim card slot. While Q-link claims compatibility, the tablet struggles to make calls as needed, frustrating when apps like ChatGPT don't accept voip numbers. Seeking a non-voip dialer app from the Play Store has proved challenging. It's baffling that essential features like this were overlooked during the tablet's setup. A suitable dialer app that works with the sim card is crucial for many users. Your issue is relatable and finding a proper solution is essential for seamless communication.
