My daughter accidentally bought the wrong book in a series, then double-clicked resulting in being charged for two of the same book. She also bought the next two books in the series. We are seeking a refund for the first two books mistakenly purchased. Thank you, Saar.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Amazon account and using the Kindle application. Amazon suggested creating a new account with a different email, but I prefer not to go that route. I am unable to cancel my Kindle account as it requires access to my Amazon account. I am hesitant to cancel my credit card to stop the Kindle charges as a last resort. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I am currently experiencing difficulty opening the Instagram app on my Amazon Kindle Fire device. I have previously used the app about 10 days ago, but now I am unable to open it. I typically uninstall the app after use due to device sharing and reinstall it when needed. Oddly, when I go to the app store, the option displayed is "OPEN" instead of "GET," suggesting the app is installed, yet it does not appear in my list of Apps. I was advised to do a forced stop, but I can't find the app in the list to do so. I am still unable to access the Instagram app at the moment. Furthermore, when trying to use the online version of Instagram, I am unable to retrieve or send messages unless I clear the Silk browser cache and restart. Only then can I access the inbox. Before this workaround, I couldn't even open the inbox page. I am wondering if these two issues are connected in any way. Thank you, Steve S.

I sincerely apologize for unintentionally violating Amazon's policies. Upon discovering my error, my account was terminated, and I now humbly request reinstatement. I assure you that I will adhere to Amazon's standards moving forward and commit to providing high-quality books. I did not mean to mislead customers; this mistake was made out of ignorance. My Kindle became unresponsive a couple of weeks ago. I'm John K., you can reach me at '[redacted]' or [redacted]20. The serial number of my Kindle 7th generation is G090 G[redacted] [redacted]. All I need is to use my Kindle and update my payment details. I've contacted about 15 different Amazon representatives through the chat, but we haven't reached a resolution. They mentioned my Kindle is linked to another email address, and even tried to update my password, but I'm still unable to access or modify my account information. They provided website links for corrections, but unfortunately, I'm still unable to access them. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I recently purchased a new device and attempted to log into my Kindle books. However, the username is linked to an outdated email address that we no longer use. Even though I entered the correct password, the verification emails are being sent to the old email address, causing an issue. I contacted Amazon Kindle support for assistance, but the problem persists. My current username is [redacted], which requires updating. I possess numerous books on my account and it's vital that I don't lose access to them. Residing in Australia, I am looking for guidance on how to connect with someone who can help me resolve this matter. The device in question is a Samsung tablet, not a Kindle, and currently, there is no personal data associated with it.

I have had a Kindle for several years, but it has not been used recently. It was registered before and had books downloaded. Now, I am being prompted to register it again. I'm confused and do not want to incur any charges for assistance. I don't understand why I have to pay £35 per month just to resolve the registration problem. I have another Kindle that I used for over ten years without any problems, and I never had to pay a subscription fee for that one. Please reply promptly.

I recently purchased a second Kindle Paperwhite, but I am experiencing trouble registering it. It keeps requesting a Wi-Fi password, and none of my previous passwords are being accepted. I want both Paperwhites to synchronize and share my Kindle library. Can someone assist me with this issue? I can confirm that there have been no security problems with the passwords I have used before on Paperwhite. Unfortunately, I don't recall the password for my first Paperwhite. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I try to keep my sanity.

I have a Kindle Fire v10. It powers on, displays the logo, but then shows a message saying "Collecting logs..." before going blank. I tried the 40-second restart, which didn't work. I also cleared the cache in the boot options, but the issue persists. I really want to avoid doing a factory reset because of the data on my device. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can take?

Hello, my KDP account was closed a few years ago. I have tried to reach out to Amazon on several occasions to ask for additional information as to why this was the case. I understand that there may have been some concerns with my books based on the terms and conditions and I would like to apologize for any issues that had my account flagged. I am willing to do anything and remove any titles that do not comply with Amazon terms and conditions. I also promise to not publish anything else in the future that does not comply with Amazon/KDP terms and conditions. I would like to continue to produce books and work with Amazon to grow my business. Thank you for the consideration and please let me know if you need any more information on my end.

I am Felix G. Hollin. After updating my contact information, I faced issues accessing my Amazon account as verification codes were going to my old email and phone. I had to create a new Amazon account to resolve this. Although my Amazon account is now functional, I am unable to access my Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account to order author copies of my books. Attempts to contact KDP were unsuccessful as their mailbox was full. My previous email was [redacted], and my new one is [redacted] The former phone number was [redacted], and the new one is [redacted]. I seek assistance in aligning usernames and passwords for both accounts and being able to order author copies smoothly.

After using my Kindle, I noticed that my books ended up in either the Library list or the Home list. Unfortunately, I mistakenly downloaded some explicit books to my Home list and now I'm unable to return them like the ones in my Library list. I want to know how to remove these books from my Home list. I'm even open to clearing out my entire list of downloaded books and starting fresh. Can anyone provide guidance on how to do this? I am trying to assist my father-in-law who owns a Kindle. He recently got an email from Kindle indicating that his last purchase was not approved. He just received his new bank debit card. I think he needs to update his new card information. Unfortunately, he doesn't remember his Amazon account details or password. My mother recently completed a children's book she hoped to publish using KDP. Unfortunately, her access to the service has been permanently removed before she had a chance to use it. We believe this may have been a result of a misunderstanding involving my sister, "Lauren." Lauren had previously uploaded notebook designs on KDP and was mistakenly banned under suspicion of being a bot. Later, when Lauren accessed my mother's Amazon Prime account from the same computer to watch a movie, the system likely identified her as the banned account and consequently barred my mother. This situation has been devastating for my mother, who poured years of effort into her book.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having trouble accessing my account to update my email and phone number. The phone linked to my account was stolen, so I no longer have access to it. I've tried to reach out via email to no avail, as I suspect someone else is using my account ([redacted]). I'm confused by the emails I'm still getting from Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing even though my account is supposed to be closed. This morning, I received an email about my royalties, but I can't access my account because I forgot to update my phone number for the two-step verification. I followed the instructions to create a new account after being told my old one was closed, but now I'm unsure if I still have access to my previous copies. How can I contact these individuals? Is the site not operational? I would like to cancel my booking, which has been repeatedly disrupted. Why are they disregarding their users like this? What is happening? Where is the live chat support? The phone number? The email contact? Why are they treating customers poorly? Please cancel my booking. I do not wish to continue using this service. They should be more customer-friendly. Please cancel my bookings.

I signed up for the 30-day free trial of Kindle Unlimited to listen to books. Being older, I am struggling to figure out how to actually listen to the books. I just want to enjoy my trial, especially since I've already provided my card details for future billing. Can someone please provide clear instructions on how to listen to books? The format seems complex for someone with visual impairment like me, and I'm feeling frustrated with the process.
