I purchased a DCE33A1SSD ice maker unit without a pump. Despite being informed by your technical support that my previously owned pump would work, I was not informed that a new "pump kit" would be required. Now, I am faced with having to purchase this kit for $[redacted], negating the initial $[redacted] saved based on their advice. I am frustrated and would like to return this unit, but I lack the original packaging which seems to be a hindrance. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with returning this unit and purchasing a different model that comes with the pump already installed. Please advise on the necessary steps to facilitate this exchange.
