Hello, my name is Portia Emefa, and I'm a student at the University of Education in Winneba. Despite being a small town, Winneba hosts a university. It surprises me that there is no KFC here. We, as students, would greatly appreciate the addition of a branch. Currently, we have to travel all the way to Kasoa to satisfy our KFC cravings as deliveries do not reach us. It would make a significant difference for us if a KFC branch could be established here. Thank you for considering this request.

I visited KFC in The Square in Tallaght today and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and there was no one at the till to assist. The restaurant was dirty with overflowing bins, and it took over an hour to receive our food, which was not satisfactory. I am appalled by the poor service and condition of the store today. It will be a while before considering a return visit to this KFC branch or any other KFC location.

I had a disappointing experience at the KFC in Penn Hills, PA at [redacted] on Rodi Road on 12-5-22. After waiting in line for 35 minutes, I observed four employees continuously going in and out the back door, causing delays for customers like myself. Although I understand employees need breaks, having all four on break simultaneously led to multiple customers, including myself, leaving the line. This kind of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially when compared to your competitors who manage their staff more effectively. It only takes one negative encounter to deter a customer, and in this case, it might be beneficial to consider hiring a more capable supervisor to oversee operations at this location, as frequent issues seem to occur there.

I recently purchased three number 1 meals from KFC on South Main Street in High Point, NC on 12-7-22. Upon arriving home, my family and I discovered that the chicken was hard and dried up, making it inedible. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Aca, who informed me that I would receive 6 pieces of chicken at a later date, as per company policy. However, any reasonable manager would have offered to replace our entire meals. This experience was disappointing, as KFC's quality of food and service has clearly declined. I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory meal, which was purchased using my debit Visa card. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me regarding this matter.

I went through the drive-thru and informed an employee about the speaker issue. The manager's response was unhelpful. Despite ordering specific items like 2 meal strips with mashed potatoes, an extra cole slaw, and a chicken sandwich combo, I received incorrect items including tea that I didn't order. While waiting, another customer had issues with their order too. Upon returning to correct my order, I was wrongly told I had ordered fries, which I hadn't. After they fixed the mistake, I requested a refund for the extra cole slaw, but the manager refused claiming I was being difficult. I left without my order or a refund due to poor customer service. It's disappointing as we usually enjoy KFC but won't be returning after this experience.

I want to share my experience regarding a recent visit to a KFC outlet located at Scindia House, No 6 & 7, Connaught Cir, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi [redacted], India, on 05/12/[redacted]. During my visit, I ordered with number K5191 and received a piece of hot & crispy fried chicken that contained a foreign object, specifically a thin steel wire measuring 3 to 4 centimeters in length. I have documented this with photos and a video. I believe this incident reflects a lack of hygiene standards that should be expected, especially considering the cost of the meal. I have experienced mental distress due to this issue and feel it was a result of negligence by the branch's employees. I am looking for a reasonable compensation and disciplinary action against the employees involved. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter to avoid escalating it to the Consumer Forum Delhi.

We waited for 23 minutes in the drive-thru. When we got home and opened the meal, the extra crispy chicken was too hard to eat. Removing the coating left hardly any chicken. Everything was overcooked - even the biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks. We paid $43 hoping to enjoy our meal but ended up throwing it away. My husband usually takes leftovers for lunch, but not this time. This bad experience was not our first at KFC, unfortunately, it will be our last.

Yesterday, I visited the KFC on 10:20 Oak Ridge Turnpike at 5:53 p.m. and spent $52 on a 16-piece meal. Unfortunately, the coleslaw was unpleasant, the macaroni and cheese was rubbery, the chicken was burnt, and I received mostly wings instead of a variety. My fiancé even got sick after eating. I believe we should receive a refund. Please contact me at [redacted]. I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to this location due to concerns about employees smoking and drinking on the premises.

This month, I had a bad experience at the KFC in Jane Furse where the staff was disrespectful and rude. I wonder if KFC is a reputable company or if this behavior is common. Dealing with such rude customers is not easy, particularly when faced with aggressive behavior from both customers and management. How does the company handle these situations? Is the customer always right? Our community faces challenges with theft, bullying, and mistreatment from customers and management. Do you take action against employees or offer support? Hello, I usually don't complain, but I recently had a disappointing experience at your establishment in Casper, Wyoming. I ordered chicken tenders with mashed potatoes, a drink, and a biscuit. Unfortunately, the chicken smelled strongly of rancid oil, which even affected the inside of my vehicle. Although the chicken was moist and crispy, the overpowering smell made it difficult to enjoy. It seems like the oil needs to be changed more frequently. I considered returning for a refund, but the distance and lateness deterred me. After contacting the store, they redirected me to DoorDash. DoorDash mentioned that they would be responsible, but considering the order was made directly through KFC, they advised that KFC should process the refund to my card. I had a negative experience at the Brooklyn Park Minnesota fast food drive-through on December 21 at 1 PM. The manager rudely scolded me for mentioning a coupon after ordering a famous bowl, even though I had ordered it this way many times before without issues. When I tried to address the misunderstanding, she refused to speak to me and was dismissive. I reached out the next day to reconcile, but she was unapologetic and insinuated that I should have mentioned the coupon before ordering. I believe a simple apology and acknowledgment of the miscommunication would have sufficed. However, she declined and was even ruder during our recent interactions. I am not seeking her termination but rather a direct apology from her or a supervisor. I hope to resolve this matter constructively.

I recently dined at your KFC on [redacted] Mary Esther Cutoff in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I placed an order for the 8 piece family meal at the drive-through. After being asked to pull over to wait for chicken to be cooked, we waited for 30 minutes without receiving our meal. Upon inquiring inside, the cashier was impolite. The meal was handed to us without any apology for the delay. I am very disappointed with the service I received at your establishment.

I am Ruby J. and I need to address some concerns I have with the KFC located on Military Hwy in Chesapeake. Lately, they have not been answering their phone, resulting in incorrect orders being delivered to me. Being bedridden, I rely on delivery services, and it is frustrating when my meals are not prepared correctly. The quality of the food has been inconsistent, sometimes good and crispy, other times soggy and undercooked. I am disappointed by the catering service provided by KFC. The advertised professional catering did not match what was received. The chicken was not neatly packed in containers as shown in the pictures. Instead, it arrived in paper buckets stacked on top of each other inside bags, causing the chicken to become soggy and fall apart. Liquid from the sweating chicken filled the bags. I had to find containers to transfer the chicken for my event which was inconvenient. While I understand the local restaurant may not be at fault, the corporation should ensure consistency between the advertised and actual catering service. I was not satisfied with this experience and would not recommend KFC's catering services.

I ordered from KFC last night through the app around 10 pm, picked up my order at 10:45, and realized two full orders were missing when I got home. The food was cold and soggy, the biscuits were extremely hard, and the tenders we did receive had a soft and fishy texture, indicating unclean oil. Despite trying to contact them before they closed, no one answered. I spent nearly $80 on three meals but only received one complete meal, the 12-piece tender box, which was disappointing and frankly, disgusting. I observed a tall white man at your establishment at [redacted] N May Ave. smoking meth from a crack pipe and selling it in the parking lot alongside a light blue car. I have been a longtime customer but was appalled by what I saw. I work for a local news station and have informed my colleagues, friends, and family to avoid this location. It's unacceptable and shocking to witness a KFC employee involved in such activities. The cook was handling food without washing his hands, and the person I reported was named Jason.
