I previously ordered 3 months of ThermoFight and instructed the representative not to send any more shipments. Despite this, I received an unexpected package with 3 more bottles of ThermoFightXX. I contacted the rep who assured me she had canceled further shipments. I am concerned about any charges on my credit card and hope to hear from Customer Service soon. I was disappointed with this product. I requested the seller, Tiffany Moore Bishop, to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, it was not canceled until this morning, 7/20/20, resulting in a $48.50 charge that overdrew my bank account by $30.00. When I contacted Tiffany, she claimed she had canceled it this morning, but this contradicts the charge. I am seeking a refund of $48.50 and the $30.00 overdraft due to her failure to cancel as promised. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss this with management. I have attempted to contact your company through all provided phone numbers with no success. I am requesting to cancel my order (order #[redacted]9) and any future orders. My friends and I purchased your product to test it out, but the lack of communication is concerning. This will be my final attempt to cancel. Due to the lack of response, I will escalate this issue by reporting your company to the FCC for lack of customer service. I will also reach out to my local TV station that covers consumer stories to bring awareness about companies mistreating their customers. Moreover, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and share my experience on social media platforms like Facebook to warn others. It's crucial for your company to prioritize your customer base. I came across the GetHuman service ad on this website and will be reaching out to them for support. Thank you.

I recently cancelled my automatic shipment but still received a supply, which I promptly returned. Initially, I encountered an issue with a wrong shipment of a detox cleanse instead of the tea I had ordered. After a week of back and forth, I returned the item and was unexpectedly charged $15. Despite questioning why I would open something I didn't order, I was informed the item was open. Subsequently, I received the It Works skinny brew, only to receive an email about another upcoming order three weeks later. Despite facing difficulties in cancelling due to a special promotion, I persevered through multiple phone numbers and eventually managed to cancel the order. Unfortunately, the skinny brew did not result in any weight loss but rather caused nervous energy. Despite the product's ineffectiveness, the distributor tried her best to assist in resolving the issue.

I enrolled in a 3-month promotion for the it works Hair Skin and Nail product line. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed about the need to contact them to halt automatic shipments. I have recently received a fourth bottle in the mail, which I would like to return for a refund. Additionally, I would like to cancel any subscription that I may have inadvertently signed up for. Approximately a week and a half ago, I reached out via email to it works regarding this matter, but I have yet to receive a response.

Hello, I recently purchased two packs of the 4-pack Ultimate Body Applicator, and unfortunately, they were dry and lacked the defining gel. Trying them was not a pleasant experience for me. I understand that it has been over 30 days, but I held off on complaining until now due to my increasing dissatisfaction with the poor quality of the products. I would like to cancel my subscription to ItWorks Hair Skin Nails with Biotin and Keratin (purple capsules) supplements as I have not been consistent in taking them, leaving most of the bottles unopened. I would prefer a refund for the unused products, but if that is not possible, I simply want to stop future deliveries and charges for the subscription. I purchased the subscription through Ashley on Instagram, using her team link that provided a $36 per month discount. Thank you, Leena.

I encountered issues with two orders charged to my account without receiving the products. Despite being informed my subscription was canceled, it was not. After contacting customer service to cancel, I faced difficulty processing my loss claims. I was required to contact the post office before submitting a loss claim. Upon doing so, I received an email stating my claim was processed, and a replacement package was dispatched instead of a refund as I requested. Complicating matters, the package was sent to my previous address, neglecting my current move. The lack of communication and mishandling of my situation has left me frustrated. I am seeking a resolution for these issues promptly.

Three months ago, I canceled my order with It Works. During the call, the customer service representative talked over me, and I made it clear that I never authorized any subscription. Despite this, I continued to receive more gummies and was charged $80. I asked for my subscription to be canceled, but the argument continued, with the representative offering only a partial refund if I sent back the products. I reiterated my request to cancel the subscription, but it remains active. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of the alleged subscription and a prompt refund of my money.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with It Works. Last year, I purchased the beginners package but never actually worked for the company. I recently noticed that money has been deducted from my account every month or every other month without my knowledge. I purchased a three-month product from Cassidy Pidwerbesky for $[redacted] and was under the impression it was a one-time order. I had payment issues due to a double charge and had to reduce my order to the cheapest item, costing $80. Unfortunately, on December 24th, when my son was in a car accident, the $80 was taken from my account. I urgently need the $80 refunded as my son requires crutches and a prescription, and I do not have insurance benefits. It is important to ensure that sales associates are more transparent to avoid misunderstandings and financial strain in the future.

I have contacted the distributor I signed up with to terminate my subscription. While I received the correct orders for the first two months, on the third month, changes were made without my approval. Despite requesting modifications during the fourth and fifth months, nothing was done. In the sixth month, I explicitly asked for the cancellation, but it was not executed. The charges continue to appear on my credit card. The distributor insists on having my ID number, which I do not have access to as I may have missed the email containing it. I have not been able to locate it in my spam folder either. Given that she is the distributor, I am puzzled as to why she cannot obtain the necessary information and comply with my request. I am resigning as a distributor and transitioning to a loyal customer due to the lack of progress in the company. Zoom calls are unrewarding compared to other companies' compensation practices. Cold messaging is ineffective, and I recommend switching to Messenger parties for better results. Lowering prices would make products more accessible, especially during tough economic times. Offering customers a 50% discount, like other companies do, would be appreciated by many. Hence, I am stepping down as a distributor for ItWorks Global to become a loyal customer. I have a customer who recently purchased a three-product regimen that includes two bottles of gummies and one bottle of thermofight. She usually buys this bundle at the end of the month. However, this time the purchase for this month was processed a day early, on the 29th instead of the 30th. Additionally, the next month's purchase has been scheduled a whole week earlier on the 24th, causing inconvenience to her due to budget constraints and limited income. She has decided to cancel her regimen as she prefers to pay on the last business day of the month as agreed upon initially. I am unable to access my back office to address this issue. I have tried to reset my password, but I am not receiving the magic link necessary. Being a distributor, it is essential for me to have this resolved promptly. Please assist me in canceling the subscription and resolving the password reset matter. Thank you.
