I visited our local Hardee’s in Newport, Arkansas, and noticed some workers outside smoking instead of working inside. Today, when trying to get breakfast, they were unresponsive over the phone and drive-through, citing being backed up. This has been a recurring issue. It feels like there is a lack of dedication from the staff, making it seem unprofessional. I have found it challenging to address these issues due to not knowing who to speak with about the problems at the restaurant. Thank you.

I received a text message accusing me of sexual harassment, which I believe led to my termination. I have documented incidents of harassment by a manager at the store on specific dates and times. On 12/3 from 5:15 to 6:30, a worker was instructed by the manager to insult me. Then on 12/9 at 7:01-7:34 and 9:43, another incident involving a manager named Phil occurred. Lastly, on 12/23 from 6:20 to 9:00, further harassment took place. I inquired with Hardee's about my termination and was provided a number for their cooperation. After filing a complaint about the harassment, my hours were reduced, and now I am accused of sexual harassment despite no women being present during the alleged incidents. This situation is perplexing to me as I have tried to address the issue appropriately.

My name is Erica O., and I was previously employed at Hardee's on Frontage Rd. in Meridian, MS. I am in need of the dates I started and ended my employment with your company for my property manager. I am also requesting copies of all my check stubs. Despite several attempts to obtain this information through the proper channels, the managers have been unresponsive. I now urgently require this essential information for my property manager and apartment. I would greatly appreciate it if I could receive my requested information promptly. Thank you.

My spouse and I visited the drive-thru at [redacted] W Jim Biltin Blvd on January 1, [redacted], at 12:22:09 PM. The staff member who took our order was impolite when we inquired about the ingredients of the 1/3 lb burger. Despite our request for details because my husband has specific food preferences, she responded curtly, insisting it had everything on it. As anticipated, the order turned out to be incorrect, as it contained cheese which my husband dislikes. Upon informing the staff at the window, we were asked to park and wait. A young man then brought us another burger which, unfortunately, had ketchup and mustard added, contrary to my husband's preference for just lettuce and tomato. When my husband attempted to address the issue in person, the staff locked the doors, and despite his efforts at the drive-thru window, they disregarded our concerns, even laughing at our predicament.

I made a purchase through the Hardee's app with order number #[redacted][redacted]. After receiving confirmation via text and email, I visited the store and was informed by an employee that they did not receive the app order due to not receiving alerts for them. The General Manager Liz confirmed the situation, mentioning the need to manually check for app orders. Despite requesting a refund, Liz mentioned being unable to process it at that time. I left without receiving any food or a refund. I am requesting a refund of $30.54 from Hardee's for the undelivered order.

Complaint Regarding Hardee’s Service I experienced an upsetting situation at Hardee’s Store [redacted] in Roanoke, VA. On January 9th, [redacted], at 8:00 am, I visited the store due to prior issues with employee Elizabeth regarding harassment. The incident that particularly bothered me happened on January 6th, [redacted], at 7:00 am when I sent an Uber to pick up my daughter from college and drop her off at the store mentioned above. I arrived 15 minutes late and found my daughter waiting outside in freezing weather. Moreover, after ordering food and catching up, we were informed by the manager, Elizabeth, that we had overstayed our welcome due to the one-hour limit. While I understand the policy, I was disappointed in how Elizabeth publicly addressed the situation. This is not the first time I've had problems with her. I am a diabetic and ordered food through DoorDash two days ago requesting unsweetened tea. Despite providing the receipt, when I received the order, the tea was filled with sugar at the bottom. I visited the restaurant location on U.S. 27 in Richmond, Indiana yesterday at 10:30 a.m., but it was closed with no lights on and customers waiting outside. When I returned later, the manager blamed DoorDash for the error, even though it was their restaurant that made the sugar-laden drink. I emphasized my diabetic condition using my driver's license. The manager showed no empathy and dismissed the issue, stating Hardee's would not take any action. I feel disappointed, as this negligence could have serious health consequences, not just for me, but for other diabetics. I expect a proper response and apology, or I will consider taking this matter further, as the safety of customers should be a priority.

I need to address an incident that occurred at store [redacted] on N Pine Ave involving the assistant GM, Brittany Burke. I witnessed her smoking marijuana in her car with other employees, then yelling at another employee named Lisa in front of customers. Later, I found out Brittany's boyfriend was just hired as a manager there, which seems like a conflict of interest. This whole situation was unprofessional, and I believe Lisa was wrongfully terminated. The whole experience was terrible, from the service to the food quality. I hope the management takes action to ensure the staff follows proper conduct, especially regarding drug use and relationships among employees.

I had been employed at Hardee's for nearly 6 months, but I am disappointed with the recent behavior at Store [redacted] N Pine in Ocala, FL. I want to address the actions of an assistant general manager, Brittany Burke, who mistreated me by not allowing me to clock out at my scheduled time. She forced me to stay 25 minutes past my shift by making me complete tasks she should have done herself. It appears she singled me out as others would likely have been allowed to leave on time. Despite only being scheduled until 11 am, when I declined to work until 2 pm, she terminated my employment. I believe she needs to face consequences for violating labor laws and her abusive behavior. To address this, I intend to escalate the issue to corporate and urge them to take immediate action by terminating her employment and ensuring she can't be rehired to prevent further misuse of authority.

On Saturday, May 3rd, [redacted], between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, my husband and I visited Hardee's on Dave Lyle Blvd in Rock Hill, SC. We ordered inside, but encountered an employee eating while serving customers. When our food was hastily placed in a bag, my husband requested a refund. The manager, a Black woman with red hair, who had her children with her, exhibited unprofessional behavior by asking us to leave, making racist remarks, and falsely accusing us of threatening her. Despite our police report, we felt compelled to inform you of this unfortunate incident. It is unacceptable for employees to have their children at work and for customers to be treated in such a discriminatory manner. I hope for a resolution as I consider legal action if necessary. I am a former employee of Hardee's at [redacted] S Tamiami Trail, Ruskin, FL, [redacted]. As a corporation, I understand the importance you place on excellent customer service. Unfortunately, there are distressing issues at this location that need attention. Evening shift leaders are giving away over $60 worth of free food, using drugs, leaving without clocking out for nearly 2 hours, mistreating customers, neglecting their duties which results in unsanitary conditions for clients. The most serious concern is the presence of drugs and the employment of drug addicts as shift leaders, some even smoking while working. I recommend that someone from corporate conducts surprise visits on Friday evenings and Saturdays to ensure everything is in order. Consider terminating the employment of these individuals if necessary. The current manager seems indifferent to these serious issues, and I believe addressing them promptly is crucial for the restaurant's reputation and financial well-being.

I had an issue with Hardee's at Bigley Avenue in Charleston, West Virginia, three years ago. Recently, I returned, but my order was incomplete. I had ordered a gravy biscuit and a sausage egg biscuit which cost me $10.70. I drove 30 miles each way using diesel fuel at over $5 a gallon. I received only half of my order. I am frustrated that the store did not check the order before giving it to me. When trying to contact Hardee's corporate, I encountered difficulties as the voicemail was disconnected. The store suggested I pick up my missing items next time I am in the area, but the extra trip will cost me in fuel. I spent an hour in the drive-thru with 7 cars ahead of me. When I finally reached the window, the staff member was seated on a stool and informed me they were out of hash rounds. The cashier was incredibly rude, and this experience was unacceptable. At a previous job at Hardee's, we were not permitted to treat customers disrespectfully or waste their time. This particular Hardee's location made the entire chain look bad. I have decided not to return to this Hardee's again and would not recommend anyone else to do so either. Thankfully, there is a Bojangles nearby, and they have now lost my business for good.

On Friday, March 10th, I ordered two 1/3 Original Angus Burgers using a coupon. When I arrived at the window, I gave the coupon and a $20 bill to Alicia. She asked if I wanted a thick burger or the one on the coupon, to which I replied that I read the order directly from the coupon. After a 14-minute wait with no food, I called the Lincoln, IL store ([redacted]) to inquire about my order. The woman who answered did not let me speak and accused me of changing my order, even though I had not. She claimed the delay was because of a change I made, which was untrue. Despite my frustration, I was not treated nicely and felt unfairly blamed for their mistake.

I experienced a serious issue at Hardee's on Morrison Springs Rd in Chattanooga, TN. This morning, I ordered a Frisco sandwich and a medium drink, totaling around seven dollars. My friend ordered the same plus a cinnamon roll, amounting to 9 or 10 dollars. He paid with a $20 bill and received only 11 cents back out of $21. When I realized the discrepancy, the employee, Crystal, seemed unsure but eventually gave my friend his correct change. After checking the money Crystal gave me, I found she had shortchanged me by $3. Despite bringing it to her attention, she was defensive and claimed only a manager could resolve it. Following a delay and unreturned calls to the manager, I am frustrated by the lack of response. As a single mother, I find it unacceptable that an employee would handle the situation this way. I hope to see a resolution soon.

I visited Hardee's today and ordered 2 biscuits and gravy, which were supposed to be 2 for $5, along with a large drink that should have totaled $8.12. Despite the deal, I was charged full price. At the window, I inquired about the promotion, but they didn't adjust the total error. I waited for 5 minutes at the drive-thru as a lady handed me my incorrect change and receipt in an unprofessional manner. Today, I visited Hardee's and ordered two biscuits and gravy along with a large soda. However, I was charged full price for the biscuits and gravy, which is supposed to be 2 for $5. Despite waiting for 5 minutes at the drive-thru, the issue was not resolved. One of the staff members rudely handed me my change and receipt, and I was still overcharged. I have been a daily patron this week, and unfortunately, the customer service has been subpar. I am seeking a refund for this transaction. I have the receipt as proof of purchase. As an Uber driver, I often take a break at the Hardee's on Airport Road in Jacksonville. During a recent visit, I experienced slow service and felt overlooked while waiting in line. Despite being the only customer, it took a while for me to be served, with others being attended to before me. I am currently at the Hardee's on [redacted] Hampshire Pike in Columbia, Tennessee. The food and service are satisfactory, but there are a few issues that need addressing in the dining area. I waited for an hour without any regular coffee being provided, even though breakfast was still being served. When I asked for coffee at the counter, I was told to go there instead of having it readily available in the dining area, which I found inconvenient. The coffee I received was not even hot. They also ran out of change, which has happened before. I believe these are minor issues that can be easily fixed by ensuring there is enough coffee available in the dining area and having sufficient change on hand. I hope these matters will be addressed, as I have been a long-time customer and would like to see improvements at this location.

I visited your establishment on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville, FL on 4/24/[redacted] at 9:40 a.m. I used the drive-thru before heading to work. I waited in line for 5 minutes, only to be told by your manager that he wouldn't serve me because he felt I was rude, even though I don't believe I was. He kept repeating himself, which left me feeling unfairly treated. This was my first time at your establishment, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. I could have gone elsewhere, but I chose your business. Blaming customers for misunderstandings is not right; it was the staff's behavior that caused the issue.
