Haagen Dazs Customer Service Issues

I recently visited the local Albertsons store in El Paso, Texas and bought four pints of Haagen-Dazs ice cream in chocolate truffle swirl on special. However, when I got home, I noticed that the plastic wrap on the ice cream was open. I explained the situation to the store, even bringing the receipt, but they refused a return. Given the current situation with Covid, I am hesitant to eat food that has been tampered with. I hope for some resolution such as coupons to ensure I can enjoy the delicious ice cream without concerns.

Good evening, my name is Marcus, and I wanted to share my love for your gluten-free ice cream. I am a huge fan, especially of the chocolate peanut butter flavor. Unfortunately, the last three pints I bought did not have any peanut butter in them. This happened with two purchases from one store and one from another this evening. I visited the [redacted] 2nd Avenue location in Manhattan to redeem my birthday cone and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The service was extremely slow. Although they didn't have the Haagen-Dazs cone I was expecting, they provided me with a different cone. However, it was not the quality I had anticipated. When I tried to scan my code, the staff member abruptly took my phone without asking. This experience truly dampened my birthday scoop. I have decided not to return to this location based on these disappointing encounters.

Hello, I'm Alois, 52 years old, a business graduate & master chef. I have developed a deep-fried ice cream ball in a crispy shell. Served on a bed of vanilla foam, drizzled with chocolate praline sauce. I'm seeking a strong partner to help bring my creation to the public. I purchased a Häagen-Dazs Duo labeled as "vanilla hazelnut & caramel crunch," but inside, there was stracciatella ice cream instead of hazelnut and caramel. I am truly disappointed as I expected to receive what was indicated on the packaging for the price paid. I can provide pictures as proof. Unfortunately, I cannot return it as I no longer have the receipt. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you. Dear Haagen Dazs team, I have been a fan of your delicious ice cream for years, ever since I first tried cookies & cream in NYC in the 1980s. However, I recently bought three cookies & cream ice cream pots from the same supermarket on the same day, and they hardly had any cookie parts - it was 95% vanilla. Although at first I didn't mind, three pots like this are too much. I even took a picture, but I can't attach it to this email. I reside in Elizabethton, Tennessee [redacted], and I love eating ice cream. I recently called Walmart ahead of time to ensure my favorite pineapple coconut flavor was in stock. I was informed there were 8 pints available, but when I arrived, there wasn't a single one on the shelves. I ended up purchasing butter pecan and coffee flavors instead, with coffee surprisingly being in a larger container. It would be great if the pineapple coconut flavor was also available in a larger size. Recently, while planning a birthday party, I wanted to make a Pina colada pie that required the pineapple coconut flavor, but it was out of stock at Walmart. I'm a senior citizen, aged 63, and due to the long walk to the store with no bus service, I hope they consider stocking more of my favorite flavor. I've also suggested this to Food City, which is a shorter distance for me, but haven't had much success there yet. Overall, I enjoy your ice cream, especially the pineapple coconut, and hope for larger containers to be available soon.
