I am still facing the same issue as before. Now, I am being asked to verify my identity because my check exceeds $5,[redacted]. Even after they closed my account, printed my check, and issued a refund, I have been waiting for over 30 days without receiving my money. Despite promises of receiving it by the end of the month, I am running out of patience. The lack of clear communication and customer service is frustrating. It has been 22 calendar days, 15 business days, and more than 30 days since my account was closed on November 13th, [redacted]. Should I resort to legal action against Green Dot Bank to obtain the money I urgently need to pay my bills?

My name is Casey G., and my social security number is [redacted]. I acquired a Green Dot card in April last year, but unfortunately, my wallet and phone were stolen in June or July of the same year. As a result, I am unable to access my account as I can't recall my username or the email tied to it. I can remember one of the passwords, though. I urgently need to regain access to that account because I had my tax refunds and stimulus check linked to it. Despite informing them not to deposit the funds there due to the theft, the money was still sent to the old address at [redacted] McPherson Rd, Grand Ronde, Oregon. When my card was stolen, I promptly deactivated it. I need your assistance to resolve this matter.

I am unable to log in to the Green Dot mobile app as I cannot recall my username or password. I must update my address to receive a replacement card at my new residence, but I am unable to verify my ID as it requires the mobile app. Customer service directed me to a website and link to resolve the issue, which I found unhelpful. How should I proceed? Accessing my funds is critical.

I am facing a significant issue between Cash App and Green Dot for the past three weeks. Despite my efforts, both companies keep giving me the runaround. I can provide screenshots showing that Green Dot won't provide the 16-digit card number necessary by Cash App. They claim they have no record of the account, even though I have the transaction ID, the last four digits of the card number, and the date and time. This situation is incredibly frustrating for just $34.03, but I need the money urgently for gas, especially during the holiday season. I'm at my wit's end with this situation, and it's becoming unbearable. If anyone can assist me in resolving this matter, I would be extremely grateful.

I am having trouble registering my Stash card with Green Dot Bank. I use it often to pay bills and want to improve my credit score through Experian Boost. In order to do this, I need to register the card with Green Dot Bank, but I keep getting an error that the card number is invalid. Since the card is issued by Green Dot Bank, I am confused why I cannot register it with them. I need Green Dot to allow me to register my card so I can link it to Experian Boost.

On November 10, Green Dot closed my account. Unaware of this, on November 11, I deposited $[redacted] which I later discovered wasn't possible when I tried to pay a bill. Following customer service instructions, I contacted them, resulting in a promise to mail me a refund check within 30 days. It's now December 21, and I haven't received the money. I urge Green Dot to fulfill their commitment promptly, or I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. I possess a receipt as evidence of the deposit, and I am prepared to take this matter further to ensure a resolution.

I, Cynthia Adams, have a Turbo Green Dot card. On November 23, I transferred $[redacted] to my husband, Geoffrey Lambert's Walmart Money Card. The money was successfully received and is still on his card. Unfortunately, Green Dot has blocked and canceled his card. I have been trying for four weeks to get the funds back on my Turbo card. Despite numerous calls, my issue remains unresolved. I have been placed on hold and told to file a dispute 10 days ago, and the problem persists. Christmas is only four days away, and my funds are inexplicably on hold. This situation has affected my son's Christmas as Green Dot has not provided a reason for the block, even after sending identity verification. I urgently need assistance with this matter.

Last night, someone fraudulently charged my card for T-Mobile-related items worth $[redacted].95. I later realized it was a scam involving additional charges of $[redacted], $[redacted], and $[redacted]. They have since removed the charges, but I am concerned and unsure how to recover the funds taken. I did not authorize these transactions and am seeking help to reclaim the money lost in this fraudulent scheme connected to T-Mobile.

I recently had $13 stolen from my card, and Greedot customer service has blocked my card despite my clear instructions not to freeze my account. I need access to my remaining funds, especially right before Christmas. Unfortunately, I am unable to view my account to verify the transactions, which raises doubts about their integrity. Even with a blocked card, I should still be able to see my bank statement. Moreover, charging the $7.95 monthly fee twice a month is unacceptable. This has been my worst experience with a card so far.

Hello, my name is Jeffrey H. I made a mistake by giving my Greendot card information, including both sides and two security codes, to someone I don't know. I suspect they activated the card. I am trying to contact Green Dot Bank regarding missing funds transferred from my Apple Cash to Cash App on December 3, [redacted]. The transfer of $[redacted] never reached my account. I have a VROL number: [redacted] and have been informed that Green Dot is the only institution that can assist with this issue. I have transaction IDs and screenshots to provide further details if needed. Green Dot, supposedly Apple's card issuer, should be able to locate the funds. I urgently need this money as it has been missing for over a year. I hope Apple can resolve this and assist in reimbursing the missing amount. I loaded $[redacted] onto a MoneyPak to transfer to a card. To do so, I needed to create an account. When I reached the third step to enter my information, like my address and SSN, I received an error message saying they couldn't process my request at the time. I tried calling the card's number for help, but couldn't find a solution in their menu or by speaking to a representative. I really need the $[redacted] on my card soon. It's frustrating that the money is stuck in limbo. I'm unsure of what to do next.

I recently purchased three MoneyPak cards a week ago, and they loaded onto my cards without any issues. Today, I bought four more MoneyPak cards for $[redacted] each, totaling two thousand dollars.
