In February [redacted], I submitted a claim for the unauthorized use of my debit card totaling $[redacted]. The transactions included $[redacted], $[redacted], and another $[redacted]. The claim numbers are [redacted]62 and [redacted]00. It appears the refund may have mistakenly been sent to a different Visa card ending in [redacted] instead of mine. I am unsure of the term "completed" in this context. I am yet to receive the refund and need assistance in redirecting it to my correct MasterCard ending in [redacted], with an expiration date of 06/26 and CVC number [redacted]. I came across a game on the Google Play store called Cosmic Tree by Thunder Games, which appears to be run by North Koreans. This game promised me a $1,[redacted] prize but instead took money from my bank account without delivering anything. This is a clear scam that needs to be taken down immediately. I want to raise awareness about this issue and urge for strict actions to be taken against such fraudulent activities. If this game is not removed, I will escalate this matter to the authorities. It is crucial to address scams like this and prevent them from happening in our society. We need to stand up against those who try to deceive us and protect our rights. My husband's Gmail, Google, Facebook, and Instagram accounts have been hacked and locked. The hacker changed the phone number associated with the accounts, leaving us unable to access or close them. It's frustrating and concerning, especially since important emails like Social Security information are involved. This is the second time this year we've been hacked. We need better security measures to prevent such violations of privacy. It's alarming how easily technology can be used for identity theft, especially impacting those on low incomes, seniors, and people with disabilities. We hope for a solution to restore our lives and protect our credit. As for providing another email for communication, it's challenging as most require a phone number, which the hacker now controls. Would using a flip phone for code access work? We're hopeful for a resolution without further intrusion.

I have been struggling for two weeks to regain access to my primary email address: [redacted] I faced this issue because my iPhone got locked even after entering the correct passcode, leading me to initiate a full restoration at the Apple store where I unfortunately lost my notes containing passwords. I am extremely unhappy with Google. I've spent the last hour and a half trying to prevent charges on my husband's credit card. Check the chat logs – last month and this month, there were $[redacted] charges. Last month's charge led him to cancel his card, and now the same charges are appearing on his new card. The assistance offered required payment with his card, which doesn't make sense. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a customer service representative. Last month, Chase Bank rejected the charges, and they will likely do the same tomorrow when he goes to Monroe. Since Google hasn't shown concern, I will have to contact the Louisiana Attorney General's fraud division. I want to make it clear that nobody else is authorized to use his card for buying Google points or anything else. All charges will be declined and reported.

The listing for Paul Baldassini Fine Art displays incorrect phone and address details from a gallery I no longer have any affiliation with. I urgently need this information corrected or the entire listing removed to update my verified profile and make it publicly accessible for editing. Currently, my website is only accessible if the URL is directly entered. Searching for "Paul Baldassini," "Baldassini artist," or "Baldassini Fine Art" yields results with my correct name but the former gallery's address and phone number. My profile status indicates "processing," but it has remained unchanged for a considerable period. From my research, it seems I am unable to change it myself and prefer not to create a new account due to the rewards and attachments tied to my current one. I'm experiencing issues signing into my [redacted] account on my Kindle Fire. Despite using the same device I signed up with and inputting the correct password, I keep encountering a continuous loop with the verification process. The prompt to verify doesn't seem to recognize my actions, making it impossible to access my account. It appears there may be an obstacle within Google causing this hassle, as the verification process seems intentionally misleading. The constant request to swipe yes but the subsequent failure to grant access creates frustration. Having to repeatedly hit resend exacerbates the problem, indicating a flaw in the system. I am currently trying to access my Google account on a new phone as my old device is broken and I urgently need to set up my new phone. The account is requesting verification by sending a notification to my old broken phone, which I am unable to retrieve. I have another phone available to receive the verification code; however, I seem to have forgotten the pin for it. This situation is preventing me from accessing my Google account despite knowing the correct password. I am in dire need of assistance as I require my new phone for work tomorrow and currently have no access to anything on my device. Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue with my Vodafone service. They have restricted my phone access due to unfamiliar Google charges labeled as Google [redacted] and Google [redacted] appearing on my bill for the past two months. Despite Vodafone adjusting the bill by €[redacted], I am still supposed to pay €[redacted], which is substantially more than my usual €35 monthly bill. The second time around, the bill exceeded €[redacted], and Vodafone refuses to adjust it further as they previously offered a discount. Consequently, my phone service has been disabled. I received two emails from Google during this time, one in Chinese which I couldn't understand, and another alerting me about a suspicious login attempt on my account, which I promptly addressed by changing my password. I recently received a message regarding changing passwords for several Gmail accounts my wife and I use. We managed to update our main account successfully, but we encountered issues accessing the other accounts. Despite trying account recovery, we were unsuccessful. I even contacted support regarding one of the accounts, only to be informed that it doesn't exist, even though I actively receive emails on it. These accounts are crucial for various purposes like gaming, browsing, work, and education, particularly for my online classes, which are of utmost importance. I recently bought a Google Pixel 2XL which was working well until recently. Suddenly, I am experiencing issues like not being able to send or receive photos, missing text messages (both incoming and outgoing), and having trouble receiving phone calls. When people call, they are either sent straight to voicemail or the phone rings 7 or 8 times before it rings on my end. I checked for system updates and found out it has been updated to Android 11, with a message saying that "regular updates have ended for this device." This being my first Google phone, I am surprised and disappointed that Google has decided to stop updating a device I paid for and was functioning perfectly. While I know a phone won't last forever, I believe that as long as it's working, I should be able to use it without any issues.

I have been threatened by Jeff and Jim Wilson, who I caught on camera near my building. I feel unsafe defending myself at night from individuals they may have connections with. I sought help from the authorities and security teams, as these individuals may be involved in hacking and criminal activities. I suspect their involvement in illegal actions related to Apple stock market manipulation. I believe they have used unauthorized transactions to harass and threaten me and my family. I urge for swift action to bring these individuals to justice for the safety of myself and others.

I am having trouble updating my phone number. I cannot recover my account via email and have been logged out on both my devices. I do not have the time to create a new account and may need to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for my losses. Google has also blocked my access to YouTube and all other paid services, including important documents. My new phone number registered on all transactions, including Google Pay, is [redacted]. Please unblock my email and allow me to create a new password as I forgot the one I set yesterday. I need to access my account quickly and cannot afford to spend days on this. Hello 👋🏻 I recently contacted someone via email to hack another person’s Snapchat account, not realizing they were a scammer. I mistakenly shared personal information with them. Now, the scammer is demanding more money, threatening to inform the Snapchat account owner of my actions. I doubt the scammer can actually send a text message, but they do have access to the account's username and could potentially contact the owner. I am considering reaching out to Google support to delete the emails exchanged and report the scammer. I deeply regret my actions and hope to resolve this situation.

Hello, I'm Balta Mihai, an IT specialist at Liceul Teoretic ”Ion Creanga” Tulcea. Recently, we encountered issues with our school website after our web hosting provider moved our domain to a different server. Although we had Google Classroom integrated with Eddu apps previously, the site stopped working after the transfer. I had to switch the DNS settings to those provided by the web hosting service to resolve the problem. I am experiencing difficulties signing into my Google account. I have two accounts, and the one I typically use, [redacted], is not allowing me to access it. I believe that Google may have deleted it or implemented a restriction that is preventing me from logging in. Despite attempting the password I have for this account and trying to reset it by selecting "forgot my password," the one-time code is being sent to the account I am having trouble with. This is problematic as the inaccessible account is linked to my emails. Furthermore, I am unable to receive the one-time code via the phone number listed on the account as it is outdated, and I cannot update it as I cannot log in. As the Google Workspace account admin, I recently canceled all subscriptions with a remaining credit that was supposed to be refunded automatically upon cancellation. However, as of 5/2/[redacted], the balance remains untouched. Following the support documentation, I attempted to request a refund by logging into the admin console, but the "contact support" option was nowhere to be found in the dropdown menu under the "?". I am continuously redirected to an unhelpful article despite my efforts to follow the instructions correctly. This issue has left me frustrated to the point of exasperation.

I initiated a Google Takeout transfer on April 9, [redacted], transferring data from my IU email to my new Gmail account. The transfer included all 37 options, specifically my Google Photos. I received an email from Google Migration on April 10, stating the transfer was completed. Although, upon checking, I noticed that my Google Photos were missing from the new email. Can someone assist me in tracking the transfer progress and locating my missing data? Any help would be appreciated.
