Ik kan de startpagina van Google Chrome niet instellen op mijn Samsung telefoon. Ongeacht wat ik probeer, blijft hij opengaan met samsung.com in plaats van google.nl. Ik heb alle standaardoplossingen geprobeerd: cache geleegd, cookies en geschiedenis gewist, app verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd, software bijgewerkt, telefoon meerdere keren opnieuw opgestart, en meer. Zelfs de Helpdesk van Samsung kon het probleem niet oplossen en raadde aan om contact op te nemen met de app-maker.

I am having difficulties with my email account, [redacted] Yesterday, when I tried to access it, I had to set up a domain through luallinservices.com to reach my emails. Initially, the domain was free for 10 days, but now they are asking for $29 per month to maintain it. Unfortunately, I am unable to send or receive emails through [redacted] directly anymore. This new setup has complicated things, and I believe canceling this domain may solve the issue. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

While using my phone, I tried to access data on an app when I was prompted to log in using my Google account. I agreed, and then I was asked to change my password to a suggested strong one, which I unintentionally accepted. Now, I don't know the new password, and I have been logged out from all my devices. I am unable to recover my account and I urgently need access to my Gmail. Even after receiving a verification code to my phone number, I still haven't received a link to reset my password.

After updating my iPhone 5 with the latest iOS version a few weeks ago, my phone contacts were somehow transferred to a Google account that wasn't mine. Now, I can't see any contacts on my phone unless I access the Google account, which I only used for email. I want to remove the numbers from the Google account and have them back in my Apple iPhone contacts. I didn't make these changes myself. How can I fix this and get my contacts back where they belong?

After clearing my cache, I lost access to one of my Google accounts. Despite having all the necessary information and trying different passwords, the recovery process is unsuccessful as it cannot verify my ownership. Strangely, it claims the account does not exist, yet when attempting to sign up with the same email, it says it's already in use. I'm puzzled by this contradiction. This account holds important work I've invested significant time in, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, Google's support seems limited to FAQs with no option to speak to a real person.

I am unable to access my previous Gmail account, [redacted], due to a forgotten password. Despite creating a new account, [redacted], I face challenges receiving verification codes and resetting my password. I suspect the reset links are being sent to my inaccessible old account. I am experiencing trouble receiving emails on both the Gmail app online and my Apple Mail app. There are no emails in the trash, junk mail, or all mail folders, and nothing is being forwarded to alternate emails. I have been informed by Chase Bank that emails I should receive have been bounced back due to issues with my Gmail account. This problem has persisted since Wednesday.

I am attempting to access my secondary account using the email [redacted] I have forgotten the password, so I utilized the Forgot Password link. After entering my phone number and the verification code sent to me, I encountered an issue. The next step requires me to confirm the email account by clicking on a link sent to the same email address. I am unable to access this step as I am locked out of my email account. I propose that the verification process be solely based on the text message I received. Alternatively, I suggest using my primary account [redacted] for verification, as it should be linked as the backup email. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I'm Dwayne Hagler. I'm having trouble accessing my email account, dwayne.taylor161[at]gmail.com, because my phone was stolen and I can no longer access my Chromebook where I was logged in. Although I have the password, the 2-step verification is not allowing me to sign in as my Chromebook is no longer recognized as a trusted device. The recovery codes are being sent to the same email, but none of my previous devices are considered trusted anymore.

I updated my primary email password before changing my phone number, which led to an issue when trying to verify my identity. The verification codes are being sent to my old number instead of my new one, causing me to be unable to access my email, which is my main form of contact. Despite trying to use my backup email for verification, the system still requires text verification to my old number, which I no longer have access to since updating my contact information.

I canceled my YouTube subscription about 7 months ago, but I'm still being charged for YouTube TV. Even after speaking with Google support online and verifying that there's no account in my name, the monthly fees continue. I plan to have my bank block YouTube TV from withdrawing funds. This issue must be resolved promptly. Please address this matter urgently. Thank you.

Dear Google team, I recently lost my phone where I was last signed in and have also forgotten my password. Unfortunately, the password reset notification is being sent to my lost phone, which I am unable to access. This has left me unable to log in and change my password. Recently, I discovered my girlfriend in bed with her husband, prompting me to leave her. Surprisingly, she reacted angrily and maliciously, accessing and changing the passwords for my Facebook, email, Google Play Store, and YouTube accounts, along with altering the recovery phone number to hers. The original phone number for account recovery was [redacted], she updated it to [redacted]. Her relentless harassment even led me to change my phone number to [redacted]. To resolve this issue, I had to establish a new email address as well. I kindly request a call from a customer service representative to address this matter, reachable at [redacted]. For some time now, my account has been compromised. I have two recovery numbers, but the recovery email is set to mail.com instead of gmail.com. This is a significant problem for me as I have experienced phone losses due to intruders accessing my Android. Dealing with Messenger issues caused by these intruders is truly troubling. I recently changed my password after someone hacked into my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the new password, but I keep receiving messages from Facebook with codes to reset it. However, these codes aren't working when I try to access my email. Yesterday morning, on December 3rd at 9:15 am, I noticed that $59.08 was missing from my Cash App account. Upon investigating, I found it was a pending transaction attributed to Google, although I did not make any $60 transactions with Google. I was advised to contact the merchant while the transaction is still pending to address the issue. I reached out to Cash App customer support, and they recommended contacting "pp Google yakuto," but I am unsure who or what that is. I am trying to locate the appropriate contact to address this transaction. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I believe my Google account has been compromised. When trying to log in, it prompts me to verify as the password was changed 9 hours ago, which I did not do. My email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] I can be reached at [redacted]. My name is Angelo Poulos. Verification attempts do not recognize my name. When I use my phone number, it says the verification code is being sent to an email address that is not associated with me.

My email, [redacted], was hacked, along with my phone and work card. The hackers even attempted to access my social security card. I stored a lot of their information in my photos and took screenshots of it. They removed all my information from my account, took control of my phone and email, preventing me from recovering them successfully. Despite now having a new phone, number, and email, I am encountering obstacles when trying to comment on YouTube channels I follow. Unfortunately, all my photos were taken from me, including the precious ones of my late parents. It is frustrating that Google's security measures were not strong enough to prevent this from happening.
