Hello, I'm Jamie Barnes, and I need assistance with recovering my email address, [redacted], which I've had since [redacted]. I recently changed my password and cannot recall it. I haven't updated my phone number, which used to be [redacted] and later changed to [redacted] due to switching from Cricket to Assurance Wireless. My only account verification steps are linked to these numbers. I had to reset my phone to remove a mobile tracker my ex installed. I have four accounts that I've used over the years: my personal everyday account, a professional account for government and financial matters, and two small business accounts. Recently, I was hacked, so I increased security on all four accounts by setting up a verification chain using Google accounts. Each account would verify the next one in the chain. However, my phone broke, and I can't complete the verification process. When I request a verification email, it goes to the same email I'm trying to recover, which is frustrating. I've tried all available avenues for help, including support sites and phone numbers, but to no avail. I know all the necessary information, but I can't access my accounts, affecting my social media, banking, businesses, and health insurance. I've been struggling to resolve this with Google for two months now.

Someone is maliciously using my Google account, which she locked me out of. She accuses me of cheating on her with dating sites and is spreading false information about me to friends and coworkers. She has even gone as far as creating a restraining order, making it impossible to access my account or get any help. I want the account deactivated to stop the attacks on my reputation. This situation is damaging my character, and I am considering legal action for defamation.

I am facing a troubling situation involving an individual who was placed in my email account by a Google Play employee. This person has taken advantage of my identity, causing me serious harm such as being implicated in illegal activities and even issuing death threats. Unfortunately, this has been ongoing since October [redacted], with assistance from YouTube. This all began back in [redacted], and the situation escalated rapidly. I have also noticed unauthorized access to my social security bank account, IP address, and even bought items using my information. This has left me stressed and violated, especially as someone who relies solely on social security at 71 years old. Someone I allowed to stay in my home has gained unauthorized access to my Gmail accounts. They have manipulated the accounts using a switch and linked a PayPal card to one of them. The individual has taken control of my main account for two years, and I am now seeking the 8-digit code to regain access. Hello, I would like assistance from Google regarding an unusual situation I am facing. I created my first Google account when I was around 10 years old. Over time, I used this account for various logins on different platforms like Facebook and PlayStation Network. Unfortunately, this account got banned for reasons I never investigated due to my young age and lack of interest. Since then, I have used many other Gmail accounts, but the first account is still linked to my Facebook and PSN. I am hoping to regain access to this original account, even though the data may no longer be there. When I attempt to reset the password using "forgot my password," it indicates that the account does not exist. If I try to create a new account with the same email address, it tells me it cannot be done. I understand this is a complex situation, but I'm hoping for assistance or guidance on how to proceed. Hello, A few months ago, I downloaded an app, Robokiller, to reduce the number of Spam calls I was receiving. At first, it worked well, but soon it started blocking all calls from numbers not listed in my contacts, causing me to miss important calls. I then uninstalled the app but was informed that I would still be charged $39.95 per month despite not using it anymore. My Gmail account has been compromised. I noticed I was logged out and when I tried to log back in, it said the password was changed 20 hours ago. I tried the "Forgot Password" option, but it required a passcode from Google Authenticator, which I never set up. It seems like the hacker enabled 2FA to prevent me from recovering my account. Even my recovery email is linked to the same compromised account. I am unable to reach Google's Customer Support for assistance and the forums haven't been useful. I urgently need access to my account as it contains important files that are irreplaceable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My phone was stolen, and the password to my Google account was changed, so I can't access my email. I need help accessing it. Hello Support, I am experiencing issues with resetting my password for my Gmail account. When I try to reset it online using the phone number linked to the account, I receive a verification code via SMS. After entering the code, I encounter a captcha and then a code is sent to an email address without a dot, which is not my correct address that has a dot in it. In previous password reset situations, I was able to enter a new password directly, but now I am stuck in a loop with codes being sent to the wrong email address. Even if the code was sent to the correct address, I wouldn't be able to login as I haven't changed the password yet. It's also puzzling that the other account with the wrong address has my phone number linked to it. I have tried all online options without success. Recently, Google has started displaying "trending searches" in my search bar without my consent, and I find it frustrating. I prefer having my own frequent searches listed as they were just a few days ago. The lack of an option to delete or turn off these suggested searches is aggravating. When attempting to find a solution on the website by accessing Settings and Sync and Google Services, the recommended steps like accessing "Menu" or "Control how your browsing history is used" are not available on my list of options. I attempted to contact their 24-hour support phone number but received a message stating it is currently out of service. I am seeking a clear and simple resolution to this issue to alleviate my frustration.

Chrome suddenly crashed with an error about data being unavailable. Despite multiple troubleshooting attempts including uninstalling, reinstalling, and following various online guides, the issue persisted. I tried clearing browsing history and cache, but consistently encountered the "Aw Snap" message. Norton and other security programs kept crashing even after reinstalling Chrome. Thankfully, I had Firefox as a backup browser which is functioning perfectly. I suspect there may be a virus affecting Chrome users. It's concerning as I have relied on Chrome for years and prefer having a backup browser like Firefox. I ensured my Windows 10 updates were current as well.

This situation has been hindering my job search since APRIL [redacted]. It continues to pop up on my Gmail account without reason! I request the removal of this person's access to my IP address so I can resume a normal life. If this individual doesn't want specific individuals accessing the employment site, they shouldn't promote it for public access or use my IP address at their discretion. Please investigate this matter as I will persist in contacting you until it is resolved. Additionally, someone keeps claiming that my email address is nonexistent. Hello Google Support Team, Today after resetting my phone, I am unable to log in to my Gmail account as I have forgotten my password and I can't type the code sent for the second step verification on my mobile. The mobile I was using for my Gmail ID is reset, which is causing this issue. Another reason is that the recovery email ID I had set up for my Gmail account was also logged in on this phone, and I have forgotten the password for that ID too. Due to forgetting the passwords for both IDs, I am unable to recover any of my emails. This means that both IDs were added to each other in the recovery options, and since I have forgotten both passwords, I can't access any of the IDs. Please kindly help me solve this issue.
