I use a Microsoft-based computer system. I prefer Microsoft as my homepage for several reasons. However, whenever I try to access my Gmail account, I am constantly prompted to join Google Chrome. I wish to stick with Microsoft and not switch. Despite selecting "NOT NOW" or ignoring the message, I encounter a "NOT RESPONDING" error when trying to open my emails, drafts, or other folders in Gmail. I feel frustrated by the persistent promotion of Google Chrome and the hindrance from accessing my Gmail account smoothly. I seek clarification on why I am pressured to join Google Chrome and facing difficulties in using my Gmail account. If joining Google Chrome is mandatory, please let me know, as I am willing to switch to a Yahoo account to avoid these issues.

I have been dealing with harassment from someone for the past year and a half that began in November [redacted] despite the ongoing pandemic. Unfortunately, no one has been able to assist us in resolving the fraudulent accounts that have been opened in our names. These accounts are being used to perpetrate hate crimes against us on a daily basis. We possess a police report detailing the situation. My partner, Paula Rowe, and I, Veronica Ascencio, who are both 50 years old, urgently require your help to cease this harassment. The culprits have taken over our accounts without our consent, engaging in various illegal activities, including opening a business using falsified documents. There was an error on my phone bill this month causing it to go up to $[redacted] from $40. I've been trying to reach someone in the United States to assist me with this issue. I've faced hardships like losing my home and family, and this bill increase adds to my struggles. I can't afford this sudden spike. My bill was consistent since switching to Google for services that I rely on. I urge for understanding as I'm currently unemployed with three children and unable to make ends meet. I desperately need to talk to someone with the power to rectify this situation. It's a critical time for us, and I seek assistance before taking further actions.

I am dealing with a relentless harasser who has been tampering with my phone for over two years. Despite reporting this to various websites, the situation persists. This individual falsely claims I am a minor, which I am not, and continuously interferes with my activities on my phone. They are committing identity theft and fraud, accessing systems using programs like LogMeIn to tamper with my information. I desperately need help to stop this harassment as I can't even enjoy a game or search for information without their interference. This has been ongoing for far too long, and I am exhausted by the constant violations of my privacy and peace of mind.

I need help with accessing my Gmail account. I have been using this account for many years, but recently, I have been unable to log in. It seems to be a password issue, and I have tried to reset my password since the old one is not working. However, there are too many restrictions hindering me from making the changes. The system requires a previous password that I can't recall having. Additionally, I am being prompted to answer security questions that I set up a long time ago and can't remember the answers to. I attempted some possible answers, but they were unsuccessful. Furthermore, the system is asking for a recovery email, and I am unsure what that is or if I ever set one up. Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, my medical practice recently closed. Our G-Suite account, which stored crucial information for all employees, got "suspended" possibly due to an outstanding balance caused by our closed bank account. This has hindered us from accessing essential data on Google Drive as well as emails. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue by paying the owed amount, I have been unsuccessful in reactivating the account. It seems there is no solution available online, apart from contacting the plan administrator, who happens to be me. However, I don't have the necessary details to address this matter independently.

I am attempting to regain access to my Gmail account as I have forgotten the password. I did not set up a recovery email or phone number as this was meant to be a secondary account. Unfortunately, my phone is now broken, so I am unable to verify the account recovery notifications I am supposed to receive. I am solely trying to recover it using my laptop. I've had my Google account [redacted] for over 10 years. I changed the password and can't remember what I changed it to. I've tried all the recovery steps, regaining access, and troubleshooting tips. I remember that I once had to send Google a picture of my ID to regain access. I'm willing to do that again, even provide my social security card, to retrieve the account. I'm desperate to access it as it holds all my kids' baby pictures. This account is essential to me for storing those precious memories. If I can't get back into it, using Google would be pointless to me. I hope I can recover access to it soon.

I have not yet received a refund for a wrongful subscription that my daughter accidentally upgraded to premium on my Flo app on June 4, [redacted]. I received a text message [redacted] saying "G-[redacted] is your Google verification code," which I did not request. I closed my Google and Gmail accounts yesterday, Friday, July 2, [redacted], due to a strange lightning-like line moving across my screen. I deactivated my Facebook account, and although I was told to check my support inbox, there was nothing there. I suspect it may be related to a photo, possibly sent accidentally due to my Parkinson's tremors. I created new Google and Gmail accounts today, but the issue persists. I encountered a hack on my Instagram account while unfollowing users. Despite receiving a notification prompting me to change my password, none of my previous password attempts were successful, and the associated email ([redacted]) seemed unrecognizable. As I attempted to sign in using my username (stemacademia.prep), an unfamiliar email "[redacted]" appeared, causing further confusion. Although I informed Instagram of the situation and provided the original email [redacted], which is no longer active due to organizational changes, they require verification from the initial email used to register the account. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the deleted email ([redacted]) suggested by Instagram, and I do not know how to proceed with verification. I have evidence of ownership, such as saved posts and a related YouTube channel, but Instagram insists on email verification to address the issue.

I recently had my phone stolen and now that I have a new one, I'm encountering issues logging into my Google account. Despite having the correct email and password, I'm unable to proceed past the 2-step verification. I no longer have my old device or access to the phone number associated with it. Regrettably, the second phone number listed is my Google Voice number, which is not helpful in this situation. After inputting my recovery email and following the steps to get the code sent to it, I end up back at the original email sign-in and the 2-step verification loop. Hello, I am VAMSHI from Hyderabad. Two days ago, on 2-6-[redacted], I received an update on my Realme 6 phone. After updating, it went into recovery mode, and I had to factory reset my device. Unfortunately, the device had my Google account and email logged in, and now I have forgotten the password. I've encountered an issue where I see another message flash across my screen when I try to access my Google or Gmail account, making it seem like someone is trying to intercept my messages. Last week, I was warned about possible restrictions for not following community guidelines, but found nothing in my support box. Additionally, I recently experienced strange behavior with a photo adjustment app where a picture disappeared when I clicked on it. I've uninstalled the app but cannot recall its name. When trying to enter my password in my Google account, a pop-up freezes my screen, hindering me from proceeding.
