Hello, I am facing a serious issue and have a question. I accidentally locked myself out of my main account [redacted], which has 2-step verification that sends a code to my phone. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that phone. The verification code is being sent to my email [redacted], but I am unable to access it. Is it possible to send the verification code to my alternate email, [redacted]? I believe this would help verify that I am the account owner. Thank you, Luc De Graef

I received a notice from Google stating that suddenly I am considered underage and am being asked to prove my age with a driver's license or credit card. This is causing some issues for me. This is a notification regarding the account [redacted] The recovery email for this account is [redacted] If you don't recognize this account, please disconnect it. I received an email informing me that my Google Account, [redacted], has been disabled for supposedly providing an underage birthdate. If this is incorrect, there is a grace period to correct it before the account is deleted. For more information on how to recover your account, please click the link provided. I'm having trouble accessing my Google My Business account. When I try to reset my password using my email address [redacted], I receive a message saying that Google does not recognize my account. It's frustrating because that's precisely why I'm trying to reset my password. I manage A Classic Touch Spa Center LLC in Portland, Texas, and I have used GMB to promote my business. I need help accessing my old Google/Gmail account after I switched phones. I've had the account since [redacted], and my Facebook account reflects this information. I have the account details and passwords in my old phone but got stuck when trying to access it via the new phone. There seems to be a glitch with recovery codes being sent to the wrong email address. I have proof of ownership but no one to assist me, which is frustrating. I cannot access my second Facebook profile tied to the email address [redacted] I managed to access it from another device, but now I'm struggling to regain access. I've been dealing with this issue for months and need help to resolve it.

Hello, my name is Wendall. I'm having trouble accessing my Samsung Galaxy A11 phone because I forgot the password. I previously set up the "Find My Phone" feature through Google. I would appreciate it if Google could help me reset my phone. While I don't remember the password for my email, [redacted], I'm mainly focused on resetting the phone or the email password. I've noticed there are no security questions to reset whardino or an option to use an alternate email. Thank you.

I'm having trouble with Google Maps. I mistakenly added a friend's home as a joke, but now it's listed on the app. I've been attempting to remove it for more than a week, but I haven't had success. I used the "Suggest an edit" feature and reported the problem twice. Each time it says "in review." Can someone assist me with this issue?

I received a notification about suspicious activity on my Google account. When trying to log in with my email, password, and recovery email, I keep getting looped back to entering my email and password and verifying my account. It asks for an 8-digit number after verifying my email and recovery email with a code, which I don't have. I waited 48 hours for a password reset notification but haven't received anything yet. I don't believe my account was hacked, but maybe the suspicious activity was due to me being out of town. I'm frustrated that the process to access my account involves so many steps and after 2 days, I still don't have access.

Many years ago, I had an email account under the name [redacted], which was deleted or disabled because I was underage for a Gmail account. Now at 19, I'm hoping to recover it as it was linked to my personal Skype, PSN/PlayStation account, and many other valuable memories. I can provide my old phone number associated with the account as proof, and I still remember the password used for the email. When attempting to sign in, it says the Gmail doesn't exist, but if I try to create a new email with the same address, it indicates that the Gmail already exists. I tried this in hopes of recovering the password without success. Can anyone assist me with this issue? I am willing to provide any necessary proof.

I am encountering issues when trying to sign in to my lesser-used accounts meant for literary blogging and teaching. The message I keep receiving states, "it looks like someone else might be trying to access your Google account. For your protection, you can't sign in right now. Try again later or sign in from a different device." Although I input the correct username and password, I am still unable to access my account. I have followed the recommended advice to wait for 7 days but to no avail. I recently purchased a new laptop but am unable to sign in to my accounts due to Google's security measures. I am frustrated with Google's actions and need assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, I recently purchased a new laptop, and Google is not allowing me to sign in to some of my less frequently used accounts, such as those used for blogging, creative writing, and teaching. I keep receiving a message saying, "It looks like someone else might be trying to access your Google account. For your protection, you can’t sign in right now. Try again later or sign in from a different device." Even though I am entering the correct username and password, I am unable to sign in. I have waited for the recommended 7 days, but still no success. Please assist me in regaining access to my account. Google's account recovery process seems overly complicated and frustrating. I have recently reset my Motorola G4 Plus phone and set up a new account for my mom without adding a phone number. After encountering issues with the fingerprint and screen lock, I performed a factory reset. Unfortunately, I now have a Google lock on the device and cannot access it. My contact number at the time might have been [redacted] 83 83 56 or [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], with recovery emails at [redacted] or [redacted] My birthdate is 21/09/[redacted]. You can verify these details on the NZ Companies Office website where my company, Crowned Infinity Limited T/A Chemist Espresso Lab, is registered at 23 Whiteley Street, Moturoa, New Plymouth. Sadly, my iPhone SE was taken earlier this year, and unauthorized changes were made to my email accounts. Despite recovering others, I have been unable to retrieve access to [redacted] The recovery phone number listed is [redacted] [redacted], and the recovery email is [redacted], both associated with Lorin Campball also known as Sophie Canter or Gigi Loaf. Assistance in recovering my email would be greatly appreciated as my attempts have been fruitless.

I am trying to access my old Gmail account where I have important pictures of my deceased sister and family. I no longer have access to my old phone number or device. The last two passwords I remember are "jokoab12," "johnnyabbey888," and "motleycrue83." I used the names April Johnson, April Hill, or April Johnson-Hill as I am widowed. The account was set up around [redacted] when I was in Panama City. I can provide a picture for verification. I have been struggling to regain access for a while now. The photos I need are of my late sister, mother, and from Firekeepers Casino in Battle Creek, Michigan. There are also pictures of my sister in a wheelchair with blonde hair. Hi, I'm having trouble reaching my partner through email. Her email address is [redacted] She last received an email on May 24th and hasn't received any since, even from me. The delivery to her account keeps failing, showing an error message. I've tried multiple times, but it seems her email system is not responding. I was a victim of a hacking incident months ago. Since then, I've taken steps to rebuild my life, including changing phones, numbers, bank accounts, and getting a Post Office Box. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my [redacted] account, which I need in order to update business emails and tie up any loose ends before closing the account. I no longer have access to the backup phone number ending in [redacted]. In the past, I may have used [redacted] and [redacted] as backup emails, and there could be forwarded emails from those accounts. I have been having trouble signing into my email address, [redacted] Despite using the correct credentials, I am encountering suspicious sign-ins to the recovery email, [redacted] It seems that the issue may be related to an outdated phone number and signing in from old devices and familiar WiFi networks. Creating a new account is not an option since the current account is linked to important aspects of my life. Accessing this account is crucial for me.
