My infant son inadvertantly made over £1,[redacted] in unauthorized in-game/app purchases on my android phone. He is too young to grasp the concept of money and did not have permission to make these purchases. We realized this when our mobile bill showed the unexpected charges, as we don't even have any payment cards linked to the account. Despite attempting to get refunds from Google Play for each transaction, we have been unsuccessful. Trying to reach the developer directly has also been futile, with incorrect contact information or automated responses redirecting us back to Google Play. Our mobile provider suggested contacting Google, but I have been unable to find a valid email address. The phone number provided gives a Covid-related automated response and disconnects. This lack of support is frustrating and unacceptable.

I was a victim of fraud today. I bought a $[redacted] Google Play gift card on Amazon in response to a fraudulent request that seemed to be from my cousin. Please cancel this card and refund the money to Amazon. Amazon directed me to you for this cancellation. The charge on my AMEX credit card is still pending. I have been trying to reach Google Customer Support, but the automated message states that I have to wait for another hour and a half to speak with a live customer service representative. I created an email for certain purposes and linked a game account (Fortnite) to it. Unfortunately, when I tried to log in, I either entered the wrong password or forgot it. Google terminated my account because it couldn't verify my identity. Now, I can't recover the account because I don't remember the correct password. The game has two-factor authentication, so it sends a code that I need to verify, but I can't access it. I've invested a significant amount of money in this game, and losing access due to my Google account termination is distressing. When I try to reset the password, it loops back to the recovery process without any success. I'm hoping to have my account reinstated and the password reset.

I recently encountered an issue with Google Pay, the new Android app, when attempting to cancel a transaction immediately after its completion. The app no longer featured a cancellation option, prompting me to contact the call center for assistance. During my call, the representative named Arci #[redacted] initially claimed that my issue was escalated to the technology department and she couldn't cancel the transaction. She advised me to contact my bank the following day. When I pressed her about the necessity of a cancellation option as per regulations, she mentioned having good news after a 10-minute hold. She suddenly had the authority to cancel the transaction, contradicting her earlier statements. It was only after insisting on speaking with her manager, Mon, that proper assistance was provided. The experience highlighted a lack of clarity and efficiency in the Google Pay app and customer service. I await a follow-up call from the manager to address these discrepancies.

When attempting to update my Google account recently, I encountered two authentication methods before being prompted for a third method - receiving a text message with a code. This was challenging for me as a person with Parkinson's Disease, making it difficult to operate a cell phone, especially for texting. Many Google customers may face similar difficulties. It appears Google lacks consideration for individuals with disabilities by assuming their preferred method of communication. Unfortunately, contacting Google directly for assistance via phone is not an option. I am seeking an alternative way to access my account.

I believe this may not be a hacking issue, but a technical support concern about receiving spam emails from an external account, specifically '[redacted],' forwarded to my Gmail account 'aar**.ba******@Gmail.com.' I am continually receiving spam emails, some blatantly obvious and others more convincing, which is a cause for concern about my digital security. I have no affiliation with AOL, but I do have a Verizon Wireless plan, which is related to AOL through ownership. I am perplexed as to why these emails are not caught by Gmail's spam filters and automatically directed to the spam folder. Setting up a filter in my Gmail account seems like a solution, but I would appreciate insights from the Gmail team. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear all, I discovered that my Google account "[redacted]" was compromised by someone who gained access through a Google console, syncing my tablet and phone as admins on my account. Friends I lent my tablet to performed a hard reset, giving them access to all my accounts because they work on AdSense or Workspace. They convinced me to change my passwords under the guise of being hacked. They tricked me into accepting a password change under the pretense of a Google Accounts API page. The password they used was "Harrypotter246," which was also the password for her Google console. I have evidence of this. They altered my security details, leaving me locked out. My email, a 20-year-old account, seems irretrievable. I seek guidance on reclaiming it. I've involved authorities and cyber units. I've taken precautions by cancelling banking apps and other services. Attempts to recover my account have failed as they altered contact information. I lost access to my phone with the number ending in [redacted] which had my Google Photos app linked, after going for horseback riding. Despite reaching out for help for the past 7 months, I have not received any assistance or contact from your team. Reaching out to Google support multiple times has also not yielded any results. My only request is to retrieve my pictures from Google Photos, but the lack of help is frustrating. I've exhausted all troubleshooting options available and have yet to receive any meaningful support. It is disheartening as these photos hold sentimental value of family members who are no longer with me. I just need to verify my identity and regain access to my account. I hope someone at Google can assist me in resolving this issue.

I seem to have lost access to several important Gmail email accounts and files, including personal documents and photos. My accounts were compromised, and I believe someone has accessed sensitive information like bank details and personal photos. I used to rely on these accounts for everything, but after my phone was tampered with, I lost access to them. My name is Joann Husser, and my address is [redacted] Poplar Hill Dr., Cross, SC, [redacted]. I go by various names like Jo Ann K. Husser and Jo Husser. I want to establish myself as the rightful owner of [redacted] Poplar Hill Dr. in Cross, SC. Two individuals have claimed ownership of my property since [redacted], despite me owning it since [redacted]. Last year in August [redacted], they falsely claimed ownership and have misrepresented the property. They are using South Carolina squatter laws and have even falsely stated that the land was sold in [redacted]. They have taken over both driveways, installed their mailboxes, and removed mine. This commercial land has been coveted since my husband's passing in a car accident. This misappropriation has persisted for 20 years, and the situation involves influential parties beyond my control.

I need to update the email associated with my YouTube account on my Google Account. Most of my personal accounts are linked to an old Yahoo email, including my Google Account through Chrome. I'm most concerned about my YouTube account. I initially used my friend's new Gmail account for him, but now his email is stuck on my YouTube account, and I need to change it. I have my own Gmail account, [redacted], which I prefer to use. However, the site doesn't allow me to update the email linked to it. My YouTube account is currently connected to [redacted], which I'd like to keep as my login email. I want to switch the Google Account email associated with my YouTube to my Gmail to avoid notifications flooding my Yahoo account. I wanted to share my recent experience with Roblox Corporation on Google Play to warn others about an issue I encountered. On February 28, I received 8 emails confirming orders totaling $[redacted].90 that were made without my permission by a minor child. Despite my immediate requests to cancel the orders through their website, I was met with a response stating it was against company policy. As I was trying to cancel the orders, my bank contacted me regarding possible fraudulent activity, leading me to cancel my card. Shortly after my attempts to cancel, my grandson's Roblox account was terminated, rendering the purchased items unusable. However, on 03/01/[redacted], $[redacted].90 was still deducted from my account. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have not received any response. I am trying to recover my Google account, [redacted], which I have had for a while. I have tried a few passwords in the past such as Kay214Gus, poony214kay, star214city, kay214boo, boo612tavo, and cpena2727. I have several pictures stored in this account. I believe there is a Yahoo account linked to it named Star City remodel but I'm unsure due to incarceration for three years. I have linked Facebook, Tinder, Badoo, OfferUp, Messenger, 5 Mile, and other apps to this account. Some security questions involve childhood friends named Mike or blast, Dallas as my birth city, and my mother's maiden name as Zita or Zita Rodriguez. One security question was about the make/model of a favorite car being a Mustang Cobra. If there is any other information needed for verification, please inform me. Thank you.

Yesterday, when I logged in, I noticed that my two Google accounts were missing from my browser. I successfully recovered both and changed the passwords as instructed. I can now access them from home. However, when trying to log in to carmen52cfx.com from a friend's house, Google blocked the attempt and sent an email about a blocked sign-in. I appreciate the security measure, but I am frustrated not to be able to disable it. My father has been relying on Google Assistant on his Alcatel Go Flip 3 to make calls due to his vision impairment. Recently, the voice command calling feature suddenly stopped working. When he tries to call someone, a message saying, "Sorry, I can't make calls yet," is played. This issue is not only with his phone but also with my mother's identical phone. Despite multiple attempts by T-mobile to troubleshoot, including trying with a new phone, the problem persists. I have tried searching for solutions online, but most are geared towards Android phones, not his flip phone. I attempted to contact Google directly but stumbled upon GetHuman in my search for help.

Hello, As a teacher who has relied on Google Chrome for many years, I recently encountered an unexpected issue. Despite my efforts to set Chrome as my default search engine, I found that my searches were being redirected to Microsoft Bing. Even after removing Bing from my settings and restarting my Macbook Pro, the problem persisted. After contacting Apple Support, it was determined that this issue only occurred in Chrome, not in Safari. They suggested that if the problem continues after updating my operating system, I should reach out to Google as it appears to be a Chrome-specific problem. I am disappointed with the biometric security on my phone as I believed it would protect me from theft and unauthorized access. However, I recently learned that a simple hard reset can bypass this security feature, rendering it ineffective. It is frustrating that Google's customer service has not been helpful in resolving this issue. I experienced difficulty reaching a representative, and when I finally did, they were unable to assist me properly. As a result, I am unable to access my emails, leaving me feeling upset and dissatisfied. I am considering switching to a different email provider as I feel let down by Google's security measures.

I am having trouble logging into my Gmail account because I forgot the password. Additionally, my S7 Edge phone stopped working, and I now have a new mobile number with the same area code ([redacted]) but a different service provider.
