My Gmail account has been compromised. The hacker changed my password, recovery email, and phone number. They also attempted to access my PayPal account, but I managed to regain control after contacting PayPal. I filed an identity theft report but haven't received a response yet. I have the phone number of the person behind this and found a name, Stacey Fuentes, in my PayPal account that I don't recognize. The address added to my PayPal was South Gulph Blvd. in North Carolina. I'm concerned as my Gmail account contains sensitive financial information. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My name is Denise Finklea, and my email is [redacted] My phone was stolen by my abusive ex-husband, who changed my password, and he might be monitoring my emails. I recently discovered I could contact Google for help. The last password I remember is "Goaldigger1!," which is a year old. Due to a heat stroke causing memory loss, I can't recall my most recent password. I can't access that phone due to the domestic violence. A possible newer password could be "Inspire1!" or "Inspire 1." My date of birth is 2/13/[redacted]. I've created a new Gmail account, [redacted], but I need to retrieve my contacts, old emails, resume, and important documents. My old phone number is [redacted] (stolen), and my new number is [redacted]. Please contact me via email, call, or text to assist with resetting my password. I can provide my ID for verification, which matches my auto-signature. You have my consent to access my email messages and settings. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Denise Finklea

Hello, my name is Oluwabukayomi Adeleke, a student from Nigeria. I recently created my Google email account ([redacted]) and ensured my phone number was verified during the process (+[redacted][redacted]). However, when trying to access my account later to download a document from my school, I received messages indicating unusual activity and the need for phone number verification. Despite entering my verified number, I faced issues as the system stated "This phone number cannot be used for verification." I attempted to use alternative numbers with no success. I am kindly requesting assistance in promptly resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Oluwabukayomi Adeleke, a student from Nigeria. Yesterday, I created my Google email account, [redacted], and verified my phone number, +[redacted][redacted]. When I tried to log in a few hours later to access a document from my school, I received a message about unusual activity on my account and to provide a phone number for verification. However, when I entered my phone number, I was informed that it could not be used for verification. Despite trying other numbers, I have not been successful. I am unsure if my account was hacked or if this is an error. I respectfully request assistance in resolving this issue promptly so I can access my documents. Thank you.

My Gmail account, [redacted], was hacked 23 hours ago, and the password was changed. This has locked me out of all my accounts where I used Google Key to save passwords. I am a 17-year-old student in the midst of college applications and now I can't access anything since the account was deleted from my devices. The recovery process is asking me for my old password, which I don't know, and I never set up 2FA, so that's not an option. Google claims they cannot verify it's my account, so I am stuck and need help to regain access.

I need assistance as someone has hacked into my email accounts. They are sending me obscene material and claiming I am sending them photos, which I do not do. All my accounts on my computer are private and for business purposes only. When I tried to unsubscribe, I mistakenly received the email from an address in the UK, which then linked to another email address in a different language. It seems that someone is reading my emails and sending inappropriate responses. I've had two cell phones stolen in the past year, and these emails started after that. I am unable to block them. No one will return my calls for help. Here are the email addresses I use: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]

Hello, I am unable to access my email account, [redacted], as I have forgotten the password. I attempted to reset the password by having the code sent to my safety email, [redacted], after which a link was provided for password reset. Unfortunately, due to being on holiday, the link expired before I could use it. Now, I am trying to repeat the process but cannot find the option to use the safety email. As I no longer have access to the old telephone number for the phone code option, I am seeking assistance in accessing my [redacted] account through the safety email. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Tom

My account "[redacted]" was compromised approximately 10 months ago. I have attempted multiple times to recover it but the hacker altered the password, phone number, and recovery email associated with it. Consequently, I consistently reach the "not enough information" page. I can recall the original password and phone number before they were changed. While uncertain about the recovery email, I typically use a few specific ones, and it could be one of those. Should this information suffice to verify my identity and ownership of the account, kindly instruct me on the appropriate steps and contact person. I prefer not to share this sensitive data in this message unless assured of its safety and confidentiality to prevent another hacking incident. I will await your response, regardless of the outcome. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I am struggling to manage my overflowing inbox with thousands of unread promotional emails mixed in with important ones. I am looking for a way to separate these emails without creating a separate account. I want to only see emails from real people in my main inbox and have promotional emails go directly to a secondary inbox that I can choose to review later. Despite turning on the promotional mailbox feature in Gmail, these emails still end up in my primary inbox. I'm not tech-savvy and need detailed instructions on how to set up a filter or secondary inbox to achieve this organizational setup. Your help in providing step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, P.

Good afternoon, I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Gmail account. This email account holds crucial court documents and cherished family photos spanning nearly 8 years. After encountering issues with compromised personal information, I followed my cellular service provider's instructions to reset everything, from numbers to emails. I believed I had set up all necessary two-factor authentication and backups, but discovered later that none of my data was saved. I urgently require assistance to regain access to my email account. I vaguely recall having my work email and a relative's number as backups for codes. Please assist me in recovering my account. Thank you. Regards, Misty B.

I had a challenging situation that I need help with. On August 20, I traveled from Ukraine to the USA. When I returned to the city recently, I discovered that my account had been compromised. The email linked to my account was changed to [redacted] and the old password was altered as well. The phone number associated with the account was also changed to a different one, and the recovery email was switched to [redacted] Even my Ukrainian SIM card was hacked. I missed messages about these changes because I had limited access to communication. Now, when I try to recover my account using the form, it is not allowing me to do so. How can I regain access to my account?

Hello, I'm having issues accessing my Gmail account. The account I'm having trouble with is [redacted] I haven't used it for a while, and when I attempt to log in, I receive the message "Login is not possible. Google could not verify that the account belongs to you." When I click on the recovery account option, I get a notification saying "You're trying to sign in on a device that Google doesn't recognize, and we don't have enough information to verify it's you. For your protection, you can't sign in at the moment." I used both my phone and computer regularly to access this account previously, but now I'm unable to confirm ownership from either device. I've tried all the automated help options provided by Google but still can't access my account. The recovery email linked to the account is [redacted] (which I can access without any problems). I also checked my [redacted] inbox but found only a message warning about a login attempt on [redacted] Clicking the link provided in the email loops me back to the initial login issue notification. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with recovering my old Gmail account linked to my Pokémon Go profile. It's been quite some time since I last accessed this email, and I am struggling to recall the password as well as the backup recovery email associated with it. Unfortunately, during the recovery process, all I see are obscured symbols instead of a hint for the backup email. Over the years, I have used several email addresses for various games, making it challenging to pinpoint this specific one from the past. The Gmail account I am trying to retrieve is [redacted] I can provide a list of old passwords that I remember using, although I have tried several already which resulted in being locked out due to multiple failed attempts. I would greatly appreciate if someone could reach out to me, assist in verifying my ownership of the account, and help me regain access. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Christian Gamboa, and I was born on January 12, [redacted]. Someone has changed the password to my email account, which is [redacted] I have created this email account when I lived at my parents' house in Las Vegas, although I am currently stationed at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii. The email account has card information linked to it, which I can provide to verify my ownership. Additionally, I am willing to provide a photo ID to confirm my identity. This email account is crucial for me as it contains important information and is connected to various platforms like Google and Youtube Premium. I understand that this is not a common request, but I really need to regain access to my email. Thank you for your assistance.

My girlfriend is experiencing issues logging into her two synchronized email accounts, one personal and the other for university work. Each account presents a distinct error message. When logging into her personal email, she receives the message "We are sorry, but you do not have access to Gmail. Please contact your Organization Administrator for access." On the other hand, when attempting to access her university email, she encounters "[redacted]. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know." While she can successfully log in via her phone, access from her PC is problematic. We have tried various solutions including clearing cookies and cache data, using a different PC and IP address, trying different browsers, confirming JavaScript is enabled, but the issue persists. Furthermore, we noticed that sometimes logging into the university Gmail account works, but upon attempting to switch to the personal email account and then back to the university email, access is denied.

I am facing an issue accessing my old Gmail account on my previous cell phone. The account appears on the phone, showing new emails until August 21st. However, when I try to refresh the emails, it prompts me to sign in, but my password doesn't work. Resetting the password asks for an email, but it states no user is found. I haven't deleted the account and haven't received any notice about its status. I need to access this email to receive a code for my PPP loan forgiveness. Kindly assist.

Hello, I had a Gmail account with [redacted] I used to log in on my phone just once due to laziness. Over time, I forgot the password thinking I wouldn't need it since I never planned to format my phone. I set up security phone and Gmail recovery, although I can't recall the recovery Gmail anymore. When I had to format my phone, I realized I couldn't sign in anymore. Even when I try to recover with the phone number, it requires the forgotten recovery Gmail address. The issue persists even though my phone is still in use. I've struggled to find a way to contact support for help. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can offer in resolving this. Thank you.
