I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account after breaking my phone where I stored my passwords. I can't remember the passwords for multiple accounts, including my Gmail, and I changed my phone number. Gmail is asking for a verification text on my old number, and the email verification goes to an account I can't access. I remember my first teacher's name, the time I opened my Gmail account, and the original verification code they sent. I just need help verifying my ID to access my Gmail account or a way to enter the verification code myself. I have important documents in that specific Gmail account.

Hello, I am having trouble logging into my Google account. I have been trying to recover it using my phone number, but when I enter the confirmation code sent to my phone into my Gmail account, it asks me to verify an alternate email address. I only have my email and phone number associated with the account. Every time I attempt to try a different way, I receive a message saying they cannot confirm the ownership of the email and to try again in a few hours. This has been happening for a week now. I suspect my account may have been hacked. I am willing to provide my ID card and any other necessary information to prove ownership of the email. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account from my new iPhone as it is prompting me for 2-step verification, which was turned on for my account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my old phones or backup phone as I have sold them and completely formatted them. I have attempted various methods to log in, but I keep getting the message "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you" and it is requesting the 2-step verification lock screen code from my old devices which I no longer possess. The recovery email and phone number are up to date on my account, but Google is not providing me with the option to recover my account using them or by answering recovery questions. I would like to know how I can recover my Gmail account using the recovery email or phone number, or if there is any alternative way to regain access to my account.

Dear Sir, I am Bhabani Shankar Sahoo. I recently cleared my phone's system, which resulted in me accidentally deleting my Gmail password. Unfortunately, two out of three recovery options are not valid for me anymore. My recovery phone number and email are inactive. Nevertheless, I do remember the answer to my security question. My personal phone number is [redacted] and I have my Lenovo vive k5 plus phone that I use for Gmail. As a student, I have important files and certificates in my email inbox, and some certificates are expected soon. Hello, I'm currently facing an issue accessing my account with the email [redacted] Although I have not logged into this email on a desktop in years, it has always been accessible on my phone through the preloaded email app. I'm attempting to gain access via a computer, but the password recovery process is asking for the last remembered password, which is not working. The message "we could not verify this was you" keeps appearing. This email is linked to numerous accounts, and I'm hoping to avoid changing them all if I lose access through my phone. Every day, I am continuously being added to various Google Shared Drive Groups, which has proved to be a constant annoyance. Since I am just a Viewer and not the owner or Editor, I am unable to remove myself from these groups. Despite contacting some group owners via email requesting removal, I have not received any responses, leaving me stuck in these unwanted groups. I am seeking guidance on the following: 1. Is there a method for me to independently exit all shared groups without relying on the group owners? 2. How can I prevent future additions to different groups every day? 3. I wonder if there is a possibility for you to assist me in removing myself from all these groups and implementing measures to avoid further unwanted group additions. My name is Mzuhleli Chalton Ngovela, and my Gmail account was compromised after my Huawei Pro 10 cellphone was stolen on July 5, [redacted]. The email address in question, [redacted], has been taken over by an unknown individual who also changed the contact number associated with it. Initially, the account was managed by [redacted], which I suspect is the hacker's account. I am seeking assistance from Gmail to deactivate the account from this unauthorized individual and restore it back to me with my original contact number ending in 22.

Hello everyone, I am facing an issue with my Gmail account's two-step verification. Unfortunately, I've misplaced the phone where I used to receive codes, and my phone number has changed. As a result, I am unable to access my Gmail account from the browser to update my information. I can only access Gmail through the iPhone app. I have tried multiple times to log in without success. Every time, I receive the same message that Google couldn't verify if the account belongs to me. I have a recovery email, but it doesn't help since I can't receive the code on my phone to log in via the browser, no matter which browser I use. I have reached out to Google's Help Center multiple times, but unfortunately, I haven't received any resolution or response to my concerns. I am feeling disappointed and frustrated by this situation. While I appreciate the security measures, I hope there is a way to change the phone number to receive verification codes. I feel stuck in a closed loop. Thank you for your attention. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover it as I do not remember the last password and forgot the answer to the security question. However, the recovery email for this account is "[redacted]" This email contains crucial contacts that are necessary for my work. I have faith in Google's services and kindly ask that the team resend the verification link to my recovery email as I am not seeing the option to do so myself. I am experiencing a serious issue with my Gmail account "[redacted]" which I have been using for about 4 to 5 years. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in as I have forgotten my password and 8-digit backup code for 2-step verification. Despite receiving confirmation codes on my registered phone number, I am still unable to access my account. This is concerning as it contains crucial data such as official information, business contacts, photos, videos, documents, emails, and contacts. My Gmail account, [redacted], was unjustly accessed by a estranged family member who changed the account details. They switched the name and phone number connected to it, affecting my Facebook and other social media accounts. I suspect my bank account is also linked. The last password I recall is Myaamor15! I urgently require access to my account. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] for temporary communication. I appreciate Hotmail's account recovery process that helped me regain access after a similar incident. I urge Google to consider implementing a comparable system to assist users who lack access to both the former phone and password. This would prevent situations like mine and abide by the social media abuse act.

I keep experiencing recurring issues with my email accounts being hacked. Three of my emails have been compromised, and it has even extended to my gpay account. To ensure my security, I had to take the drastic step of closing down all my accounts, including my bank and PayPal. I have informed my bank about the situation and plan to involve the authorities. The concerning part is that this seems to be linked to my husband's email addresses, raising doubts about their security as well. My affected email addresses are: - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] My husband's email addresses are also under scrutiny due to multiple accounts, creating further distress: - [redacted] - [redacted] The situation has become so dire that I even had to resort to signing into my Straight Talk phone as a guest. The presence of numerous viruses is alarming, and I have decided to change all my contact details, including my number and email, by tomorrow. I urgently request the closure of all compromised accounts as soon as possible.

I am seeking assistance with our email forwarding process. We have set up an email forwarder from [redacted] to [redacted] to scrape information for tracking services. We use Python regex in Zapier for this purpose. Despite successful testing with emails from other domains, emails sent from our domain, basecloudglobal.com, are not reaching [redacted] as intended. Hello, I have two Google accounts. My original one is under [redacted] (email 1) and my newer one is under [redacted] (email 2). I linked them in [redacted] after getting married, so emails from daninepontarelli forward to daninemidura. I recently purchased storage with [redacted], but received an almost full storage notification on [redacted] I think Gmail might see them as separate accounts. Both emails go to the same inbox. Can you help me sync the storage between both accounts? I primarily use daninemidura, so switching the storage there might be easier. Please advise on the best option. Thank you for your assistance!

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account [redacted], which is my business email, as I cannot remember the password. The Google recovery process requiring the entry of the last password used seems ineffective since if I could remember it, I wouldn't be locked out. With no other recovery options available, I find the procedure frustrating. Recently, I changed computers and am now facing the challenge of logging back into all my accounts.
