I placed an order for a product and made the payment. However, during the delivery process, the delivery person tried to contact me, but I missed the call. When I called back, they had already delivered to the wrong address. They promised to deliver the next day, but it hasn't arrived yet. I have been trying to reach them, but they are not answering the phone. I am quite disappointed.

My account has been blocked for the last six months. I have filed over thirty complaints regarding this issue. They mentioned that the reason for disabling my account was an excessive number of returns in my purchase history. Despite knowing the reason, I have been struggling for six months to have my account reinstated. My complaints have not been given the respect they deserve. Please assist me in reactivating my account. Your help is greatly appreciated.

For the last six months, my account has been blocked. Despite submitting over thirty complaints, I was informed that the reason for the block was an excessive number of returns. Order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. This is a serious matter. I ordered a product from Flipkart, but the product is missing from the box. When I raised a return request for the missing product, they blocked my account, claiming it was due to a high number of returns, even though I haven't made any other returns. Flipkart has been mentally tormenting me - first, they sent me a box with the item missing, and when I complained, they blocked my account. If Flipkart doesn't assist me, I will escalate this issue to the civil court and the consumer court. Please help. My Flipkart wallet still has [redacted] rs. I have CCTV footage and an unboxing video as proof.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the inability to process a refund for my purchase of the Nothing Phone 1. I ordered the phone on January 8, [redacted], and upon receiving it on the 10th, I immediately encountered a sim card error. After a technician visit on January 11th identified a defect, I was informed that a refund was necessary. Following a technician visit on January 17th, the refund process was initiated, but issues with the IMEI number arose during the pickup on January 18th. I purchased a silver gold-colored Ivpl Scarlett electric kettle 66 on January 14, [redacted], with invoice no. FAGSKN[redacted] and order no. OD[redacted][redacted]0, opting for Cash on Delivery. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the kettle was in a broken condition, and the product name on the packaging was incorrect, stating MEGA SIGMA instead. I informed the delivery person about the issue, requesting a return, but they left rudely. After contacting customer service, I raised a query for a replacement, mentioning the damage but forgetting to specify the name discrepancy. Following this, I was notified of the replacement arriving on January 23, [redacted]. However, upon attempting to receive the new item, the delivery person refused, citing the name mismatch. I purchased 3 items from Flipkart, and my payment was debited twice for [redacted] rs each, totaling [redacted] rs. However, the order was not placed and remains pending. I contacted my bank, but they informed me that the UPI transaction was successful on their end. They suggested providing the beneficiary's bank statement or merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds for further assistance. It seems the issue is related to the payment processing. I recently ordered a pair of Nike shoes, but what I received was an old used local brand shoe instead. Upon contacting customer service, they arranged for a return. However, the pickup was rejected by the driver who claimed the shoe wasn't the right one. After several attempts with customer service, the pickups were continually canceled by the pick-up team. I expressed the situation to the customer service team, but they seem to be repeating the same process without understanding the issue. The pickup has been canceled nine times now, causing me distress as the problem remains unresolved despite my explanations.

I bought a toy that doesn't match the picture online. I requested a return on day 1, but no one came for pickup. I received a message saying the customer wants to keep the product, which is not true. Today, when a man arrived for the return, he claimed the product size is different and refused to take it back. I explained that I wanted to return it because it was not as advertised, but he left without the product. This situation is frustrating as I received the wrong item and cannot return it.

I am Ramana Murty from Visakhapatnam. I have filed a complaint about my Samsung Frame TV that has not been resolved yet. Despite multiple visits and attempts by JEEVES customer care to replace the PCB, the issue remains unresolved. It has been 10 days without any updates or visits for rectification. Technicians have informed me that the problem lies with the display unit and the TV needs to be taken to the service center, but no further action has been taken. My numerous calls to the service center have resulted in reassurances of a resolution within 2 business days, yet no progress has been made. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter. I purchased two bedsheets with four pillow covers from Flipcart for Rs. [redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the bedsheets I received was damaged and of poor quality, so I returned it. They refunded me only for one set, which was Rs. [redacted], and the remaining amount of Rs. [redacted] was not refunded despite my multiple attempts to contact customer care. After that, I ordered a set of six Milton water bottles for Rs. [redacted]. The package arrived bent, so I immediately initiated a return. The next day, the delivery person picked up the parcel, but I have yet to receive my refund of Rs. [redacted]. Customer service has not been helpful, insisting that the shop owner refunded the amount, which is not the case. I'm seeking assistance to resolve these issues as I am owed a total of almost Rs.
