I worked as a Favor runner from August [redacted] to early [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was incorrectly deactivated due to a customer's false claim that I had a verbal altercation with them, which did not happen. I recall the incident clearly: it was a pick-up from HEB at the Lincoln Heights store. The customer was uncontactable, so I returned the order as advised by support. When the customer finally provided a new contact number, I attempted to clarify the delivery details but faced communication challenges due to their confusion. Despite my efforts, the situation remained unresolved. The on-site employee suggested an alternative to deliver the groceries, and I agreed, apologizing to the customer before learning of my deactivation the next day. I also received complaints from customers wanting alcohol left unattended, which I couldn't do for legal reasons. I believe my deactivation was unjust, and I request a review to reactivate my account as I took my job seriously and professionally. Thank you, L. D.

I am experiencing an issue with Favor. I took advantage of their free cane deal and placed an order, but my account got suspended. While not getting the canes is not a big deal, the real problem is that my card was charged multiple times for the food, and I haven't received a refund yet. Even after waiting for 24 hours, the money has not been returned to me. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

My account has been deactivated twice in a month, and despite my requests, they have not provided any documentation for the deactivation. They are also withholding my pay, which I find to be illegal. As an independent contractor, I am entitled to know why my account was deactivated and to receive my earnings. I have asked them multiple times for proof of any allegations against me, but they have not provided any. This has happened to me a few times during my 2 and a 1/2 years of working with them, and based on reviews, it seems to be a common occurrence. Regardless of who I reach out to or which office I contact, they do not seem willing to change the situation. This lack of transparency feels like harassment and is unacceptable.

I worked for several years with Favor in the Dallas, Texas area doing deliveries. Unfortunately, I was falsely accused of unauthorized use of a vehicle. The case was thrown out by the DA due to a lack of evidence. Despite never being convicted or even going to trial, the arrest has had a significant impact on my life. I relied on jobs like Favor and DoorDash due to my unpredictable health conditions, including heart disease and bone diseases. I have applied for disability, but have been denied multiple times due to my age. This has left me struggling to meet my basic needs and support my twins. It feels incredibly unjust to be treated as guilty based on lies and to be denied opportunities to work based on false accusations.
