I have made multiple calls regarding my order, but I only received a part of it. The automated system hung up on me without connecting me to a live person. While trying to reach customer service through the website, I encountered technical difficulties and got disconnected halfway. I am feeling frustrated with the service provided by Fantastic S, and I expect better. I am particularly concerned about the missing item, the Nebraska Men's Flannel Pajama Bottoms in size XL. When I initially placed the order over the phone due to issues checking out online, there was no mention of this item missing. I kindly request information on the status of my missing item.

About a week and a half ago, I placed an order for a clear shot glass with the Philadelphia Eagles logo and a personalized name "Chrissy" on it. I did not receive an order number to track it. I am having trouble locating the order even though the payment was deducted from my bank account. Yesterday, during a chat with a representative, they seemed to get frustrated and abruptly ended the conversation without notice. I am now looking for assistance as I am quite frustrated. Though it's just a shot glass, I still expect to receive my order after payment. I am looking for an order I placed about a week and a half ago. It was a clear shot glass with the Philadelphia Eagles emblem and a customizable area where I had the name Chrissy added. I didn't receive an order number, and I can't log into Fanatics because it doesn't accept any of my emails. I keep getting emails from you every day! I purchased two items from Fanatics. One was delivered successfully, but the second item seems to have been lost in transit. After speaking with a representative, I was informed I would receive a refund. However, I received an email yesterday stating that the missing item was delivered, which is not the case. The automated phone system from Fanatics indicates that my order has been canceled and will not be shipped. I would appreciate receiving a confirmation email regarding the refund process. Hello, I recently bought a hooded sweatshirt (product #[redacted]) for $26.24, but it's too small and the quality disappoints me. When I tried to process a return through my online orders, I found out they are charging $9.99 for the return label and shipping, which I find unreasonable. Hello, I recently bought a hooded sweatshirt from Fanatics for $26.24. Unfortunately, the item is too small and the quality doesn't meet my expectations. I attempted to initiate a return online, but was surprised to find out that obtaining a return label and shipping the item back to Fanatics would cost me $9.99. This seems excessive to me. As a result, I may reconsider making future purchases from Fanatics as it's challenging to shop online without knowing the exact product quality beforehand. Hello, I have attempted to contact you through voicemail without success, so I am trying email as an alternative. I purchased a sweatshirt, socks, and an iPhone case for my husband's Christmas gift. While the sweatshirt and socks arrived in one package, the iPhone case has not. I recently received a message regarding my refund for a returned item. They mentioned being excited for future transactions, but I expressed my dissatisfaction with the charges. Spending $30.21, including a $13.99 shipping fee, for a 6-ounce t-shirt seemed excessive. Moreover, the $9.99 return cost means I'll only get $6.23 back after paying a total of $40.20 for an item originally priced at a little over $14.00. This situation is unacceptable, and I intend to advise my friends against making purchases through your site.

I recently placed order #[redacted]-[redacted] and noticed an error in the billing of one item. The Mexico Fanatics Branded Women's Sugar Skull V-Neck T-Shirt in black, with item number [redacted], was charged at $37 while it is listed on the website for $24. As the price has not dropped recently and the item has just been shipped, I believe there was a mistake in billing. I kindly request a credit for the difference between what I was charged and the current online price.

I was trying to order an item online when I encountered an issue. While answering some yes or no questions, the site automatically processed my order without giving me a chance to review and submit it. Unfortunately, I was charged $19.99 for shipping, and I did not intend to go through with the purchase. I have attempted to reach out to them via phone and live chat to cancel the order, but I have not been successful in getting a response.

I am extremely upset. I placed an order, paid for expedited shipping, and it was supposed to arrive today for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it did not come as promised. It's frustrating because I specifically paid for it to arrive on the 20th of December. If I decide not to cancel the order, I hope I will receive a refund for the expedited fee.

It is a single item, so I am concerned why it hasn't arrived yet since it was due on December 13. I am usually patient, but this situation has me genuinely worried. I made a purchase on 12-15-19. One part of my order was shipped on 12-16-19. However, I recently received an email stating that there is no update on the whereabouts of the other item in my order. I am frustrated as I ordered this as a Christmas present well in advance. This is not the first time I have faced issues with ordering from fanatics. I am disappointed and this will definitely be my final purchase from them. The item number provided in the email is [redacted]-[redacted]. When attempting to use the online support option, which seems to be the only way to reach them as phone calls go unanswered, the system does not recognize this number.

I checked the status of my order [redacted] on FedEx, and it indicates that the items are at the FedEx facility in Broomfield, CO, which is 60 miles away from my location. The delivery date is set for the 28th, which is after the Christmas cutoff, causing me frustration. My attempts to reach out to Fanatics via phone and online have been unsuccessful. The phone call was disconnected due to high call volume, and the online chat only led me to a Virtual Assistant, which couldn't connect me to a live representative. I prefer speaking with a person rather than a robot. I am puzzled by the delay in the 60-mile delivery distance. When I visited the FedEx website, I encountered the same issue with the Virtual Assistant and couldn't find a contact number for FedEx.

I purchased a Washington Nationals JH Design Youth [redacted] World Series Championship jacket in size XXL for my grandson on December 11. The item did not arrive as expected by December 12. I called today to inquire about the status of the order and was notified that it had been cancelled. I was not previously informed about this cancellation and would appreciate clarification on the reason for it. Could the order be reinstated, and if possible, when can I anticipate the jacket to be delivered to my grandson?

I purchased 6 items last Thursday, December 12, [redacted]. 3 of the items were merchandise, and 3 were gift cards. The merchandise arrived promptly, but the gift cards were meant for a party last night. Despite being informed they would arrive yesterday, only one arrived today, and now the others are delayed until the 27th. This delay is unacceptable and embarrassing as I attended the party without the intended gifts. I am disappointed by this situation.

I was just informed by Fanatics that my package has been shipped, but despite contacting FedEx, the product has not arrived.
