I am reaching out regarding my partner's issue with his Facebook account. Despite being signed in on one device, when he attempted to log in on our tablet, he was logged out on all devices. Even with the correct credentials, he is unable to log back in. Facebook prompts to either send a code to an inactive email or log in from a recognized device, which is not possible now. His old email, linked to the account, has been inactive for 6 months. I attempted to contact it without success. The account is in the process of deletion, so we cannot use it to receive the code. Although he has trusted contacts, the option does not appear. It is frustrating that he is locked out of his account, especially when he has the correct login details. Hello! I'm struggling with linking my Instagram account to Facebook (for single sign-on). I lost access to Instagram, needing a six-digit code. I am experiencing confusion regarding my Facebook account suspension. In mid-March [redacted], my account was initially suspended, then restored after I appealed the decision. However, a few days later, my account was suspended once more for 30 days without a clear reason provided. Upon trying to appeal again after the suspension period, I was informed that too much time had passed for them to review the decision. About a year ago, I received a message from Facebook informing me that my account was disabled for violating community guidelines but didn't specify the reason. After appealing, I went through a verification process providing my ID and following the steps requested. Facebook then stated that I would hear back within 24 hours, warning that if I continued to breach the rules, my account would be permanently disabled. However, 12 days later, I received an email saying my account was unlocked. Despite changing the password, I am still unable to use my account. Even though it appears active, attempts to log in result in a review notice. The disabled account section indicates my email is not linked to a disabled account. Multiple login attempts using various devices have been unsuccessful. This has been ongoing for nearly a year now, and I am unable to access certain important aspects of my account. After trying to log in, I received a message stating that my Facebook account was disabled due to a violation of terms of service. I am attempting to recover my old Facebook account. The account was deactivated a few years ago, and I am unable to log in to reactivate it because I had two-factor authentication enabled and no longer have access to the phone number connected to it. The Help Center advises visiting the profile of the account, but due to deactivation, it does not show up in searches. I have made multiple attempts over the past years to resolve this issue. Occasionally, I receive emails with a code to log in, but the code never seems to work. I find this situation frustrating because I believe speaking with a Facebook representative could easily resolve the problem in a few minutes. Unfortunately, I have been struggling for years to regain access to my account with no success.

Since April 2, [redacted], every time I try to access Facebook, I am prompted to enable Facebook Protect. Despite following the instructions, I faced an issue after entering my verification code and clicking continue. Realizing I needed to download an app, I searched for nearly four weeks with no luck as I don't own a cell phone or iPad. I only have an HP laptop. As a long-time Facebook member of almost 20 years, I am seeking alternative ways to log in, even if it means giving up my admin rights. I have been a member of Facebook since the beginning and started live streaming regularly in [redacted]. However, since [redacted], the amount of trolling has been overwhelming. My children, viewers, and I have all been targeted by unidentified individuals who hide behind fake profiles. They create pages to harass my viewers' jobs and personal lives with no consequences. Despite reporting these incidents, no action is taken. It's frustrating because they can file false reports that result in my pages being shut down. Innocent people are being bullied while we are just trying to enjoy a positive streaming experience. Something must be done to address this issue and protect those who are being targeted.

Recently, I received a message stating, “Your Advertising Access is Restricted: You're no longer allowed to use Facebook Products to advertise. You can't run ads, manage advertising assets, or create new ad or business accounts.” To be candid, this was unexpected as I have always strived to comply with policies. It seems these decisions are made by advanced AI technology at Facebook. Thus, I feel it would be beneficial to have a human perspective on this matter. I am unsure what triggered the algorithm, as my campaigns have been straightforward and have not caused any issues. Unfortunately, no specific policy violation was highlighted.
