A few years back, I had an active Facebook account. Suddenly, I ended up with two accounts, but strangely couldn't view messages in either. My wife could see them on her account, not me. After canceling, trying to sign in brought back the canceled accounts. Six months later, I tried again, finally setting up a new account. Recently, I managed to login, yet it states the account is Disabled for breaching Facebook Terms. Despite submitting my Driver's License four times to contest this, I remain stuck. I kindly ask for help to access my account as I haven't done anything wrong and just want to casually browse Facebook. Please acknowledge my efforts with the Driver's License submissions and provide guidance on the issue.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. The email associated with it, [redacted], is no longer in use. My current email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. I am not receiving the code via text message for some reason. Yesterday, I accidentally changed the password on an old Facebook account that I no longer use, and now I cannot access my active account. My profile picture is of an Indian woman I painted, not the photo of me in a blue shirt. If needed, please send the code to my wife's email address, [redacted], her phone number [redacted], or to my current email [redacted], or our joint email [redacted] I no longer have access to [redacted] I appreciate any help in resolving this issue as I don't want to lose my contacts and pictures on Facebook.

Hello there, I am seeking assistance in closing my client's old Facebook page. The page has not been in use since [redacted] but is still impacting their reputation. My client provided evidence validating ownership, including company brochures and domain hosting history. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the email or Facebook ID used to create the page. Despite multiple reports, the page remains active. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I was mistakenly banned for 7 days due to being hacked as a prank. I am requesting to have the ban removed. There have been more inappropriate posts made by others than what was on my account. I have experienced financial loss due to this issue. If it is not resolved by morning, I will consider legal action for perceived bias and unfair treatment, as not all posts are being regulated equally and some users are getting away with similar or worse violations every day. I have evidence in the form of screenshots of the posts and records showing that certain individuals were not banned despite similar actions.

Hello, my name is Alexandra and I am encountering an issue with my Facebook account regarding access to my page "Minghel Alexandra Makeup Artist." Currently, I am unable to access the page where I manage all my appointments and related details. The account requires verification, but I am facing difficulties uploading my ID due to a bug on the page. When attempting to upload the image, there seems to be a loading issue and I do not see a button to report the problem. I have tried uploading the ID multiple times without success. Consequently, I am unable to share any content on Facebook, even after creating a new page or team. Despite submitting numerous reports through the Facebook contact forms and utilizing various Facebook tools, I have not been successful in resolving this issue. I have attempted to locate the Facebook live chat in the Help Center, but it seems that this tool is no longer available. My blocked Facebook page goes by the name "Non Paper" with the username "nonpaper.gr," while my website's URL is "nonpaper.com.gr." I've tried various methods to recover the page without success. On March 31st, my original account was hacked. The password was changed by the hacker, and I realized this when I saw that I was logged out of my mobile device. I followed the recovery process, but the hacker changed my profile picture to an image that violated the terms of service (TOS), resulting in my account being banned before I could correct it. I had a business page linked to that account, and I am still receiving bills for boosting ads for a page that no longer exists. I did not violate the TOS, but the hacker did. I am losing money and contemplating legal steps. Your support in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello...I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account with the phone number [redacted]. When I request a code to reset my password, I don't receive anything. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password using the "forgot password" option, it has not been successful. I accidentally set up a second account, which I would like to delete, but I prefer to regain access to my original account. Since getting a new phone, I have experienced difficulties with my Facebook account, and I rely heavily on Messenger. My Facebook account has been hacked by someone who misused it. Despite my efforts to change the password and recover the account, it was disabled by Facebook due to a violation of their Community Standards. I reached out to their support for help, but received a response stating that the decision cannot be reversed. I am certain that I did not violate any community standards and seek help to unblock my account.

Greetings. I manage Voltaire Coffee Roasters in downtown San Jose. Since [redacted], we've rebranded after a change of ownership. We are unable to access the Facebook page created by the previous owner and have no means of contacting them. We've created a new page at facebook.com/voltairecoffeeroasters. I accidentally donated $55 instead of $5 to St. Jude Children's Hospital. The amount was deducted from my account instantly. I've contacted them to rectify the error. My bank advised me to reach out to you first regarding the dispute. As a senior citizen at 70, I cannot afford this mistake. I am uncertain if this payment is recurring, which I do not wish for. I recently created a Facebook account to join a private real estate class group. However, Facebook required me to confirm my identity, so I submitted a scanned copy of my driver's license with the address obscured. Despite multiple emails to Facebook support, they deemed my license too blurry and requested a different form of ID. Sadly, by the time this was sorted out, the class I paid $99 for had ended, and I missed out on participating. I have requested Facebook to delete my account due to these issues, but I have yet to receive a response. I no longer wish to have a Facebook account and kindly request that it be deleted. I recently got locked out of my account for security reasons. I was requested to submit a photo ID, which I promptly sent a week ago. Unfortunately, when I attempt to log in, I receive the following message: "Reviewing Your Information May Take Longer Than Usual Thank you for sending your information. We have received it. We have fewer people available to review information due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. It may take longer than usual to review your account. We're always looking out for the security of people on Facebook, so until then, you can't use your account." I appreciate your understanding during these challenging times.
