Dear Facebook Admin, I am Jancee San Juan, and I am reaching out to request a manual review of my business manager account. I established my business manager in January [redacted] to promote our organic health and beauty products. This Business Manager ([redacted][redacted]) included 1 Ad Account ([redacted][redacted]) running 3 Photo Campaign Conversion ads and 1 Photo Engagement ad. Additionally, there were 2 Video Conversion ads, each with a 15-second duration, showcasing the product while adhering to Facebook Blueprint Advertising Policies. On February 7, I duplicated a video conversion that was approved. For payments, I used two Debit Accounts: the first ending in [redacted] (now closed) and the second ending in [redacted] (currently active). After settling a Php 6,[redacted] bill on Feb 8, another charge of Php [redacted].26 was incurred, which I intended to address by adding funds to my active Debit Card. However, I was surprised to find our ads halted due to advertising policy violations. Despite checking my email, I haven't received notification of my Business Manager and Ad Account being disabled. I seek clarification on this situation and apologize for any oversight. I understand and respect Facebook's efforts to safeguard its users and sincerely ask for the opportunity to resume advertising on your platform. Losing access to Facebook's extensive user base is a significant setback for us, and we vow to uphold all policies and guidelines going forward. Your positive consideration is greatly appreciated. Greetings, I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my Facebook account after successfully resetting my password. I am required to verify my account using codes sent to contacts selected by Facebook, of whom I can only reach out to a limited number via Facebook. Is it possible for me to select the 3rd contact myself to attempt verification through this method? I am hesitant about submitting my ID for security reasons, but I am interested in exploring alternative methods outlined on your assistance page to restore access to my account. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account as it requires me to verify my identity via a phone text. The phone number linked to my account is outdated, and I no longer have access to it. Although I received a password reset code via email (redacted), I am still unable to log in without the phone number. My current phone number is 07[redacted]85. This issue may have arisen because I used the account on a public library computer recently to assist someone in creating a group. I am currently back on my usual device at home. Thank you. Hello, my name is Sally. I am reaching out because my son has been experiencing difficulties with his Facebook accounts ever since he got a new Opo mobile phone. He deactivated his old account some time ago and created a new one a year or two back. However, he is now unable to log in to the newer account using the same email and password. I am wondering if he needs to permanently delete his old account to avoid conflicts and if doing so would not affect his newer account. He has not been able to reset his password for the new account, leading to frustration. Could this be a result of hacking following the new phone purchase? Hello, I am Heather Rowbottom. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account under [redacted] I was away for the past two years without internet access and now want to recover my account. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the passwords for my Facebook and Hotmail accounts. I created a new Hotmail account but I am eager to regain access to my original Facebook account where I was active until around Nov 21, [redacted]. I have three trusted contacts linked to my account, one being my son Chay Grant who also forgot his Facebook password. The other trusted contacts are my sisters, Tracy Rowbottom Campbell and Debbie Carr. Tracy was unable to find the code when I attempted to use her as a trusted contact. In mid-January, I attempted to access my Facebook profile and was prompted to verify recent activity due to suspicious actions. While some activity was mine, the latest post was not, and after changing my password, I received a message stating that my account was disabled. Despite filling out the help form with my details and identification, I only received an automated email claiming I violated community guidelines and my account was disabled. I reviewed the guidelines and I am certain I did not breach any rules. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issue when trying to log into my Instagram account. I have submitted the help form twice but have not received any assistance or response.

Hello Facebook Support, I am Heather Rowbottom, and my Facebook account is linked to [redacted] I have been unable to access my account for the past two years due to being away without internet. Now, upon returning, I am eager to regain access to my account. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the passwords for both my Facebook and hotmail accounts. I have created a new hotmail account but am keen on recovering my original Facebook account as it holds important connections and memories from before my absence, with my last activity around November 21, [redacted]. I have three trusted contacts associated with my Facebook account, including my son Chay Grant and my sisters Tracy Rowbottom Campbell and Debbie Carr. Despite trying, Tracy could not locate the code required for account recovery. I am open to providing additional information or answering security questions to verify my identity. On February 12, [redacted], a woman named Dee A/P Chandrasekaran insulted me and my family using vulgar language on her Facebook page. Dee A/P Chandrasekaran accused me of deceiving her with a sum of cash, which is entirely false. She also posted pictures of me with my children and family on her Facebook page. This has been embarrassing for me and my family. I am reporting this because she threatened my life and my family's well-being with her statements on Facebook, which could pose a safety risk to me.

I have recently encountered an issue on my Jugoplejka page involving copyright claims from Cinesseum doo Beograd about an old Yugoslavian movie. I have communicated with Ivan Maksimovic from Cinesseum doo Beograd, who agreed to retract the claim with Facebook, but as of January 24, [redacted], I have not received any updates. Despite reporting the situation to Facebook, my page Jugoplejka remains impacted, and my personal profile, Vedran Abadzic, has been disabled instead of being reinstated. Hello, I enabled two-factor authentication on my Facebook account, but after logging out and trying to log back in, the one-time passcode (OTP) for the two-factor verification was not working. I attempted multiple times, but the OTP stopped coming altogether. I then tried to reset my password, but the OTP was still not working. I've tried to reach out to the Facebook community for help, but unfortunately, I haven't received any assistance. My contact number is [redacted], and my name on Facebook is Neeraj Yadav. My Instagram account @shawnpolandnews was blocked unfairly for allegedly impersonating someone else. This account was a fan update page, as outlined in Instagram's Terms of Use. The profile clearly indicated it was a fan account, not officially affiliated with the individual, brand, or organization. It never claimed to be the person, brand, or organization it covered and always credited original sources for content posted. I would appreciate it if this issue could be rectified promptly, as there seems to have been a misunderstanding with the account's purpose and compliance with the platform's guidelines.

I have only made two posts in the last two years and haven't been active on Facebook recently. When I attempted to download the app and log in, I received an error message. The same thing happened when trying to access Messenger or logging in through a web browser. I haven't violated any community guidelines with my posts. The message I received stated: "We limit how often you can post, comment, or take other actions to protect the community from spam. You can try again later. Learn More." If this doesn't violate Community Standards, please advise.

I have reported an individual who is harassing my wife and me on Facebook, but no action has been taken by the platform. This person has shared my profile picture without permission and asked others to comment on it, along with my wife's photos. It's concerning that Facebook allows such behavior that involves abuse and insults towards others. The individual's name on Facebook is Habtamu Lamu, and their profile can be found at: [redacted]. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Despite knowing the correct password, when I log in, I am redirected to a page asking me to enter a new email and then to input a security code. However, I cannot find where to enter this code to proceed further. I am unable to use my original email since I forgot its password and suspect it was hacked. The Trusted Contacts option is not working either, as one contact deleted their Facebook account without informing me. Although I have set up two-factor authentication, the codes are sent to my phone with no option to input them. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook account.

Last year, after getting a new phone, I tried to recover my Facebook account around Thanksgiving. It worked for a day but then got disabled due to suspicions it wasn't me. I even attempted to create a new account using my maiden name, but that was disabled within half an hour. I have been the same person since I first joined Facebook, and this ongoing issue is frustrating. It's now February [redacted], and I am still unable to access my Facebook account.

I created a public page, "Lakes Area Royale Fair," and a closed group, "L.A.R.F. group." The Lakes Area Royale Faire is scheduled for February 9, [redacted]. I also own Lakes Area Royale Faire. However, there has been a dispute with a limited liability company trying to take over. In [redacted], I established LARF, MN, with permission from Lindstrom City Administrator, John Olinger. My event is sponsored by Custom Koztumez Shop. On February 9, [redacted], Kimberly Grandprey removed me as an admin from our Lakes Area Royale Faire page without permission, even though the next event is on May 30 & 31, [redacted], with Custom Koztumez as the sponsor. I am currently having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I have set up two-factor authentication, and Facebook has locked me out because it didn't recognize the browser I was using. To verify my identity, I need to enter a 6-digit code generated in the app. However, I can't access the app to get the code because I am locked out. I have been unable to contact Facebook to resolve this issue as all my emails and chat messages have been left unanswered.

Hello! I have created a Facebook page for my business, and I am facing a couple of challenges that need to be addressed. Firstly, I am unable to disable the sharing button on my posts, which I want to make the page more secure by preventing others from sharing my content.
