Hello, my name is Daren M. I had an old account linked to the email [redacted] that I haven't accessed in years. Since I no longer have the password, I requested a password reset to be sent to my new email, [redacted] I unintentionally created a new personal and business account with a different email. I've repeatedly sent my passport photos for ID verification but haven't received any response. I'm eager to start using my accounts for personal and business purposes and it's frustrating not getting a reply. I've tried contacting by phone and email without success. I prefer using my newer account with the email [redacted] as it's current. I appreciate any assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently attempted to access an old email account I have not used in over a decade, [redacted] When I tried to log in, I was prompted to verify my account by contacting three friends to log in somewhere to receive a code. This was difficult since I had lost contact with some of those friends over the years. After struggling with that method, I chose to upload a photo ID, although I felt uneasy due to concerns about identity theft. Despite submitting this, I have not received any updates from Facebook and still cannot access the account. I wish to remove some photos from the account and ultimately delete it. Can someone please advise me on the steps to achieve this?

I need help restoring my deleted Facebook account. After multiple attempts to unlock my long-dormant account, Facebook requested my current ID. I submitted copies of my US passport and California driver's license, but received no response. The deleted account holds 10 years' worth of photos dating back to [redacted], which are irreplaceable to me. In desperation, I created a new account on my cell phone a few weeks ago, hoping the old and new accounts could merge. My current status on Facebook shows as "normal," even though the account they are reviewing is a recent one. Is there a way for me to restore my old account?

Recently, I was unexpectedly logged out of my Facebook account due to an expired session. When I tried to log back in, I was informed that my password was incorrect. I then attempted to reset my password by requesting a passcode, but the email address for the passcode delivery was unfamiliar to me. Despite my multiple attempts to rectify this, I suspect that my account may have been compromised as I received a notification that someone was attempting to change the email address associated with my profile. These concerning activities occurred while I was asleep at night.

Recently, I received a friend request on Sunday from someone with a foreign name, possibly Japanese. After denying the request, I noticed multiple emails from Facebook regarding a password change. Realizing I was hacked, I changed my password without resolving the issue. The hackers likely posted inappropriate content, resulting in my account being disabled. I need assistance in demonstrating my adherence to Facebook's policies over the years and resolving this matter. I have a strong presence on the platform with various linked pages for shopping and advertising for the non-profit hospital where I work. I received a message claiming I had won a prize, and unfortunately, I fell for their scheme, giving away my Facebook password. They convinced me with photos and statements that seemed genuine, leading me to send them $50. When they demanded more money, I refused, resulting in arguments. Now, I can't access my own Facebook account because they changed my password.

Hello, I would like to report that my Instagram account, penguins24_7, was deactivated recently. This account is a fan page and has been a source of joy as my hobby for the past 6 years. I have a collection of memories stored on it. I assure you that I was not impersonating anyone intentionally. Despite submitting the necessary ID information to confirm my identity, my request was denied. I am worried about losing access to important messages and pictures. I have tried reaching out through various forms on the Instagram help center, but have not received any response. Your assistance in restoring my account would be greatly appreciated.

I have had a Facebook account for a long time. My original email is [redacted]. All I wanted to do was sync my new phone and new telephone number to my account. Facebook would not let me do it. Now that I have my new phone, I cannot access my original account. I do not understand why. All they have to do is perform facial recognition on my old or original account, and this would be resolved quickly. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, originally from New Mexico, Santa Fe. I am retired from the USAF. I have several pictures of military, Harley Davidson motorcycles, black female clubs, bears, cabins in the mountains, Santa Fe historic sites, churches, trucks, cars, pistols, rifles, and a couple of fighter jets F-16's with the code LF on the tail which stands for Luke Field (AFB). My original Facebook was hacked, and Facebook verified it was me. Now, all I want is to sync my new phone and new telephone number to my page, but Facebook will not allow me to. My friends are asking why I am not talking to them on Facebook. I explained that Facebook will not let me access my original page. Please let me know if you can help me resolve this.

Around a month ago, my account was hacked by someone from India. I was able to regain access, strengthened my password, and set my account to private. About a week ago, I was logged out, and it seems the hacker changed my email and password again. Surprisingly, I didn't receive any emails informing me of these changes in my inbox or spam folder. I'm at a loss on how to regain access. Although some contacts mention no unusual activities on my account yet, I am eager to recover it. What steps should I take moving forward to reclaim my account?

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. While I can still access my email, I am unable to access either of the phone numbers linked to my account. One is an old number I no longer use, and the other is an international number that I cannot receive messages on now that I am in the US. Despite verifying my email, Facebook is requesting verification through a mobile number. Furthermore, it appears that the messages I previously sent to friends have been deleted as they are not showing up on their devices.

Today, someone accessed my account which led me to receive an email about a login from a location I didn't recognize. Despite changing my password twice, I continue to receive the same email notifications. Now, when attempting to log in, I'm unable to access my account. While I understand if Facebook is securing my account, if it's a serious issue, I need to act promptly. I am reaching out for assistance with my Facebook account. I have been trying to contact someone since my page was deleted. During a hospitalization due to a severe lupus flare-up and other health issues, I deactivated my account to focus on my recovery. I received a notification on Facebook about suspicious activity on my account which led to the deactivation of my business pages' ad account. Upon checking my ad manager in the ad center, I discovered an ad that I did not create. The ad had an unusually high budget and was targeted to Russia. I recently changed my password on Facebook and accidentally logged out. Unfortunately, the email address associated with my account is outdated and I can't access it. Despite setting up trusted contacts, I've had trouble resetting my password. I did manage to reset it once before, but after entering my current email for a confirmation code, I never received it. Good day, I'm currently experiencing a problem logging back into my account after disabling it a few days ago for a break. The issue lies in my authentication app for two-step verification being deleted without backing up the data. Yesterday, my account was compromised - the password and phone number were changed, and the hacker added their email to my account. When trying to reset the password, I kept getting an error saying I entered the wrong code multiple times. The help team informed me that my account was hidden for security reasons and advised me to secure it, but whenever I try, I receive an error message. I also tried the "I don't have access to this option" and was prompted to upload my I.D, which I did last night. Now, I woke up to an email about number verification on the account, even though I was under the impression it was suspended. I'm at a loss for what to do next.

I placed an order with URLife on 22/1/[redacted] and they have deducted the money from my account. However, I have not received confirmation of my order despite emailing them four times. The replies I received were only automated questions. I am unable to reach them by phone as there is no direct number provided. Yesterday, my account got hacked. Despite my attempts to change the password, the hacker kept reversing it. Eventually, they even swapped emails, locking me out of my own account. I submitted the required form and ID photo to Facebook to verify my ownership, resulting in one of my email addresses being reinstated. I am still unable to reset the password, as the hacker persists. Strangely, the system claims I've exceeded the password reset attempts within 24 hours, which is not the case. I need assistance urgently.
