I am writing on behalf of my friend, "Talal Sobhi". The email linked to his account is [redacted] He informed me that Facebook deactivated his account, suspecting it was growing too fast and possibly being mistaken for a "Bot". Despite numerous inquiries, he received no response from Facebook as he could not reach out without an active account. Every new account he attempted to create got deactivated, potentially due to facial recognition, triggered after Facebook requested a verification photo. These account issues have significantly impacted his marketing company. He is unable to utilize Facebook ads, manage his fan page, or explore new opportunities through Facebook ads manager. We are eager to understand and resolve this matter promptly. Please feel free to respond directly or provide contact information for Mr. Talal Sobhi.

I have been an active user on Facebook since July [redacted]. A few years ago, I joined a Facebook group called "North Bengal Connection" with over 19,[redacted] members. Recently, I have noticed that the group admin, "Admin NBc," is inactive and their identity is unknown. This has resulted in the misuse of the group for political agendas, hate speech, and disrupting communal harmony without any moderation. I initially joined the group for positive content about North Bengal, educational discussions, sharing knowledge about nature, and a good community life. However, the current lack of admin presence has led to violations of group rules. As a responsible individual and citizen of India, I am requesting to be granted admin rights to ensure the group's integrity, promote positive interactions, and maintain a constructive environment for all members.

I need help setting up my business page for Melmade Scents. There seems to be an issue with the owner information, leading me to be unable to access or manage the page properly. When I try to make changes, a message pops up saying the page is owned by Melmade Scents LLC, and I need their approval. However, I haven't received any follow-up email or instructions on how to proceed with this ownership transfer. Could someone please guide me on the steps to gain access to my page and switch the ownership correctly?

We need help and assistance resolving an issue with our business page. Recently, our page was added to a business entity named Page Approvals with Business Manager ID: [redacted][redacted], resulting in unauthorized changes to our page roles. Our original administrators and publishers were all switched to analysts, restricting our ability to manage our assets. We suspect the involvement of questionable accounts like Naseem Naseem - Moderator and Asad Mian, who have been posting on the page without clear roles, leading to copyright infringement notifications. The details associated with the business manager seem fabricated. We have taken steps to remove the page from the Business Manager and waited 24 hours as instructed, but our page remains unchanged. We seek assistance in regaining control of our page and rectifying this situation promptly. Thank you. - Jean C., Administrator of Mandru page, ID: [redacted][redacted], located in Cluj.

Subject: Disabled Facebook Account - Need Help Hello, I am Yisrael Singer-Taussig, a Rabbi from the Beled community in Brooklyn, NY, legally known as "Friends of Beled." I created a private Facebook account with the email [redacted] under my name, Yisrael Taussig, and a Facebook page for my community, Friends of Beled. Unfortunately, my ads have been disabled multiple times, and despite some assistance from the team, last week I received a message about suspicious activity. I complied with the request to send my picture for verification, but shortly after, my account was disabled with no explanation. I have tried contacting Facebook via email but received no response. As a legitimate individual representing a legitimate community, this situation is perplexing. I hope to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you, Yisrael Singer-Taussig, [redacted]

Hello, I appreciate your assistance. My current situation involves my homepage, which is under the name Shelly Ann Reif. (Many years ago, Facebook required me to use this name, which is my birth name, although I have never used it publicly.) However, my business page is known as Shelly Reef, the name by which everyone identifies me. The issue arises because when I live-stream healing services on my homepage, it garners many views, but potential new clients are unable to find me there due to the name discrepancy. Conversely, when I use my business page for live-streaming, the viewership is significantly lower. I aim to retain the following on my homepage but change the name to my well-known business name. Ideally, I want this page to function as a business page. How can I proceed with this change? This year, I plan to launch an initiative to boost views and followers. I would greatly appreciate your guidance in this matter. Thank you for your help.

After factory resetting my home PC, I forgot my last Facebook password due to losing my phone at a party. Now, without access to my emails, I've been creating new accounts for days. When trying to reset my Facebook password, I got stuck at the phone verification step, which I can't complete without my lost phone number. I'm feeling frustrated and about to lose my cool. Thanks for any help with this issue.

I am having trouble accessing Facebook today. The platform does not recognize my password and claims it was changed 12 months ago, which could be accurate, but I do not remember doing it. After selecting "forgotten password," it offered to send an entry code to either my phone or email. Both my email address and the last two numbers of my mobile phone are correct. However, I have requested the entry code multiple times, but I have not received it on either my phone or email, even though I am receiving other messages on both platforms.

Someone gained unauthorized access to my account, changed the login details, and altered my contact information. Despite trying the verification process with ID submission, Facebook only informed me that my account was under review. After creating a new account and reporting the issue, Facebook acknowledged the compromise but failed to assist further beyond sending familiar links. A reset link sent to my original email was of no help as it expired quickly. Replies to support emails have gone unanswered, leaving me frustrated and unsure of how to regain control of my account.

Good morning, I would appreciate some advice. I am a business owner of Power Brooks. My business partner recently changed my role on our account from administrator to editor, and ultimately removed me completely. Following a disagreement, she renamed the account to PT with Alex, her new business. It seems she acted unfairly and breached our agreement. The account now shows her as the owner, including likes and events that were originally under Power Brooks. Furthermore, all my posts were edited to remove my association. This has caused confusion among our clients. I am determined to regain control of Power Brooks and request that PT with Alex creates a separate Facebook account. Best regards, Craig Power

Recently, I have been receiving multiple notifications from Facebook about unauthorized access to my account, leading to frequent logouts. I have been prompted to reset my password around five times in the past week. Initially, the code was sent to my phone number, but during the latest incident, the only option provided was to use my rarely used Hotmail account, which I cannot access due to identity verification issues. Consequently, I am unable to receive the security code required to change my password. While I contemplate creating a new account, I am hesitant to abandon my old account as it may be compromised. I am uncertain if my account has been hacked and seek assistance in regaining access to it.

I recently faced an issue with my Facebook account getting hacked. After proving my identity, the account was disabled. Despite being informed about receiving a login code via email, I did not receive it, leading to frustration. Subsequently, I created a new account, only to have it shut down due to alleged suspicious activity. As using Facebook is vital for me to stay connected with family, I find this situation unjust. I am not the hacker, so why am I being penalized by not being allowed to have a presence on Facebook?

Hello, I recently rejoined Facebook after an 8-year hiatus, successfully opening a new account. However, my account was disabled after adding just one person. I've been attempting to recover it via the form, but it's been a lengthy process. I urgently need access to set up a page for advertising before my birthday in 3 days. Surprisingly, Facebook disabled my account right after I started it roughly 10-12 days ago. I attempted to create another account today with a different email but the same phone number and a similar profile picture, but it was shut down immediately. I'm feeling very frustrated as I need to start advertising, preferably by tomorrow. Thank you for your help, Sol

I have encountered persistent troubles with Facebook advertising since mid last year. Initially, everything was smooth until late last year when my ad accounts and business account started getting disabled randomly. Although they apologized and reactivated them a few times, on one occasion, they refused to reinstate them. Subsequently, each ad account I create ends up disabled, first mistakenly and then permanently. Despite my ads being approved, my accounts are shut down for policy violations. I have tried changing my IP address and website to no avail. This ongoing issue has been frustrating since November last year. I seek assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Please take note that according to the Girl Scout Council and the [redacted] Troop Handbook, using platforms like yard sales, marketplace websites, and Craigslist for selling cookies is not allowed. When marketing on social media, it is important to limit the promotion to personal pages to ensure that cookies are only showcased to friends, family, and acquaintances. For safety measures, refrain from encouraging one-on-one transactions and avoid posting on platforms like eBay. Emphasize that the Girl Scout Cookie Program is an activity for the girls, and they must be directly involved in each sale. Regarding the age requirements on social media, individuals typically need to be at least 13 years old to have an account on many platforms. Parents can post on their personal pages about their daughter selling cookies but should still involve the girl in the transaction. It is not acceptable for either the girl or parent to advertise on public sites like Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace where private transactions could occur. Family members sharing a girl’s cookie link should follow the same rules as parents. Cookie promotions should be limited to individual Facebook pages, and any requests for orders or meeting in person for sales should not be publicly posted. Only details about troop cookie booth locations should be shared publicly.

Dear Facebook, I am writing to inform you that my ad account has been disabled, which I believe to be a mistake. We have successfully run Facebook Ads for almost two years without facing any similar issues until now. It is crucial for our business to have our ad account activated as Facebook is our main source of traffic. We have invested nearly a million dollars in Facebook Ads and have not encountered any problems before. I am aware of other businesses selling identical products using Facebook ads without experiencing account disabling. I kindly request for a re-evaluation of my situation and the re-activation of my ad account. Sincerely, Paulius

I encountered an issue when sharing a post on Facebook that resulted in me being logged out. I had enabled two-factor authentication due to suspicious activity and now I am unable to receive the confirmation code on my deactivated phone number. I have submitted two documents to Facebook for verification, showing my outstanding balance with the phone company and my new contract with a new phone number. These documents clearly demonstrate that I am the same person and I have been using my account for 7 years. I kindly request Facebook to send the confirmation code to my new number to regain access to my account (Nagia Nagia).

I am facing an issue with the confirmation code on Facebook. I was logged out while sharing a post, and there was suspicious activity on my account. Although I set up two-factor authentication, Facebook keeps sending the code to my deactivated phone number. The issue arose because my phone number was deactivated due to unpaid bills, which I forgot to update on my account. I have submitted two documents to Facebook to verify my identity - one showing the unpaid amount and the other showing my new contract with a new phone number. Please update my account to send the confirmation code to my new number: [redacted]. I have been using this Facebook account (Nagia Nagia) for 7 years.
